My breath catches in my throat "m-my mother?" I ask and he smirks "get going child" he says and I look away so he can flash away, I then see that only Apollo, Artemis, Aphrodite and my dad are left here. i look at them with fear shining in my eyes "do not worry child, we shall not hurt you" Aphrodite says with a smile, her eyes change from blue to brown, my favorite eye colour and her hair change from blonde to black making her look beautiful.

I nod slowly, her eyes enchanting me "Aphrodite! Leave the girl alone!" Artemis says with authority in her voice and Apollo smirks "yeah leave her alone, keep her fresh for me" he says with a wink of his sky blue eyes, I feel the need to gag but instead I just look at my dad for help, he sighs "ok we are here to help her with her quest" dad says with a pointed look to Apollo as if saying 'you are not going to date my daughter' and I smile at his protectiveness.

All the gods finally come to their senses "well the realms are for each god, which means 12" Apollo tells me, looking at me with a flirtatious smile "Zeus is air or lightning, Hades is dirt from the underworld, Athena is a book from the ancient chamber of knowledge" Artemis says "But the chamber of knowledge hasn't been found" I tell them and they smile. "the chamber of knowledge is in Egypt my dear, I will lead you" Apollo says and I gulp, well he is kinda hot but Donovan is so much better.

Well then "Apollo's is light which he will also help you with, mine is water from anywhere but here is best, Artemis' is a pelt from a monster, any kind of it, Aphrodite's is love of any kind-""which she already has""-Anyway Hephaestus' is lava from a volcano, Dionysus' is a grape or a grape vine, Demeter is grain from wheat fields from the garden of the gods, Hermes is a snake or a medical kit, Ares is a wild boar, Hera is a wedding ring or a boquet of flowers from a wedding" Dad says and they all flash away besides Apollo "where to?" he asks but I motion for him to stop for a bit, grab a bottle and bottle up some water "now Egypt" I tell him.

A race car stops on the dune and I get in and as we take off I can feel the heat of the car, like the sun...oh wait " so your mom, how much do you know about her?" Apollo asks and I take a sharp intake of breath "I don't know a thing, I can't remember anything of her at all" I tell him and he sighs "well Zeus will keep his promise" he says but he doesn't sound convinced "I hope so" I tell him. Then a sharp pain goes up my left shoulder, my ears ring again....no, my vision swims in the seat "you ok?" Apollo asks concerned "ye-yeah" I say but my voice sounds weak.

I push my weakness aside but I can't....No no no no, not again please....

Apollo's POV

I see Ilah slump against the seat and I can feel that she's weak, I feel tempted to help her so I switch the sun chariot to auto-pilot and feel her pulse, it's weak but it's stable "what the heck?" I ask myself and she groans as I take her pulse. "Ilah?" I ask and she looks up with one eye closed "you ok? What happened?" I ask and she sits up like nothing ever happened "it's ok, I get muscle contractions from time to time but especially when I'm stressed" she tells me.

I let her nap through the day's fly to Cairo Egypt "we're here Ilah" I tell her, shaking her lightly and she responds with a groan "let me sleep" she says and I smile to myself, she's cute, I shake her a bit more and she tries to swing at me but I block "Ilah wake up" I say a bit louder and she looks up with a tired look. I smile at her and she groans "fine! Where is the library?" she asks and I point over to a cave in the middle of a dune.

She takes a deep breath and walks over to it with confedence " Hecate please protect me" she whispers and walks in

Ilah's POV

I walk into the cave and reach into my bag and grab my spell book, page 15 "I want to cast fire,It is my desire,Make fire shoot from my hands,I want to catch fire to this land!" I say and a small flame appears in my right hand. I lift my hand and the flame casts a bit of light on the cave walls and roof, I walk down the dried walls of the limestone cavewalls and after about 50 feet I reach a tavern, a huge massive tavern filled with books.

No way, the chamber of knowledge is here right in front of me and I have the opportunity to take as many books as I want and yet still I don't find an interrest in any of these books. I walk down the isles looking for a book that seems perfect until I see a bunch of scrolls laying on a shelf, I grab a scroll and put it in my bag but it seems to set off a trap, the walls rumble and a dragon appears from the staircase.

I widen my eyes and walk toward the exit slowly but the dragon senses it and blocks my path with a colomn of fire that makes my flame look like a speck of dust against an entire beach. I roll to the side and grip my bow, shooting arrows at it which penetrate it but while there are 10 arrows sticking out of it's side and chest it seems that I just angered it.
