Previously a simple costal city, Metropolis has exploded into one of the largest and well known cities after the city was rebuilt from the Atlantean War some years back.

This has turned the city into quite the tourist hub, with many visiting to see wreckage and artifacts at the sea war's Museum.

Other than being a tourist trap and it's low crime rate, Metropolis is the home city of the Titan of the Justice Hand, The Defender.
