Dear Diary,

Okay, I'm freaking out just a little bit.

It hasn't even been a full month since Jongdae and I started dating, and my parents are already asking me to meet him. I don't know exactly where we are in our relationship, but isn't that too soon? As much as I like Jongdae, one month is barely enough time to figure out how serious we'll be getting.

So I told Jongdae about this. I told him how much my parents keep bugging me to meet him, saying how serious things seem to be getting even when I'm not so sure about it. (I also didn't bother to mention how they said, and I quote, "meeting their possible, future son-in-law" HOW FUCKIN EMBARRASSING.)

But replied that he'd be more than happy to meet my parents, which I wasn't exactly expecting him to say. He even said himself that his parents want to meet me and want to plan a big family dinner, his family and mine, altogether. That we can definitely do it the upcoming Friday, since his parents are free that day.

I. Am. Terrified.

Isn't this a little too soon for this?

I just hope his parents like me...
