You woke up the next morning and looked at your phone. You remembered last night completely and smiled at the memory of it.

You stretched in your bed as you remembered it was your day off and hummed in pleasure.

You hopped out of bed and went to have a quick shower and get changed. You walked out of the bathroom drying your hair with a towel and walked towards your desks and sat down.

You unlocked your phone to see if you'd gotten any calls or text from LexCorp. None.

You were swiping through the pages on your phone and your thumb lingered over the message app. You wanted to text him so badly, would it be weird? Nah, he was the one who gave you his number after all.

You opened messages and clicked on 'Superman 👊🏻'

You typed up a few different things but then deleted them thinking it was too weird or too casual or too formal, SOMETHING was wrong with it. You finally typed up something and forced yourself to send it without any changes or second thoughts.

'Hi Superman, how are you? :)'

As soon as you re read your text you realised how cheesy a weird that sounded. You face palmed and locked your phone as you left it on the table and went back into the bathroom to brush your teeth.

While you were making your teeth sparkle you heard a dee-doo, your text tone. You poked your head out the doorway, looking towards your phone, tooth brush sticking out your mouth.

You walked over to your phone and picked it up. Your face lit up when you saw the message. "He replied!" You shouted in excitement.

'I'm good thanks, how are you ;)'

You were screaming inside and jumping up and down.

'I'm great!'

You face palmed once again as you realised how childish you sound.

'Haha that's good. What are you up to?'

'Oh just, brushing my teeth and getting ready.'

"Did I have to be so detailed?" You asked your self.

'Cool, sorry got to go, someone needs saving. Might talk later if I've got time. :)'

'Ok sure! That'd be great! :D'

'Haha ok then talk to you soon!'

You locked your phone and put it back onto the table as you ran around and jumped on your bed excited and happy that you'd just texted Superman!

You flopped onto your back on the bed and looked up at the ceiling smiling to yourself.
