Shen Yue's POV
Its Friday and it's the day of the party. All week everyone has been going crazy about it. Even some of the teachers know. Not to mention this week for me has been complete hell.

I got into the college of my dreams only to find out that my high school bully and the rest of F4 is here to. I am force to be partner up with Dylan for my first English assignment. Then two days ago, he decides to loose control on me.

Since that day, Dylan has kept his distance from me. We see each other in the halls but that's only it. I can tell he feels bad about it but I still haven't forgive him.

He changed his seat in English class and now he sits in the back, where it's isolated. Speaking of the devil, I see Dylan going to his locker right now.

"Hey Yue!" I hear my name being called out. I turn to see it's Hu Yitian again.

Gosh he is so hot.

"Hi." I say nervously.

"So have you thought about coming over to my party tonight?" He asked me and I turn around at Dylan to see him staring at us.

Pay back time.

"Yes I am definitely coming to your party tonight." I say to him.

"Great. I can't wait to see you. Bye." He says.

"Bye." I wave and he begins to leave. I begin to hear a locker door slam and it startles me and basically the whole hallway. I turn to see it's Dylan storming away from his locker.

I then feel a tap on my shoulder and I turn around to see another tall figure in front of me. I look up to see it's Darren Chen. This is very surprising.

"Hi Shen Yue." Darren greets me with a warm smile. Normally I don't see him smile. It's actually quite cute.

"Oh hi." I say to him.

"I have something to tell you." He says to me.

"Okay." I respond and I see Darren leaning towards my ear.

"Come meet me at the rooftop top on your free period and don't tell anyone." He whispers in my ear.

"What for?" I asked.

"You'll see." He says and the bell rings to go to class. Darren begins to walk away from me.

"H-Hey!" I try to shout but Darren is already too far away.

Meet him at the rooftop? What for? I am so confused but I am not sure if I should go but it might be important. Plus it's Darren. He is Xiang Wen's cousin so it could be about her.

I decided to follow up Darren's request and meet him on the rooftop in my free period. I texted him that I am coming so I should be seeing him.

I'm on the rooftop but I don't see anyone.

"Darren?" I call out. "I'm here!" I shout out.

"Hey." I hear a voice and it startles me. I turn to see it's Darren.

"Gosh you scared me." I say placing my hand on my chest and I see Darren chuckling a bit. "So what exactly why you wanted me to meet up with you?" I asked going straight to the point.

"I won't waste anytime then." He says and he walks pass me to sit on these big benches. "How do you feel about Dylan?" He asked me.

"Huh?" I asked him.

"Do you hate him?" Darren questions me.

"W-Why are you asking me this?" I questioned him.

"Because I know for a fact that Dylan cares about you." He admits.

"Cares?"

"You may find it hard to believe but he does. Ever since he met you actually." Darren tells me. I'm not sure if this is a joke or Darren is trying to get me to fess up something.

"Bullying someone does not mean they care about you." I tell him.

"Shen Yue have you ever fallen in love?" Darren asked me.

"No." I admit.

"Well when others love someone, they tend to do things that they normally wouldn't do. Some people spread there love a lot more different then others. Like Dylan for example. He bullied you because he likes you and because he likes you is how he acted immature about it." Darren explained to me.

"What's your point here?" I questioned him.

"My point is you say you despise Dylan but you constantly do things to worry him. Like for example. You decided to go the party instead of working on the assignment with him." Darren explains again.

"I want to go to the party because someone invited me. Dylan has nothing to do with it." I say to him but Darren just smirks.

"You're a bad liar Shen Yue." Darren says.

"And you're a bad listener. Let me tell you something. I, Shen Yue would never like a narcissist asshole like him." I state to Darren.

"Are you sure?" He asked me.

"Positive." I say to him.

"Well I have one more thing for you." He says and Darren begins to reach for his bag and he begins to take something out of it. "Here." He says passing me my English book.

I thought I lost it that day when I was in the hall with Dylan.

"My book. How did you find it?" I asked him as I take it from his hand.

"I kept it so when I found you, I can return it." He says.

"Thank you." I say to him.

"Shen Yue. Dylan is not as bad as you think he is. Don't judge him before you get to see the new him just yet." Darren says.

"I have to see it to believe it." I state as I walk away.
