Sometimes, it is very hard to tell when she's lying and when she's telling the truth, this is why she doesn't have very many friends.

But she has a lot of minions because most people are scared of her.

Her best friend is Ruby, because Ruby wants the same thing as her: World Domination.

And they are also sisters, so they are trying to get their 'cousins' on their side so they really can rule all.

Just like Deceit is Thomas's first known dark side, Delia is the first known, worst girl in the orphanage where all the girls grew up.
