"It's always darkest before the dawn." When Elsa was thinking that she has walked through the dark and now it's time for the dawn, contrary to that the darkest times had just begun for Elsa because of that one phone call.

During the last five years, Sam has visited them once every year to bring all the remaining stuff that belongs to Elsa.
He told her that those gunmen had attacked her house several times and the police are still unable to find them. Elsa was worried about Sam but he ensured her that everything is under control and her decision was correct, it wasn't safe for Elsa and Hope to live there.

Until the very year of 2024 when Sam called Elsa to say sorry for not being there for Hope's birthday and also he didn't want to ruin her day because of the news, he was about to disclose.

Stop beating around the bush Sam, just say it *Elsa said as she was getting ready for the University*

Elsa, I told you that things are under control here but I'm afraid to tell you that it's getting out of my hands now*Sam said*

Say it *Elsa said worryingly*

The..the police has sealed your house, they're saying that I can't do anything with this house until they find those gunmen, they were doing something illegal here, the police has found some transmitters and illegal codes here.
I really don't know how they breached inside your house, Elsa.*Sam said*

Sam are you fine? Don't lie to me, did they try to attack you? *Elsa asked him*

No..no, don't worry about me, they were definitely trying to find any clue about Aakrit's algorithm. I'm glad that they didn't find anything but an empty house.

Elsa, I think when the police are done with the scrutiny then we should sell this house as soon as we get it back. You're not gonna come back and no one is interested to rent this house after these attacks. We should sell it as soon as I'll find any buyer*he said*

Sam, it's not only my house. It's mine and Aakrit's house, we had so many beautiful memories there, I can't allow your to do it *Elsa said*

Do we have any other options, Elsa?*he asked*

Just don't do anything with it, it doesn't matter even if no one lives in there, I don't want any extra money Sam, my salary and the money you send me is enough for us. Aakrit's not here with us but he knew that these type of days might come so he left his own lab and properties for us, he did it all for us so that we don't suffer *Elsa said*

Elsa. Ah! Okay I'm coming there next weekend and I'll explain everything to you and then I'll do whatever you decide *Sam said*

Alright then Sam, see ya soon, take care*Elsa said before hanging up*

*Elsa sighed*

What's wrong? *Mrs. Presley asked her*

No matter how hard I try, these obstacles don't seem to leave my way. *Elsa said*

Sam is coming here next weekend, I'll explain everything to you later, I'm late already *She said while shutting the door behind*

Mrs.Presley went to Hope's room. Even tho it was early in the morning she was awake and looking at Mrs.Presley with her mischievous smile on face as she was ready to ask so many questions as usual. Everyone has a little curiosity in them but in Hope's case, a lot of curiosity has a little Hope in it.

Hope just represents her name, she's the only sunshine during the darkest times.

Days passed by as Mrs.Presley tried her best to cheer Elsa up and told her not to think about what Sam said.
She tried to make her understand that everything happens for a good reason but she didn't know that sometimes people are unable to face those "things" while expecting for the good fortune to come.

Uncle Sam *Hope ran towards Sam and hugged him*

Not even a single person is ready to work in Aakrit's lab anymore, people are saying that he...he was working with those gunmen who attacked your house as he was doing his inventions for his and their benefit, illegally.*Sam said*

And when he didn't fulfil the filthy needs of those gunmen and gamblers, they attacked him and killed him and hid his body somewhere, maybe destroyed it.

And if they will continue working in his lab, those gunmen might come after them as well for the information, for those illegal stuff that Aakrit might have promised them to give. *Sam said*

What the..no way..Noo this just can't happen*Elsa said furiously*

My husband wanted to tell the world how carelessly and ruthlessly they are wasting our resources but no one ever tried to understand him. That's why he worked on his algorithm to bring back essential resources or maybe tell people with proofs that if we won't change then we'll face consequences.

He gave his life to his work, to the world and people are accusing him of doing illegal things with gamblers? For what..for money?  we were happy with our lives Sam.
He could never do anything to put his family in trouble, that's why he told me...*she said furiously but stopped when she realised that Aakrit asked her not to tell anyone about the letter in which he told them to start a new life*

That's why he told me to stay away from his labs to protect me and the baby, a man who's so selfless, a man who stands at the end in the group pictures of the projects of his ideas and allowed those freshers to take the lead, they don't wanna work at his lab anymore..be..because they think Aakrit was a selfish person and a fraud? *Elsa said while breathing heavily*

Calm down Elsa I know this is beyond ridiculous*Sam said*

I lost my husband Sam, I know..we know that he disappeared because of this project, because of that algorithm for people's sake, for this world's sake.
He didn't want to volunteer people, he never wanted to risk anyone's lives and....these accusations.
Don't tell me to calm down Sam*Elsa said while sobbing*

Elsa, these are just the rumours, people will talk about it and forget, we need to take those gunmen seriously*Sam said*

I'm afraid they might be following you *Sam said*

Oh, come on Sam, what they want? They wanna kill me? Tell them to come here and do it because I've destroyed that algorithm book and they could never ever misuse his algorithms for their filthy works.
They know they are dumb, Sam, they just can't do anything on their own, even if they had the algorithm book they would have never be able to crack the codes. *Elsa said and scoffed*

Do you have the Algorithm book? *Sam asked her*

No, Sam, I destroyed it, you were there *She said*

Yeah but any other reference maybe? He must have left some clues behind him*Sam asked her*

No, Sam, he didn't, why are you asking tho? Don't worry I can handle those cowards if they ever try to threaten me *Elsa said*

I'm not worried about you Elsa, I know you can.

I'm worried about...*he paused*
I'm worried about Hope*He said in a low voice*
