Soft Fuzzy Man
Extra: More Ghost Yuri. I'm sorry. Anyway-
. POV
____________
The night was cold, wind pushed about the pink hair of the girl who held herself in a protective manner, walking down the street, in hopes of finding a safe place to spend the night. The old house was most definitely abandoned. No one lived there since a girl around Natsuki's age died in the house. She climbed the rusty metal gate and landed on the other side. The hinges screeched as she pushed open the termite infested door. The home was eerie on the inside. Sort of like nobody had been in here for years. Well, yeah, nobody has been in here for years. The furniture and everything still looked nice though, despite the mass amount of dust. She felt a whisk of air brush against her back. The air around her was still though, she had made sure to shut the door behind her. Maybe it was just the fact that the place was a little odd. She shrugged off the problem and began to explore the house. Everything still worked, even the television, how though? She reached the final room in the house. If Natsuki remembered correctly, this was the room of the girl who died. She opened the door, the hinges creaked, like all of the other rooms.
What Natsuki didn't expect to see, was a large clump of mist in the corner of the room. She felt something urging her, begging her to step into the mist. So she did. She was surrounded by the mist, floating in what seemed to be infinite amounts of it. Natsuki panicked. Why did she step into the mist in the first place? It was a stupid idea to begin with, but she did it anyway.
"Don't be nervous."
The short girl jumped, or she would have if she was on the ground. But before she could turn her head to the noise she felt something forcefully close her eyes. Once she opened them again there was a girl with long purple-hair in front of her. She probably would have jumped again if she was on the ground. The girl smiled as Natsuki stared at her slack-jawed and wide-eyed. The girl giggled before holding out her hand. Natsuki took the girl's hand in her own and shook it. "Nice to meet you, what's your name?" Her voice echoed, probably 'cause she's a ghost. Wait, a ghost?! Natsuki looked at the girl again. Aren't ghosts supposed to be ugly or scary? "Natsuki, your's?" She asked slightly confused about her current situation. "Yuri." She replied with a never wavering smile. "Nice to meet you, Yuri..." Natsuki said feeling a small blush creep on her cheeks. Wait what? Yuri's a ghost! It's weird to like a dead person! Yet there Natsuki found herself, blushing and smiling like a dork in front of some translucent dead woman. Yuri let out a small laugh. "You're blushing~" She teased. "Wh-!? I am not!" Natsuki denied crossing her arms and puffing her cheeks. Yuri felt her self freeze up after witnessing Natsuki make herself seem even cuter then when she walked through the door and first locked eyes with her. Natsuki didn't know she stared at Yuri for a bit, because at the time she was invisible to Natsuki's eyes.
"Anyway.. Why did you come here?" Yuri said diverting her eyesight. "Uahh. No reason. My dad just needed my room for the night and told me to go to my aunt's but I don't like my aunt so, yeah." Yuri looked at Natsuki awkwardly before looking away again. "Sorry to break it to you but I think that's a reason." She said blankly. Natsuki snorted, the fact that Yuri was probably being serious made it even funnier. "What? Did I say something wrong?" Yuri asked confused as to why Natsuki was laughing. "No no, you're fine. Sorry." Natsuki said, regaining her composure. Yuri smiled again and sighed with relief. Every passing moment the blush on Natsuki's cheeks increased, and lovey dovey thoughts about the dead girl did too. It wasn't like Natsuki to fall in love this easily. Maybe it was just something about her. Yuri smiled. "Are you sure you're not blushing?" She said pointing to Natsuki's cheeks. "I'm sure! I'm not blushing! I'm not in love with you! I mean- I- Uh.." Natsuki froze. Yuri giggled. "Aha... That's cute~!" Yuri said with a giggle, looking into Natsuki's eyes. Natsuki froze up, not knowing whether to say thanks or yell she isn't cute. Yuri floated towards Natsuki and set her hands on her shoulders. She dawned a sly smirk inching closer to the shorter girl's face. Before their lips could touch Yuri backed off. Leaving Natsuki a blushing mess. "What? You thought I'd kiss you so early? You really are adorable~" She said wrapping her arms around Natsuki. What was happening? Natsuki didn't know. But, what ever it was, she sure liked it.
