You finished your homework you received from your science teacher at uni. It wasn't much homework, he just advised that you should all read the first few paragraphs on the new chapter you were studying, but of course, you would never stop at one paragraph! You read the whole chapter and did the questions at the end.

When it came to science it was like second nature to you. What might've taken, any other normal student, about an hour to complete. You had it done in 30 mins. You shut your books and neatly straightened up your desk. You checked your phone. 4:56pm. Nearing evening. 'Should probably go up to the roof to meet Nightwing.' You thought to yourself.

You left your apartment, locked the door and clicked the button on the elevator. The doors reopened and you were greeted with a cool breeze. You pulled your (f/c) cardigan over your chest trying to contain the warmth.

You looked around and couldn't see him anywhere so you decided to sit on the ledge of the building and take in the noises of the busy city.

After a while of sitting in silence, Nightwing silently jumped onto your rooftop and smiled at you. He slowly walked up to you, you still unaware of his presence. He gently placed a hand on your shoulder making you jump. You were almost about to fall off the ledge until Nightwing grabbed your hand and pulled you into him protectively.

A few seconds late he realised that you were safe and awkwardly half-smiled and pulled away from you, rubbing the back of his neck.

"Thanks." You thanked him. "Anytime." He replied smiling. "Hey, wanna do something fun?" He asked. You smiled widely and nodded your head eagerly. He waved a hand to you, gesturing for you to come closer. You did as he asked and you both walked to the other edge of the building.

"Hold on." He warned whilst smirking lightly. You wrapped your arms around his strong torso. He pulled a grapple from his belt, shot it to a bundling and jumped. He held the grapple with one arm and his other around you.

You smiled widely cheering mid-air every time you swung from one building to the next. it was so riveting and exciting swinging around Gotham.

But, like all good things, it had to come to an end. Nightwing eventually grappled back to your apartment rooftop and put you down gently.

"I hope I see you again soon." You said cutely with your hands behind your back swinging left and right with your body. "And I hope I see you again. Count on it." Nightwing assured before he saluted casually with two fingers to you and grappled off the bundling.

You happily skipped back to your apartment, unable to wait for the next arrange the two of you will make to meet up again!
