Remarks: "I feel very attached to this story, and I'm excited to reach its endーbut its beginning already started off kinda iffy, and I'm having my doubts with the current chapters too. Really, I just want to know if it's worth continuing or if I should just wipe clean and start anew."

A) Cover
Your book cover is one of the best I've seen? I mean like, it completely matched the story with the teasing girl in the photo and nothing unnecessary was added. Plus it was quite simple too, if I might add. I'm not being biased, but I really like it. Nothing too bold, simply setting the mood of the story--nothing light but still enjoyable to read.
I didn't bother making another cover since yours is already perfect as it is. :)
B) Description
What I liked about your description was the fact that it was direct? It didn't reveal much which in itself is enticing. Many writers make the description by putting the synopsis of the story, which in my opinion is a mistake? There's no reason to tell everyone what's going to happen within the story because it's simply supposed to attract people and then make sure people get hooked at the first chapter.
But I have to admit that your description didn't really have a style--which isn't completely necessary by the way. The way that it was written is common but there isn't much to go around that. Style isn't really important, but it does help lure in some readers.
C) Storyline
I honestly enjoyed reading this thing. I really did. Though most of the chapters were in the ball, it was suitable for telling how the story was going. Although that in itself was dragging because their relationship built quickly within God knows how long they were at the ball. But whatever was going on was interesting, not to mention how the MC turned out to be a vampire--I'll have to admit though, it would've been better if she just remembered that she was a vampire not assume that she was human. A person would never really forget their origins, like how an Indian would still say his language or whoever else from another country. I don't think she'd assume to be human realistically. Although, welp, it worked in the story I needed to point that out.
It was fun though reading the escalation of the story. From a clueless "human" to a Sakamaki daughter. It was incest. I'm just kidding, ahahaha! I also like how there's a conspiracy going on? The part where there's Kaeri Shiroda so eager to get her son married to Hoshio. I applause for the intriguing story. There's nothing wrong with it. I can't say if it's the only kind I've read because I have read of amnesiacs and Sakamaki girls, but I love how you handled it. :D
D) Characters
I really find Hoshio original. I enjoyed how she revealed more and more of herself, and surprisingly, not the usual tough girl MC I encounter in other DiaLover fanfic I have encountered. She has a fighting spirit, but at the same time very frail like a human. But I like how she developed and accepted her vampire origin, though she can't hold her tongue sometimes, but who could blame her? I couldn't, haha. I can't help but laugh though about her rebuff nature towards Laito, makes me want to happen between them as siblings. Her personality is justified, especially that she's an amnesiac. Maybe she might seem inconsistent but that's not the case. She's actually growing because she's getting accustomed to those around her. So no worries :D
The other array of characters were also interesting. . they also had a purpose to help move the story. It's different from when you read a story and you'd say that this character was just for decorative purposes. I won't deny that there are characters needed that way, but I liked how you made the characters. Good job on that!
E) Dialogue
The conversations between the characters were fantastic. There wasn't anything worth changing so they should just stay the way they are, not to mention no idle talk. I've encountered some fanfics that had conversations that didn't really have anything of importance. Even if there are some that seem trivial, they have to be important and noted. The dialogues have to help carry the story, and that's what happened to your book. Keep it up.
F) Setting
Okay, this one needs a little working. It still got a high score because I could imagine what was happening, but you'll need to enrich and help the reader imagine what the place looks like. I actually wondered how Hoshio went from the restaurant to the alley--really got me confused right there. Though there is a sense of direction, it wouldn't hurt to add paint the surroundings with more description and color. But you still did a good job in describing the party and its exclusiveness to vampires.
I like how you handled the scenarios and the dialogue-less moments within the book. I could imagine how flustered Hoshio is to be so clueless about what is going on. If I were her, I would have insisted on staying home because wtf I don't even know who the boys are, lol. I applaud you for this.
G) Technicals
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the technicals: grammar, typos (unless I'm blind now), etc. The mood wasn't as heavy as I thought it would, because I am instinctive on making mine as mood-driven as possible. There is a sense of thrill and mystery because Hoshio is simply getting pushed around because of her ignorance and curiosity, which I find very dangerous on her part. But that's the great thing about the story. You didn't do anything to cake the book or make it seem underdressed; it was just right. :)

Concluding remarks:
In all honesty, I really like the book I do. I love how it's going and I can't wait to see how this all unfurls on its own. Not to mention how you got to keep the bros as real of their characteristics as possible. Damnit, reminds me how I'm not able to capture Yuma's character 100% cuz I don't know how to write slang ;; You were concerned about the characters being sporadic and inconsistent, but that wasn't the case at all. I also complain about how I portray the characters but people say that they're done right and perfectly so I'll just take their word for that and you to me. I think the characters, and even Hoshio, were portrayed wonderfully.
I HIGHLY recommend that you continue on as is. I know the party/ball seemed quite lengthy (I actually just read until chapter 20, sorry :(( ) but I will definitely continue reading as a fan, but if that's how you want the story to go then I'm all for it. I'm just gonna guess that the story is super long because it's been 20 chapters and not a day has passed yet, so yeah. But you have to remember that the amount of time that passes through the books is purely subjective and objective to the writer. :)
And I completely feel you about there being barely any readers. Some people are simply used to the cliche tropes of the anime and that's also what's often popular. You're writing something new so pat yourself on the shoulder for that. I also feel insecure sometimes knowing that my books aren't as popular as I hoped they would be but I continue on because I love the story just like you to yours. So don't feel discouraged and continue on.
I really, really apologize that I took forever to do the review. I almost took a year and I'm inwardly slapping myself for that because you might've needed an opinion back then, but goddamnit I couldn't do it immediately. I don't want to make any excuses, so I'll just apologize. However, I am really happy that you asked for a review from me. I still feel kinda embarrassed that people ask for my opinion on their books because I'm still learning. But welp, I did put up this book, lol. I'm very happy that you regard me as your senpai, I am super honored for that, haha <3
