Cat Noir and Argos chased after Volpina but it wasn't easy to get the zombies out of the way. Shooting them in the heads was easy but it slows them down from catching up with Volpina.

"Grab on!" Argos flew up with Cat Noir.

"I can't get a good aim" Cat Noir tries to target Volpina.

"Damn it! She got away!" Argos breaks the zombie's neck, one by one.

"Let's get back in the truck! Now! We need a new plan! And grab the Jasmine flower!" Cat Noir said, shooting the zombie in the head.

"Got it!" They flew to the truck.

"Grab it! Grab the flower!" Cat Noir said quickly and shot the zombie in the mouth.

Argos snatched the flower and they jumped into the truck. Cat Noir steps on the gas and rammed at the zombies, blood splattered on the windshield but the wipers turned on.

"Only one ingredient left for Aunt Emilie," Argos said.

"The sea salt. But it must be made from the ocean without pollution contaminated" Cat Noir cringed at the bloodied remains on himself.

"This is getting tiring every time we shoot these monsters and end up getting blood all over us" Argos removed the bloodied flesh from his suit.

"No kidding. I'm covered in blood and yuck! Eyeballs" He tossed an eyeball away, "And we are still alive. Both of us have terrible fathers ruining our lives and yet you still get lucky with having your attitude too sweet and charming instead of feeling hurt like I am" Argos said.

"My ex-father hurt me more than enough. But Lila has gone too far" Cat Noir drove to the base.

"But you still let him play your strings too much before you knew who he really was. My mother once told me to make our own decisions" Argos said, grabbing a bottle of cranberry juice and taking a sip, "And now you have both rings. It never belonged to him"

"Yeah. Speaking of which how's Kagami?" Cat Noir asked.

"Fine. She and I chat more" Argos said.

They got out of the truck and released the survivor they saved.

"Ah, you caught only one this time?" Socqueline showed up.

"Marinette?" Argos confused her.

"Nope, wrong girl," Socqueline said.

"This is Socqueline. She runs the art supplies store" Cat Noir said.

"Yeah, many mistake me for Marinette" Socqueline replied.

"Duusu, fall my feathers" Argos detransformed, "By the way, you should've eaten the pigeons when you had the chance, pussy cat" He mocked his cousin.

"Nope, too expired and you know I'm allergic to them. Plagg claws in!" Cat Noir detransformed.

Soon enough Adrien brought the flower to Su Han.

"Ah, you brought the flower," Su Han said while Marinette was working on experiments for the potion.

"Good job, Kitty," Marinette said.

"Merci. And it's still a lot to process with my peacock cousin. It's annoying as hell already" Adrien said and drops the jasmine flower into the potion.

"Yep. And how did it go out there?" Marinette asked.

"We finally found Lie-La, she's still Volpina but purple," Adrien said.

"Damn it. And she got away?" Marinette guessed.

"Yup. I bet her akumatized object is her flute. It's also a shooting dart that turns anyone into a zombie" Adrien explained.

"I hope so," Marinette said.

"And is Gabi still secured? He has not even tried to escape?" Adrien asked.

"Yes, he's still locked up" Marinette nodded.

"Good. Because I wanna torture him emotionally just like he did to me. Alix did mention she saw altered timelines and she said I was akumatized twice. She said that my father was very psycho" Adrien said, giving his Graham de Vanily ring to her.

"Yeah. But why give this ring to me?" Marinette held the ring.

"Because I wanna see my father's reaction that you're touching the ring" Adrien smirked and puts it on her ring finger.

They both head downstairs to see that Gabriel is looking completely miserable in that bulletproof glass prison with no way out.

"Hey Gabi, I have an announcement to make," Adrien said slyly.

"What?" Gabriel looks up.

"I just proposed to milady," Adrien said as Marinette held her hand up.

"WHAT?! How dare you?!" Gabriel exclaims.

"It's better on someone who doesn't abuse their power," Marinette said.

"My mother would approve us better than you" Adrien dips Marinette to torture his father more.

"How dare you propose to this baker! She's in the lower social class!" Gabriel did not like that his son chose this baker.

"I don't care whether she's a lower social class or higher class. You on the other hand came from an even lower one" Adrien replied.

"Adrien is a living being, not some object to be used to win a prize. He's like a charming prince looking for true love" Marinette glared at the cruel man.

"You really are a relentless girl," Gabriel said.

"You are relentless, Gabi. How many times have you ever listened to me?" Adrien brings her up and nibbled her neck to cause more torture to his father.

"Hardly any as I remember," Gabriel said.

"Aaaaaaah..... Adrien" Marinette moaned.

"You're a monster!" Marinette said.

"Plagg, claws out" Adrien transformed and unsheathed his claws, "Cover your ears," He told Marinette.

"What are you doing?" Gabriel asked.

"So torture doesn't mean anything to you? What about this?!" Cat Noir scratched the bulletproof glass.

"YAAAAAAAAAARGH!!!" Gabriel covered his ears as Cat Noir clawed the glass.

"This is what torture feels like! This is what you put me through when you were a psycho moth!" Cat Noir hissed like a cat while scratching, "Va te faire foutre en enfer!"

"AAAAAGH! MAKE IT STOP!" Gabriel screamed.

"Admit it, father! Admit that you broke mom's promise! Admit that you made my life a living hell!" Cat Noir scratched harder.

"Okay! I admit it!" Gabriel gave in.

"LOUDER!!!" Cat Noir yowled.

"I ADMIT IT! I failed to keep your mother's promise and raising you!" He screamed.

"And do you know what you have become?!" Cat Noir hissed and Marinette can see that he was getting in his father's evil skull.

"A monster" Gabriel panted hard.

"Exactly. Gabriel Agreste may have had a wife and a son but Hawk Moth changed him to something far worse and he abandoned and neglected his own son, missing out on his life" Cat Noir said and held his princess' hands.

"Oh Kitty, I'd love to be Mrs. Noir," Marinette said.

"And as Mrs. Graham de Vanily too. Agreste is a fake family name" Cat Noir said and dipped her again, only next to the bulletproof glass to torture his father, "You know, if Hawk Moth never happened, I wouldn't have met her. I should thank you for that, Monarch. Your events lead to my great life while yours is at the door gates to Hell" He smirked.

"Damn you, Adrien!" Gabriel yelled.

"Too late, already damned. You should've accepted my mother's fate but you are so obsessed with her but you're more obsessed with the miraculous than family. You couldn't choose to save her because you chose to save your future. A true hero would rather save someone than save themselves. That's why I always sacrificed myself a lot to save milady like a true hero" Cat Noir said and detransformed to Adrien, "Nooro told us all the stories you've done. Especially the kwamis too and mom would've divorced you when she saw how stubborn and irresponsible you were with your unhealthy miraculous obsession"

"You and Ladybug stopped me from succeeding!" Gabriel said.

"No, we prevented you from making that wish. You think selling his life for your wife would be a happy ending?" Marinette glared.

"No, it wouldn't! It would have been a prize! Like your own kid!" She continued.

"And what if me or mom is not enough for you? What if you wanted the world to be your own? What would happen?" Adrien asked.

When Gabriel didn't answer, Adrien got impatient, "ANSWER ME!"

Argos was in the cafeteria grabbing food and spots Ryuko sitting by herself drawing art in her sketchbook. He got curious about what she's drawing.

As he got closer, he saw she was drawing a regular peacock, "Nice art" Argos said and it startled her.

"Bloody hell!" She put away her sketchbook.

"Sorry" He holds his hands up in defense.

"If you're trying to flirt with me last time, I'm not falling for it, devil bird" Ryuko glared.

"Still angry again? I was hoping it's not eternity" He sat at the table with her, "Is there something I can do to undo my sins?"

"Well, since we two did one mission together we could start by getting to know each other" Ryuko said.

"I did save you from your strict mother once," Argos said.

"Yeah. Thanks for that. She was too strict" Ryuko said, adding the green color.

"And gave you back the real Tsurugi ring" Argos ate his food.

"Yep. So how did it go for that mission about Volpina?" Ryuko asked.

"It went alright but that fox was not orange this time. I heard she manipulated you twice with her lies. My cousin told me those stories" Argos said.

"Yes, we were all foolish by believing her" Ryuko sighs.

"There's a difference between facts and opinions, my queen," Argos said.

"Yeah, and why do you call me queen?" Ryuko asked.

"Because you were titled as queen at the Diamond Dance" Argos replied.

"And Adrien calls Marinette his Princess or Purr-incess" Ryuko replied, not wanting to bring up the event.

"He said it was because from the rooftop balcony, she seem like a princess," Argos said.

"Adrien is lucky to have her. It was I who let him be happy with her. His father was always controlling and strict. He's such a bastard to take advantage of my sadness" Ryuko finished sketching the peacock, "And don't forget, I was there when you were a puppy. My kwami is still angry with you"

"Yes, Of course. But both Ladybug and Cat Noir have given me a final chance. What matters now is we defeat Volpina and everything is normal again" Argos said.

"You are still to be blamed, Felix. Half of the people are dead or undead. We don't know if Ladybug's magic ladybugs will bring them back. But I am relieved to get away from my mother tormenting me with commands" Ryuko said.

"I'm not sure ladybugs can bring people back from the dead," Argos said.

"Any damage created by an akumatized villain will undo everything," Ryuko said.

"It's gonna be hard considering Volpina has been around for a year" Argos looks at the drawing, "Ah, Very nice, So beautiful and so-" Argos accidentally made a peacock call. Embarrassed he held for his mouth.

"Did you just let out a mating call?" Ryuko burst out a laugh.

"Uhhh.... No!" Argos blushed red.

"You are really like your cousin" Ryuko laughed really hard and Argos pouted that he got humiliated in front of her.

With Marinette, she was out patrolling as Ladybug to try to find Volpina as well.

"Alright, Volpina! I'm coming for you!" Ladybug said and swings over the streets.

But nearby, Volpina had a sniper rifle ready and she shoots at Ladybug's yoyo's rope, tearing it in two.

"AAAAAAAAAAH!" Ladybug was falling to the zombie-filled streets but Cat Noir caught her in time using his extended pole.

"Milady!" Cat Noir pole vaulted to the roof with her, "I knew I came just in time to save you!"

"Thank you, Kitty Cat" Ladybug hugged him tight.

"Volpina is here! I can smell her! There!" He pointed at her.

"Hello, again Ladybug" Volpina showed herself.

Ladybug's face was full of hatred seeing her, "You!"

"I told you she's gotten worse than ugly," Cat Noir said.

"You dare try to make me fall to the zombies?! Without me, nothing can be fixed!" Ladybug said angrily to Volpina.

"I'm already dead inside, Marinette. It is you that should be dead for ruining my life!" Volpina glared.

"You were a terrible class representative to destroy my friends' dreams! I had to do what's right by showing them who you really are!" Ladybug yelled.

"Especially that day you manipulated Gabriel to get close to me and spy on me!" Cat Noir glared.

"Your father's a fool! And now I'm going to do what I should have done a year ago!" Volpina then took out her gun.

"You're insane!" Ladybug took out hers and shot her in the leg.

"AAARRGH!" Volpina screamed and shoots at Ladybug.

"AGH!!" Ladybug got shot in the shoulder.

"Milady!" Cat Noir gasped. He looks up at Volpina in anger and charged his cataclysm, "CATACLYSM!" He destroys her gun, "YOU ARE SO GONNA REGRET THAT!!!" Cat Noir yowled but got kicked in the face.

"I regret nothing! You'll never get my akuma until you all suffer the same way I did!" Volpina stifled and makes a run for it.

"She's....urgh! Getting away!" Ladybug held her shoulder and fainted.
