I thought about things,
The violin and its strings.
My sisters dream that keeps getting stole from her, but yet she keeps fighting for it to be.
Then even to me and my learning disability, all those days I fought to learn that turned to a high school diploma in my hands.
So maybe this is a message to me,
in fact to us all,
That even if you seem to be failing,
You are actually exceeding.
That it takes yes time to show,
because my sister has half of her degree and another one on the wall, by goodness she even has another half degree.
Her persistence is paying off you see.
Pretty soon she'll graduate again.
Then there's me with my learning disability who was told I wouldn't make it, that I'd fail, but yet I have a high school diploma and a music scholarship to a college.
You can do anything that's the message I keep in my mind.
No matter who tries to stop my sister she keeps going, then no matter my learning disability, ADD or even my hyperactivity, we are exceeding because we never gave up.
So chase your dreams, the possibilities keep growing.
So I think about these things, because its positivity that keeps us going.
