A week later, Cat Blanc has also explained to Emilie what really happened in his own timeline when he was akumatized by his father. Emilie felt bad for his alternative universe son and comforted him. Never would a madman do something like that to his own son. It was just beyond madness.

"Puuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrr" Blanc purred in sadness.

"My poor alternative son" Emilie hugged him.

"He took away everything I had. My love, my friends, my home, and myself. He manipulated me to give him my miraculous to bring you back but I couldn't choose. Beating me up straight to the Eiffel Tower made me believe that he's just insane to have you back but I knew it was too good to be true if you saw what he has become" Blanc sobs.

"I never believed he would go so far, Adrien," Emilie said.

"And he tried to make me think my Marinette is a bad influence on me. He's so blind to see how I'm building my own happiness, not his way" Adrien explained.

"It's true," Marinette said.

"My princess" Adrien held her close.

Blanc nuzzled his cheek on hers, purring in comfort.

"Oh, my son. I'm so happy that you have a girlfriend. If only he could see that but he's too stubborn like always" Emilie said.

"Yeah. Marinette was the right one" Adrien said.

"My kittens" Marinette hugged them.

"Did you just purr?" Emilie gasped.

Much later on, on the rooftop, Marinette was again looking over Paris. She can see that her teammates are searching for survivors or killing the undead getting in the way. She worried Lila might strike back at her. The patch on her shoulder still remains on.

"It's gonna leave one scar" Marinette looks at the patch.

"Milady" Adrien sits next to her while their kwamis were taking a nap.

"Since she shot me, I'm more worried about her appearing out of nowhere to finish the job," Marinette said.

"That bitch has gone insane, my love. We gotta get that akuma out of her" Adrien said.

"Yeah, even if it means Blanc killing her" Marinette said.

"You and I don't want to kill her. She's young but she had 3 fake moms" Adrien said.

"Probably an orphan seeking a mom but it was never enough for her" Marinette guessed.

"Perhaps" Adrien replied.

Blanc walks on all fours, smelling the decayed corpses roaming around in the dead city, "That low-life bitch is so gonna die"

"But first to destroy the akuma to stop the infection," Marinette said.

"And your magic ladybugs to fix up the damage and possibly bring everyone back to normal," Adrien said.

"Yeah" Marinette nodded.

"At least I'm still dead inside," Blanc said.

"Not quite," Marinette said.

"Why?" Blanc raised a brow, "You saw that I'm immune from the undead bite"

"For one thing, you don't carve for brains," Marinette said.

"Gross. All I eat in my timeline are fish and rats" Blanc rolled his eyes, "Anyways, I'm heading out to find that bitch before she tries to kill both of you" Blanc said.

"I'm going with you" Adrien protests to him going alone, "Milady, you better stay here" He then said to Marinette.

"Please don't kill each other" Marinette does her cute puppy eyes.

Adrien smiled at how cute she looked, "Alright Bugaboo"

"It's not even that cute" Blanc crossed his arms.

Adrien then joins Marinette, "Plagg, claws out!" He turns into Cat Noir and made his eyes big.

"Argh! Alright, it's really cute, even myself" Blanc gave up.

"Good kitty" Marinette scratched Blanc's chin, "Be a nice kitty to my prince"

"I will, after all, he is me," Blanc said.

"Mmhmm. And protect him by all means" Marinette scratched his chin more.

"Crystal clear" Blanc replied.

"Goodbye Princess" Cat Noir kissed Marinette.

"Come back alive my Prince Meowing" Marinette said.

"I got nine lives, milady" Cat Noir winked and goes with Blanc to fight zombies and find Volpina.

"Well here goes nothing" They got on the rooftops.

"We're like Yin and Yang in the colors" He joked.

"Yes but I'm a villain and you're the hero" Blanc jumps to the next roof, "It's not like we are brothers or whatever. At least our mother sorta divorced our father. Who knows how long the plague will end his life since he brought it upon himself"

"You're not a villain but an anti-villain," Cat Noir said.

Blanc pounced on the zombie and broke its neck, "Same difference"

"Only that you have no moral code, I do," Cat Noir said.

"And you know I hate isolation and loneliness like you do" Blanc grabbed a rat nearby and bites it hard to feed.

"Gross!" Cat Noir exclaims.

Just then another herd of zombies came at them, "Finally, killing time" Blanc unsheathed his claws.

"Come get some!" Cat Noir fired his M16.

Cat Blanc just punched through some zombies, even decapitating and cataclysm. Cat Noir got up on a deserted tank and used the machine gun mounted on it.

"I hope this works," He said and fired all the machine gun had until it ran out of ammo at the herd of zombies.

Blanc was very aggressive that he finished them all one by one, tearing them limb from limb, "That feels good" He then said.

"Insanely crazy, Blanc. And you got blood all over you" Cat Noir jumped off the tank.

"Yuck" Cat Blanc looks over himself, "Can we just find that brat before I start eating too many rats?" He asked.

"Let's go. I got a score to settle with her" Cat Noir said.

"Akuma vs Akuma. It's never happened before" Blanc said.

"Except with a video game world from Gamer 2.0," Cat Noir said.

"Alright then" Blanc replied.

"Let's find her at Notre Dame. Last time she made the pigeons go crazy" Cat Noir said.

"Very well" They headed to Notre Dame.

They can hear and smell her that she's still inside the cathedral waiting to ambush the cat.

"Show yourself, Lila! We're not scared of you!" Cat Noir called for her.

"One cat, too many. Your savage pet is very ugly" Volpina came out of the shadows, "You know, I was hoping you would love me, Agreste. But seeing that you only see me as a liar, I was hoping you can do better"

"I did the right thing choosing Marinette!" Cat Noir said.

"You only like manipulating victims to get what you want" Blanc hissed.

"Like that matters, I wanted to break Marinette until she was a wreck," Volpina said.

"I was hoping you were better than this, Lila. But I was wrong. It seems that God can never see anything good in you" Cat Blanc said.

"In fact, you're more of a monster than Gabi was, Lila!" Cat Noir agreed.

"And you're still the same liar I've known. You never want friends, you just want to hurt them" Blanc said.

"Of course," Volpina said as Cat Noir glares angrily at her.

"Enough talk! Let me kill her!" Blanc got impatient.

"Try me!" Volpina dodged his attack.

Cat Noir saw more zombies coming and he had to fight, "Blanc! They're coming!" He ran after Volpina with him.

"Shit! Why now?!" Blanc growled and threw his cataclysm sphere at them.

"CATACLYSM!" Cat Noir threw his own as well before following Volpina.

"Where did she go?!" Cat Noir looks around after running up to the roof. From behind, Volpina drew a knife and prepares to lunge at him.

"Cat Noir! Look out!" Blanc shouted when he saw Volpina about to deliver the blow to him. She raised the knife as Cat Noir had no time to turn.
