When You Look For Him: Batman
No matter how hard you tried you just couldn't get the mystery man out of your head. Batman. You just wanted to see him again he was so mysterious and flawless and skilled, just. . . amazing!
That's it! You couldn't take it any longer. You went to your wardrobe and threw on some skinny grey jeans, black hoodie, and black combat boots. You knew your parents were asleep and jumped out your window and onto the fire escape. you climbed the ladder until you were now on top of the building.
You didn't know where to start but beginning in the place where you first met the vigilante was as good as any other place. You ran across the rooftops and jumped the small gaps feeling like some sorta ninja. You loved the adrenaline, the excitement, that adventure. That's probably why you liked this vigilante so much, he was a dark and mysterious, you liked that.
You finally reached the spot and stood waiting. After about 30 minutes you finally agreed with yourself that this was pointless, unless you were in trouble the Bat wasn't gonna show, and you weren't too keen on getting yourself in trouble again, what if he didn't show?! You're always up for a bit of trouble and adventure, as long as you can get yourself out of it.
You slowly walked back home, hands in pockets while kicking a rock. You sighed multiple times in disappointment.
"What're you doing?" You heard a deep voice behind you, you instantly recognized the voice and turned around wearing a wide grin. Behind you was the tall figure of the Batman. "Batman." You said in awe. He was silent. "I just wanted to say thanks for last time." You said. He nodded. "My names (y/n) by the way." you introduced yourself. He nodded once again. "You don't talk much do you?" You questioned curiously. "I talk when I need to." He said. "What're you doing out at this time?" He asked. "Well, for one. I was looking for you. Second I hate my parents, any opportunity I can get to get away from them I take, without hesitation." I explained.
"Why?" He asked again in the same tone. "Why I hate my parents? They're abusive and unloving. . . Oh! and they're rude." You said in pure hatred, crossing your arms. He nodded and stood there once again in silence.
That's it! You were gonna do it.
"Can I have your number?" You asked innocently. He looked at you quizzically. "It's just cause, you're the BATMAN! And it'd be really cool to have you as a friend and all. And you know. . . If I ever have any other problems. . . " You mumbled the last bit. He stood there in silence even longer. Getting the hint that you weren't getting anyone's number tonight, you sighed and nodded, turning around to head home.
Suddenly he grabbed you arm and gently pulled you back. He handed you a piece of paper with a set of numbers on it. You looked at it and smiled but when you looked up he was gone, mysterious. . . sexy. You smirked to yourself and headed home happily skipping and humming a tune.
