Changes

Maise ran out, leaving Roy behind. Running into his office, Maise looked under desks, in his closet, and behind the door, distracting the people at work. Riza watched her intently before asking, "Andrews, what are you searching for?" Maise looked at her with a disgusted look on her face. "Stay out of it, blondie." She said walking out. "Your the last person I want to hurt." She added softer. As Maise speed walked down the hallway, Roy stepped out of her room, stopping her rhythmic footsteps. "Your mother couldn't have done this, you know that." He said. Maise looked down at her shoes, clenched her fist, then whipped it across his face outraged. "THEN WHO IN BLOODY HELL DID THIS ROY!" She sighed. "I need my dog back, NOW. Step, mother as well." She said trying harder than ever. "You haven't finished the deal though." He said, brushing his hand against his bruised face. Maise looked up at him. "Do ya want a state alchemist, or a dead twelve year old? I need my dog back." She said firmly.
"Being moved to a secret room is not what I had in mind, Roy." Maise said heavily as she was escorted down to the lowest level of the building. Her new room was concealed by a large filing cabinet, tucked away in the corner of the building. Only a bed, nothing else. "Hah! You must be kidding. What will I draw with?" She asked confused. Roy smirked locking the door behind him. "I'll see you in one week, kid."  She stood shocked, staring at the door. She thought about using alchemy to escape this prison cell, but decided it wasn't the greatest idea, especially with her stepmother some where. Her stomach grumbled, she was starving. But she reminded herself of the three things; three minutes without oxygen, three days without water, and three weeks without food. Her father taught her that one.
