Savannah's P.O.V

Something didn't feel right, Dove was pacing around with a gun in her hand waiting by the phone for Cage's signal saying everything is good. "Dove?" I said putting Ray down on the ground "Is everything okay?"

She stopped turning towards me, "Yeah Cage is fine, but the thing is Ellie was supposed to report to me over an hour ago and she still hasn't gotten back."

I raised an eyebrow at her, "Where was she supposed to go?"

"Just at the office, to keep track of all the cars and the different components. She was..."

"Contact the office by yourself, just send a coded message."

"I can't, King is most likely tracking everything going in and out of our servers. It's too risky."

Sighing I pace around with her, Where could Ellie be? If she hasn't contacted Dove yet then..."What about Cage ask Cage."

Dove groaned in frustration, "We can't. They will get their suspicion that someone is still in the house and then you'll get kidnapped."

Slumping down on the couch, I groan "Fuck."

Ellie's P.O.V

"You are doing good Elena, if you keep this up Thea and Theo will be released from my power." King said leaning into me a little, making me shiver in disgust "Now report to whoever you were supposed to and say you got caught up with sending information to Cage. Don't act smart got it?"

I just nod, quickly calling Annah, Dove won't get my code words, Annah needs to get this information to Theo and Cage. 

"Ellie Oh My God, Dove and I have been so worried why didn't you report back on time?"

"Annah, slow down, listen I had just been caught up with sending Cage some info but I need to tell you something," I stop and look over at King who is looking at me intensely but I smile at him and shake my head, still glaring at me for a bit he looks back down at his phone.

"Ellie?"

"Yeah, so I won't be able to keep in touch all the time just text me, also I'm really hungry could you bring me a burger and fries."

"Um... Okay, yeah I'll bring you a burger." I take in a deep breath, hoping she got what I am trying to say. "Yeah, yeah I'll bring you a burger, what kind?"

"Spicy."

"Alright, I'll bring you a burger soon."

Savannah's P.O.V.

"A burger really? She wants fucking burger in the middle of a mission?" Dove said angrily 

"Wait, just wait Dove let me explain everything. Ellie and I have secret phrases when we fuck up but can't say it out loud in front of the other person. I am hungry means I am in trouble I want a burger means it is really bad and spicy means come quick."

Dove looked at me confused, "Why are your code phrases all food-related?"

I giggle, "Long story, but right now she's in trouble we have to get to her somehow."

"You can't go anywhere I promised Cage that you will not leave this house at all during this. I will somehow sneak into the UMDA, and get her out."

"Dove come on, I can help you, Ray will be fine here with Granny."

"No." I groan pacing around the house ready to fight against her when a huge crash came from the front door.

"Dove?"

"Take Ray and Granny into the ground room now."

Doing exactly what she said I rushed into the room, locking the front door I watch Dove through the security cameras. Dove shot the front door a couple of times, but no one comes through, I waited a while on guard looking carefully suddenly the door got slammed down revealing Theo.

Dove fell to the ground cradling her arm as Theo towered over her If Theo was here then who was after Cage?

Or who was Cage after... My heart started to beat ten times faster, turning up the audio I listen to, "Where the fuck is Savannah and Ray Dove?"

Dove was groaning in pain on the ground, "Where the fuck are they Dove?"

"I am not going to tell you Theo do whatever you want. I am not letting you get your hands on them."

Theo fired a bullet beside her head missing on purpose, "Now Dove."

"Kiss my ass." She said slowly getting up from the ground so now that she was sitting, "Is that the right answer for you?"

Aiming his gun again he fired I closed my eyes but I didn't hear Dove scream opening my eyes I looked at the screen and saw two of Theo's men down on the ground behind Dove.

"What you think you can kill your own men is going to win over my trust Theo? Not going to happen."

"Fine, you won't tell me where Annah is at least tell me where Ellie is."

"Ellie?" Dove looked at him confused, "What do you want with Ellie?"

"I don't have time to answer your fucking questions Dove I need her location now."

Wait, Ellie is in trouble, Theo is looking for her... King. King has Ellie, but how does that relate to Ellie and Theo together?

"That boy, that boy was the one who threatened to kidnap both of you right," Granny said 

Taking in a big breath I say "Yeah granny but something isn't adding up right now. There's some kind of connection between him and Ellie and I..."

"Do you think it has something to do with King?"

"I don't know Granny, but it's starting to add up."

"Where the hell is Ellie Dove? I am not going to ask again." Theo's voice boomed through the speaker. "She is in danger and so is..."

"So is who?" I said pressing the intercom button

"Annah?" Theo said looking around "Where are you?"

"First answer my questions."

"I don't have time for this Annah."

"Answer my questions."

Theo groaned giving Dove a hand, before pulling her up "Hurry up."

"Why do you need to find Ellie?"

"She's in danger."

"Who else is in danger?"

"Fuck, I can't tell you I promised her I would never come back, but just Annah come on we have to go." Promised her?

"No Annah Don't come out. This is a bait."

"It's not a bait! I need to get all of you out right now Cage told me too."

Dove scoffed still cradling her arm, "Bullshit."

"Dove I swear to god if you keep on putting your two cents in I will actually shoot you."

"Theo! Focus on what I am asking you, who else is in danger?"

"Annah Please we don't have a lot of time we have to get to Ellie, and then get everyone on a plane safely."

Dove huffed, sitting down on the couch popping open a beer probably avoiding to feel the pain coming from her broken arm. "Give us a reason to trust you, Theo."

"Cage has told me to do this."

"Why would he do that?" I said cutting in

"I asked him for a favor and he asked me for one. Simple as that."

"I need proof, Theo, you threaten me multiple times I can't just trust you."

"Annah, I would never go through with any of them I don't want to work with King, he just has something on me that I couldn't leave, and that is something Cage is going to get that something so please we have wasted enough time we need to go."

Sighing I thought over what he was saying before grabbing a gun and pulling Granny out with me "Drop the gun then Theo."

Surprised Dove and Theo look over at me, "Do you even know how to use a gun Annah."

I glare at him, "Wanna find out?"

Theo dropped his gun, before gently standing Dove up again from the couch, "Can we please move now?"

"One wrong move Theo I won't hesitate this isn't Annah talking this is a mother talking do you understand?"

"Understood now let's move."
