Eren's POV

I cracked open my tired eyes and let out a long yawn. I was exhausted. And I didn't even know wh- oh. Ooohhhh.... I remember now. Levi had drank my blood. I almost died.... But I didn't! It felt good and it was SEXY! Where was the vampire anyway?

"Levi?" I called as I rolled out of bed and wandered the apartment. I didn't see any sign of him, except for a note he left in the same spot as the previous one a couple days ago. I read it aloud to myself:

Eren,

I can't even begin to explain how sorry I am. I should have been more careful, and I will never forgive myself...

It wan't his fault! I shook my head quickly as I continued reading.

I hope your pain is not too bad, if it is, I again apologise. You won't ever have to feel it again. I'm not putting you in danger anymore, don't worry. You don't have to live in fear of it happening again. I'm sorry.

No. Nonononononono. NO! He's blaming himself and leaving me??? Nuh-uh. No way. I sprinted to my bedroom and threw on the first set of clothes I found, not bothering to fix my bed-head, then I ran out the door.

I needed to go to Levi's house. Mansion. Whatever. I ran as fast as I could until I realised I had no idea where the hell I was running to. I slowed to a stop and spun in a slow circle, thinking. We had taken a cab... But I couldn't possibly find the exact same driver! And its even more slim of a chance of him remebering the address.

I banged my good palm against my forehead, mentally screaming at myself, "Think, Eren. Think!" Then I remembered. Levi had given me his buisness card on the night we met! I fumbled around in my pockets for my wallet and fished around in it until I found the card.

I dialed the number.

Beeeeeep.... Bee-

"HELLO AND WELCOME TO THE WINGS OF FREEDOM LAW FIRM. I'M HANJI ZOE HOW MAY I HELP YOU?!" I had to wrench the phone away from my ear to keep from going deaf.

"U-Um, I was wondering if you had a co-worker named Levi Rivai-"

"LEVI?! PSH I KNOW LEVI! WE ARE BESTIES!" She yelled, cutting me off. I let out a sigh of relief.

"Oh thank goodness. I was wondering if you had his address? It's a bit important. Oh, and could you not scream? Its killing my eardrums." I said, rubbing my temples.

"Ah! Let me check! You're not a murderer or a stalker are you?" She said, much quiter thankfully. I laughed and replied,

"No, his boyfriend."

"BOYFRIEND?! HE DIDN'T TELL ME HE HAD A- Oh, sorry. Ah here we go. Found it!"

-------Time skip-------

I hurridely thanked the cab driver and gave him the money as I arrived at the still impressive estate. Not waiting for the cabby to drive off, I jogged up the drive to the front door. It was unlocked, which is odd. Oh well, if you have super strength and fangs you don't really need any security.

As the door creaked open, I took a sharp intake of breath. The atmosphere had changed from the sunny, pleasant one outside to a dark, terrifying aura in the house.I gulped and softly shut the door behind me, positive he heard it and recognized my scent.

I checked the home theatre first, but found nothing but darkness, same with all the other downstairs rooms. I had been only half-concious when he had carried me to his room, so I would have to search for it. I tried many doors, and finally got to one that was partially open. I took a deep breath and stepped inside.

"Levi?" I whispered hopefully.

I heard shuffling and then finally his low voice softly say, "Shitty brat, why the hell are you here?"

"That's what I should be asking you. What were you thinking just leaving like that? You know that it was no big dea-"

"No big deal?!" He suddenly appeared in front of me, glaring icily at me. But I could see the concern behind his cold stare. "Eren I almost killed you. Do you know how close your heart was to stopping? All because I am a monster who can't control himself around blood. If you had any normal boyfriend, they would have walked over and treated your wound, not slam you against a countertop and suck your blood until you're gone. I'm not safe for you, Eren. I thought I could keep a handle on it but I. Can't. So I am no longer taking such a risk. Find someone more fit for you. Human and Vampire don't go together."

I pressed a hand against his chest. "You're wrong." I cut off his rebuttal with a glare, and my eyees flashed with determination. "You're. Wrong. You know what yesterday was? That was you not feeding for a while. If you had been sticking to your normal schedule, you would have been able to control yourself and take care of me. You've been starving yourself because you want to spend time with me, and I thank you for that. We'll just have to make your schedule work around dates and such. So forget about what happened because it wasn't your fault." I paused, making sure he was understanding exactly what I was saying, because I sure as hell wasn't taking anymore 'my fault' shit. "And 'human and vampire don't go together'? You're wrong about that, too. All my life, I've wanted adventure. Something different than the dull cycle everyone else circuts through. I thought I would never get out of it, but that night when I met you, I did. Suddenly, I had a vampire as a boyfriend. Everything changed. I even found myself wondering what other stories are true. Werewolves? Witches? Frakenstein? I was thrown into a supernatural wonderland, and I loved it. Humans and Vampires do go together. So don't you even think about leaving me ever again, cause now that I'm in this wonderland, I never want out. I don't want to hear you blame yourself for anything, because it is my choice to stay with a vampire, and I read and accept the terms of agreement."

I crossed my arms and flipped my hair as Levi looked down. Then he glanced up with the biggest grin on his face. Levi. Grinning. It was so beautiful and cute....

"Eren- I- Thank you. I'm sorry for leaving." He stepped forward into my arms and I put my chin atop his head.

"I think thats enough apologies for one day." I said before tilting his chin upwards and placing a kiss on his lips.
