Dear Diary,

Oh you wouldn't believe what happened today!!
This morning I woke up hit my alarm clock like usual and rolled over back asleep. (No that's not what you wouldn't believe...)
During breakfast I seen Haymitch drop a napkin on the floor, normally I would just have the avoxes pick it up but I noticed it had something written on it. I pretended to have dropped my own napkin and picked both of them up. It read:

Meet me on the rooftop tonight 9:00
That is if you're willing to break some rules Doll.
Don't tell ol' crab face Alloids.

So after that the day went by soo slow! It was the same old stuff we did yesterday... I couldn't wait for tonight! Only problem I had was figuring out how I was going to sneak up to the rooftop without Alloids knowing. During Haymitch's training session he pretended I wasn't even in the room. Finally dinner came around after three hours in Alloids quarters (why can't I just give her my notes and have some free time?!) We unfortunately didn't have any chocolate covered strawberries for dessert instead it was a lovely cherry tart. As I was figuring out what I was going to wear to meet Haymitch I heard a knock on the door. It was Alloids, she wanted to tell me how proud she was of how much I had learned in just five short days. She didn't stay long after that as she had already taken her bedtime medicine and was getting rather tired.
8:45 is what my alarm clock read right after she left. "Great I guess I won't be able to change clothes now." I muttered to myself.
I slowly crept up the stairs leading to the rooftop terrace. I was startled to see that he was already up there. "Hey Eff." He said so smoothly way smoother than the guys at Capitol hill.. "hi." I whispered as I sat next to him on the cool granite flooring. "Soo how did someone as pretty as you get the job of being capitol escort?" He said words slurring. "Haymitch, I believe you've been drinking!" I whispered loudly. "Of course I have Sweetheart. What do you think has been keeping me sane? Do you honestly think I'm okay with competing to the death against my will?!"
"I'm sorry Haymitch.." "You'll win! I know you will."
He chuckled "Oh yeah? Is that what you've told all the other tributes who are down stairs sleeping?"
"No.. this is the most I've talked to any of the tributes. Why did you ask me to come up here anyway?"
"Mainly to see if miss goody two shoes would disobey Alloids. Also William made a bet saying I couldn't get you up here."
"So that was it? A bet?!"
"Well that and this.."
Haymitch leaned in and gave me a kiss! Oh Diary, I hoped that moment would last forever!
But unfortunately it didn't.. shortly after our kiss we both tip toed down stairs. He didn't kiss me after he walked me back to my quarters but I guess that's okay. We were both really sleepy.
I still am! Haha
