  "Megan, come on it isn't that big of a deal!" I complained as my big sister Megan aka Miss Martian kept trying to fix my hair. It didn't help that Artemis, Zatanna, and even Cassie were making such big deals about this. I mean come on it's just a girl!
  "What are you talking about not a big deal!? She's your soulmate, the person you were destined to be with!" She exclaimed shaking me shoulders.
  Turning into a cat I escaped her grip and quickly ran out of the room. When I had made it to the training room I turned back and let out a tired sigh. Impulse, aka Bart allen, ran over to me with a big grin and punched my shoulder.
  "This is so crash! Can't wait for you to meet your special girl" he said clearly excited, probably more then I was honestly.
  "You already know who it is though, can't you just tell me?" I asked but he shook his head saying something about not wanting to spoil this.
  "Come on Hermano you don't have to look so down about it, at least you get to meet her so soon" Jaimie, aka blue beetle, said crossing his arms.
  Acording to his watch he doesn't meet her for another three years. He keeps talking about how he's always wondered what she would be like, but what if she didn't like him? What if she ended up being this horrible person who hates him? Isn't he afraid of that?
  Alright so maybe that's what I'm afraid of but still!
  I look down at my watch and get a little anxious to be honest, practically only a half hour to go and he would meet his soulmate.

  "Um guys imma go to the beach and relax alright?" I excused myself already leaving the training room and two of my best pals behind.

  -mini skip-

  Instead of going to the beach I decided to just go for a walk in town. I had on my hoodie obviously so people would hopefully not notice the fact I was green.
  I didn't look around for her, why would I? The moment she sees me she'll think I'm a freak, run away and leave me broken. I rather not rush to get to that pain.
  At the same time though I wanted to see her, get to feel what my sister felt when she first met Conner. Shetold me it felt like a million fireworks going off at once but to me that just sounded loud. Really really loud.

  It's almost time and now all my thoughts are everywhere. I feel nervous, anxious, excited, scared and nasious all at once. Was this supposed to be a good feeling?
  I kept walking and walking keeping my head down as I kept going.

  'Oh god just a few more seconds, oh my god oh god I should just turn away no-' my thoughts were interrupted when I fell to the ground, on top of someone.
  "I am so sorry, I didn't see where I.was..going...." I said trailing off when I was met with a pair of beautiful (e/c) eyes.

  That's when soft beeping sounded off and probably the whole world was completely still. Megan was wrong it wasn't fire works I felt, it was the stopping of the universe and only she and I who existed.
  She stared at me in a daze and shock, I snapped out of my trance and mentally hit myself. Slowly getting up and helping her up I gulped nervously waiting for her reaction.
  'This is gonna hurt' I thought to myself bracing myself to see her running away or hear her scream.
  But that's not what I got though, what I got was much much better then that.
  She grabbed onto my hand and held it in hers tightly before she kissed me. SHE KISSED ME!!! She pulled away to quick for me to kiss back though but smiled brightly.
  "I'm (y/n), and I'm your soulmate" was all she said before lacing her fingers with mine, but her voice was just wow it made me weak at my knees.
  "Garfield, and I guess I'm yours" I said grinning.
  She wasn't afraid of me. She didn't run or scream. She accepted me. And I swear I'll always accept her.
