The problem is, would she like that?

And, honestly, I don't want to throw a surprise party because if she doesn't like it I'm sure that Natasha will send her cat to kill me

Maybe you can leave a note in Natasha and Yelena's rooms saying the time, the place and the dress code

Natasha will probably understand it is a party and tell Yelena but it still would be half surprise party?

This way maybe Liho will only scratch you and not kill you
