This is the day that everyone's waiting because it's Eun Mi's 17th birthday. Just like what SS501 planned they all went to Young Saeng house to celebrate Eun Mi's birthday. Kyu Jong, Hyung Jun and Hyun Joong are already in Young Saeng house, and they are excited to celebrate Eun Mi's birthday.

While they're happy talking at each other Young Saeng received a message from Jung Min that makes his eyes wide open because of the message.

After Young Saeng send his last message he clear his throat before he tells everyone about the bad news.

Young Saeng: Guys we, need to go to the hospital right now

Hyung Jun: Is that mean Eun Mi collapsed again?

Young Saeng: Yes and I'm so worried about her right now

Hyun Joong: What are we waiting for let's go now and hope she will be okay when we arrived at the hospital

They all immediately get inside the van and Hyun Joong start to drive as fast as he can but still the speed is low so they won't arrest.

Hospital

When they arrived at the hospital they quickly go where Jung Min is. He is so worried about her little sister and you can see in his face the track of his tears.

Young Saeng: What happened to her? ( He asked Jung Min with worried tone )

Jung Min: Just like I told you at the message we are ready to go in your house, but she feels the severe pain in her chest, and she told me that she can't breathe properly. I get her medicine in the kitchen but when I came back she is lying in the ground and unconscious ( He said while his tears start to fall again )

Kyu Jong: Stop crying because she will not leave us today because it's her birthday ( He said while comforting Jung Min )

Jung Min: But what if she didn't wake up again ( He said while crying )

Hyung Jun: Don't lose hope Jung Min ( He said while his tears falls because he can't help not to cry )

Young Saeng: Hyung Jun is right don't lose hope

The doctor gets out of Eun Mi's room, they all walk closer to him so they can ask what's Eun Min's condition.

Jung Min: What's her condition?

Doctor: She's okay for now but she still need to rest

Young Saeng: That's a relief. Can we see her now?

Doctor: Of course you can

After the doctor left them they enter the room and they saw that Eun Mi is awake she is sitting in her hospital bed and crying because she feels so sad. The five men walk closer to her and stand beside her hospital bed.

Hyung Jun: Why you're crying?

Jung Min: You can tell us anything ( He said and wipe the tears in Eun Mi's cheek )

Eun Mi is so sad because she knew that this was her last day in this world. She feels her body is so weak unlike the past days, she doesn't want to tell that to everyone because she don't want to see them sad and crying in her last day and also her last birthday in this world. She takes a deep breath and calm herself before she speaks.

Eun Mi: I'm just sad because I can't celebrate my birthday with all of you the doctor said I can't go home because they still need to observe me because of my stupid illness ( She said while the tears in her eyes is ready to fall again )

Young Saeng hug Eun Mi and rub her back and comfort her. Eun Mi buried her face on Young Saeng chest and cry.

Young Saeng: We still can celebrate your birthday here. Please stop crying because seeing you like this makes me sad

Jung Min: Young Saeng is right Eun Mi we still have a time to celebrate your birthday here and tomorrow we can still do all the things that me and my bandmates planned for today

Hyung Jun: So please stop crying remember what you said you want to spend all your time with us with a happy moments

Kyu Jong: Just like Jung Min said we will celebrate your birthday here and tomorrow we are going to do all the things we didn't do today

Hyun Joong: Me and Kyu Jong will buy a cake so we can start your birthday celebration here

Eun Mi look at them and nod as her answer because they have a point it's her last birthday and she needs to spend her last day at them even if she is in the hospital.

Young Saeng: Can we see your beautiful smile

Eun Mi smile at them and she saw the relief in theirs eyes. Eun Mi feel so happy when she saw that and she feels that her decision is right that she won't tell them that this is her last day just like what the doctor told her earlier.

Just like Hyun Joong said he and Kyu Jong buy a cake and some food. When they came back at the hospital Jung Min lights up the candle that's in the cake and they all sing a birthday song for Eun Mi. When the song ends Eun Mi close her eyes and make a wish after she makes a wish she open her eyes and blows the candle.

Jung Min: So what is your wish?

Eun Mi: I wish that all of you were became healthy so you can't have a serious illness just like me and also someday all of you find a woman that going to take care and love you until the end

Hyung Jun: You're so sweet Eun Mi because until the end your wish is for us not for yourself

Hyun Joong: Yeah you're so very kind

They eat the cake and some food that Hyun Joong and Kyu Jong bought. After that, they also talked about all the happy moment that happened this past weeks especially the past five days. Until Jung Min realized that Eun Mi needs to take a rest because it's almost 9pm.

Jung Min: Eun Mi you need to take a rest now, so tomorrow we can go home

Eun Mi: Okay but before I go to sleep I want to say something to all of you

Hyung Jun: What is it?

Eun Mi: First of all I want to thank all of you because you make my life happy. I mean all of you take good care of me since all of you knew about my illness all of you make me happy every day

Because of what Eun Mi said they won't help not to cry.

Eun Mi: Oppa Young Saeng I'm so happy to know that you love me the way I loved you but even if we loved each other we knew that we can't be together. I hope someday you find a girl that will love and take care of you

Young Saeng: Eun Mi why you're saying that ( He said while her tears are falling )

Eun Mi: Because I have to say this before I can't tell you. Oppa Hyun Joong and Oppa Kyu Jong thanks for being a good friend of mine or should I say my bestfriends because both of you are always their when I'm down

Kyu Jong: You don't need to thank us

Hyun Joong: Because we're your bestfriends

Eun Mi: Hyung Jun I know you love me more than friends I want to say sorry because I can't love you the way you love me because Young Saeng is the man I only love. I know one day you will find a girl that is going to love you also thank for the love you gave to me

Hyung Jun: You don't have to say sorry to me because since the day I fall in loved with you I knew that you can't love me the way I love you but its okay because being your friend and seeing you happy is enough for me

Eun Mi: Thanks Opportunity Hyung Jun ( She said with a smile and hold Jung Min's hand ) Oppa Jung Min Thank you for being my brother even if you're not my real brother you treat me like your own flesh and blood. You know I'm not this kind of girl if you didn't adopt me I guess I'm still in the street or maybe some bad guys get me and I have a miserable life but I'm not because of you I have a happy and wonderful life ( she said while her tears are falling down )

Jung Min: Eun Mi you know that I love you because you're my one and only little sister and you don't need to thank me because since the day I adopted you it's my responsible to taking care and love you because you deserved it ( He said while crying )

Eun Mi hug Jung Min so tight and pulled away from the hug. Eun Mi wiped the tears in her cheek and looked at the five men.

Eun Mi: I love you guys and I'm so happy to have you ( She said with a smile )

SS501: We love you too Eun Mi ( They said in unison )

Jung Min: Take a rest now so tomorrow you have lots of energy

Eun Mi nods and lay her back at the hospital bed and Jung Min cover the blanket at her. Before Eun Mi close her eyes Jung Min kiss her forehead that makes her smiles. Eun Mi feel so happy and she knew that this was the last time she's going to see them because after she close her eyes she's going to leave this world and this five men that makes her life colorful and happy. Eun Mi close her eyes with a smile in her face and sleep forever.
