Savannah's P.O.V

"So have you decided Savy? Are you leaving or staying?" Cage asked both of us were laying on the side of the jacuzzi wrapped in a towel.

"I don't know, I know it will be much safer there, but the safest I've felt anywhere has always been in your arms Charming." I snuggled into him more, "Stay, I know that you won't let anything happen to the both of us."

Cage sighed, playing with my hair, "Savy?"

"Mm,"

"I love you."

A huge smile appeared on my face, "I love you too."

Cage chuckled, "I think we should go back inside and remind me to get the jacuzzi cleaned tomorrow don't want anyone to swim in our-"

"Okay, shut up," I said putting my hand against his lips to stop him from saying anything dirty.

Gently pulling my hand away from his mouth, he smirked at me "Actually you want to go for round 2, I think the both of us have the energy now too."

"No, I am way too sore, I can't."

"You are sore? My back is starting to kill me, your habit of digging into my back hasn't gone."

"Excuse me, I probably have bruises all over my hips the way you were holding on to them."

A cool breeze went through us making me shiver, "We should go inside, it's getting cold and I have to check on Rayna."

"Rayna is taken care of babe. Granny has her, she's sleeping."

I move still getting up to put on my now dried-up bikini "That doesn't mean I shouldn't check on her Cage."

He groaned getting up to putting on his swimming shorts "Fine. I'll come with."

We both walked inside, kissing our goodbyes I walked over to Granny's room sneaking Ray out and leaving a note behind that I've got her. I barely get to spend any time with her anymore. Everything has changed so much. Some for the better some for the worst.

"Hey, is she still sleeping?" Cage whispered sneaking into bed with us, propped up on his elbow

"Yeah, she looks so peaceful, doesn't she? I wish I could sleep like her." I said smiling down at her

"Me too. Sleep with no worries, no pressure, just happy."

"Yeah."

"I regret missing two years of her life. What was she like?"

"It was hard in the beginning, I had to work until a week after she was born because Emerson was being a dick. I was tired still having pains in my stomach taking care of her, paying the bills it was all too much. But every time I looked at her beautiful face, I knew I would go to the ends of the earth to protect her. Take care of her. Honestly, she was an angel when she was a baby, slept through the night, didn't cry that much, just always kept on smiling at me she still does."

"I'm sorry I put you through that Savy. I promise I'm here now and won't ever leave you."

"It's okay at least you are here now," I said rubbing his shoulder gently

"Tell me what she likes, her hobbies that have developed so far, stuff like that."

"She loves granny's chocolate chip cookies, I put her in dance classes she loves dancing and her attitude is exactly like yours. It becomes a pain sometimes she is so stubborn and hard-headed like if she wants something she has to for it then otherwise it's the end of the world."

"So basically anything bad she got from me ?"

I chuckled, "Yep. Pretty much. "

"She got her smile from you, that smile can make anyone hear skip a beat."

"Stop Cage."

He yanked me closer to him, "I'm telling you the truth. I'm going to have a hard time keeping the boys away from our daughter."

I snorted, "What are you going to do? Ban her from smiling at anyone outside of the house?"

Cage shrugged "Maybe, maybe not."

"That's ridiculous. Ray can date when she's at the right age."

"Nope. Not until I have met the guy and approved him."

Moving away from him a little I say "You can't keep her from boys you know, dad tried that with me but didn't end up going his way."

He sighed, "We'll see about that. She still has a long time to go."

I look over at Ray again, "Yeah she does."

"You wanna start working on the other three kids you wanted?"

"You remember?" I look at Cage in awe

"Yeah, I know you wanted four kids because having one is no fun."

"I never said that. Being an only child is just lonely. Having siblings for Ray will be good. But not now, we have to get this King thing over with then maybe we can start."

"Do you still like the names Nova, Judah, and Ares? Or did you change them over time?"

Raising my eyebrows at him I took over onto my stomach completely "You remember the names too?"

"I'm not a total ass Savy. I spent a lot of time with you so of course, I would remember stuff."

Something didn't sit right with me, but I let it go not wanting to pry that much

"Right well yeah I still like those names but instead of Nova I was more leaning towards Lyric."

"Lyric Levi has a nice flow to it."

"No Lyric Miller has a nice flow to it."

"Miller? A kid needs a dad's last name."

Rolling my eyes at him, " Rayna doesn't have your last name. Her name on the birth certificate has Miller on it."

"Maybe I could change both of your last names then."

I look at him confused, "How are you going to change our last names?"

He smirked at me pulling out a ring from his pocket I gasped, "Cage... no,  I still need time we just got back together-"

"Calm down. I know it's too fast and it's not a wedding ring. It's a promise ring. A promise to sways be beside you through thick and thin. And maybe someday change your last name to my last name I think Savannah Levi has a nice ring to it."

I stare at him in shock how can one man who claimed he hated me so much change in just two weeks? It brings me to think he never hated me at all something was forcing him to push me away or he's trying to use me again.

Whatever it is, I'm going to find out. "Don't think so much. I can hear you think, give your brain a rest."

"Are you going to put it on me?"

He grinned at me pecking my lips gently before putting the ring on my finger.

There's something he's still hiding and I'm going to find out what that is.
