RING RING RING RING! I groan as I stretch my arms "Why can't I just sleep?" I grumble to myself and sit up, doing my 5 morning sit ups and jumping off my bed and dressing in my school uniform and brush my teeth and hair. I grab my bag and go wait in the car, when my mom finally comes I am already partially asleep once again, I am so glad today is the last day of school because I am very tired, I'll probably fall asleep in Geometry which is bad but who cares? I sigh and ask my mom to turn on the radio politely.

The song everytime we touch by Cascada starts, I love this song! I start dancing in place but a stern look from my mom makes me freeze and drop down, once we stop at the school I jump out, grab my bag and run to my class. I see Nicole and her group and my breath hitches "why? Why do they need to be here?" I grumble to myself but then a calming aura surrounds me "thank you....Lady Artemis?" I whisper but the last part comes out as a question.

I look up, my chin high, a smile on my face and my posture becoming more confident as I literally toss my bag over my shoulder and onto the floor and walk past Nicole and her clonies "shouldn't you shave your legs?" Nicole asks in a high pitched, girly and downright irritating voice. I stop in my tracks and was about to walk further when something stopped me and gave me an idea.

I turned around, looked her in  the eye as most of the people gathered around us "Listen here hun" I say in such a sickly sweet yet ice- cold voice I saw some people flinch out of the corner of my eye while Nicole looks like a deer caught in headlights. I smirk but it seems evil and cold to me "If you really want to look at my legs that badly, at least be more subtle. People are gonna think your strange" I say in an obviously fake caring voice

Her mouth opens and closes like a fish out of water "YOU NEVER TALK BACK" she yells but I just smirk "I changed, you should too before I decide to put you on my list of enemies" I say, by now I realized it was me talking but some one else was giving me the courage. I turned and walked off, leaving a bunch of kids gaping and frozen "thanks who ever did that, I owe you" I mutter as I walk to my friends

As I reach them they seem shocked as I go straight to Arlianna and hug her tightly "thank you so much" I whisper and turn to my other friends "hei guys" I say and they look just like the people back at the class "what happened to you?" Sue asks. I just smirk and shake my head "why?" I ask with a slightly teasing tone "you look different" Kathrine says "yeah and what's with the silver and black hairband?" Erin asks "I like it and decided it was time for something new" I say and sit down.

Just in time for the Principal to announce the announcements, once it's done I go to home room

I sit down on the table where we usually sit at and wait for the rest, once the others arrive I'm still quiet, that never changed neither had my quietness in class but I'm just not that shy and timid. After a while I see girls with badly died black hair, very short dresses, caked on make up and R300 manicures walking toward us with angry expression. Oh Nicole and her group of idiots.

 I stand up, ready to meet them "oh look, the freak's standing up for her cowardly friends" Jessica, one of Nicole's wannabees says, I clench my fist tightly and feel my jaw tighten "listen here you bunch of popular wannabees" I spit with enough venom to make even Hades flinch
