Ellie decided to evacuate the base, because the Necromorphs may launch a major assault against the resistance.

The soldiers of the resistance gathers weapons, equipment and troops to prepare for evacuation. Meanwhile, Isaac takes the Monolith and puts it in his bag, well protected.

But suddenly, of terrifying roars are heard in the streets of the city. The Resistants, looks by the windows.

Thousands of Necromorphs come from all sides and heads to the base of the resistance. There has Slashers, Brutes, Stalkers and Wasters. An army even greater than that to attack the outpost.

(Resistant): "They arrive!! The Necromorphs come!"

Young recruits are escorted by soldiers to the spaceship of evacuation. The Resistants take their weapons and prepare to attack. Ellie and Isaac arrive at that time.

Then, the Wasters enters in the building, in breaking windows with their axes. One of them threw his ax into the chest of a man, killing him instantly.

Isaac takes his gun and blew the head of the Waster, in one fell swoop. The monster falls to the ground, dead. But the Slashers and the Stalkers come in turn. The Resistants opened fire on the creatures. Several Necromorphs are killed by the continued firing but some manage to get close and kill several people then begin to devour them, they are still alive or not.

A brute enters the building and roared with rage. The monster picks up a metal cabinet and crush a resistant. The blood spurts on the floor. A woman is encircled by the Stalkers and she has not of munitions. The monsters pounce on her and begins to shred her. The lurkers out of the ground and begin to invade the base, like cockroaches .

Ellie takes his shotgun and kills several lurkers who try to approach her. One of them managed to jump on the back of the young woman, but Isaac arrives and kills the monster, with a precise shot in the head.

(Ellie): "Thank you.»

(Isaac):" They are too strong, we must leave now, or we will be slaughtered. Go to spaceship of evacuation, I'll keep them here. "

(Ellie): «But ....."

Isaac kissed Ellie again, to prove to her that he loves her.

(Isaac): "Go on, now.»

Ellie has finally obeyed. She ordered his troops to flee to the hangar. A Puker comes and spits of acid on a soldier that tried to escape.

And he kills the Puker, in exploding the head, with one shot. The Slashers comes by hundreds in angry roar. The lurkers out of the ground by the thousands. Then Isaac sees the spaceship that flew in space. They managed to escape.

But of explosions occur in the city. Isaac includes, the nuclear reactors have overheated, and soon the whole city will explode. He must flee this once. He knows that these corridors leading to the escape pods, he must be fast.

He kills a Slasher on his way and kills a Waster who tries to attack him from behind. Isaac runs as fast as he can. The Necromorphs have invaded the streets and the base of the resistance. They are everywhere. A metallic voice is heard in the city.

(Voice): "Beware, you have less than a minute to evacuate the city.»

Finally, he arrives to the escape pods and enters one of them. A Slasher arrives and jumps on the cap and try to open it, for kill Isaac. But, the man actives the gear and the Necromorph is sprayed by the reactors of the capsule. The craft took off into space and begins to move away from the city. Isaac looks out the window. Suddenly, the city explodes in a huge nuclear explosion. The noise is deafening and the shock wave spreads for of miles. But the shock wave is so powerful, that Isaac loses control of the rescue capsule and the craft headed straight for the nearest planet, Tau Volantis, the frozen planet, but also the planet of Necromorphs.

The capsule hurtling to the speed of light to the planet. Isaac tried to regain control but nothing to do, it goes too fast. The vehicle struck several small snow mountains, before crashing to the ground. Isaac is projected outside of the capsule and drops into the snow.

He looks around him. Of snow out of sight and of snowy mountains. Then, he finally fainted and sank into darkness. The last thing that he hears is the wind.
