Dylan Wang's POV

After seeing Yue running away from me, I only realized what I've really done. I don't know what has gotten into me. All of a sudden I was blinded by rage and I just snap. If I actually hit her, I don't think I could ever forgive myself.

"Alright nothing to see here." I hear Caesar say to the crowd of people around me.

"Dylan what the hell was that? What happened?" Connor asked me but I can't speak. I don't even know what to say.

"Were you actually thinking of hitting Yue?" Caesar asked me and I look up at him.

"Of course not." I say to him.

"Then what the hell happened?" He questioned me.

"We had an argument. That's it." I say picking up my bag and walking away from them but I am stop by Darren as he stops me from my tracks. "Move." I demand him.

"Apologize to Shen Yue." Darren says and I look at him. He starts to move out of my way and I begin to walk away from him.

He is right. I need to apologize to her. I need to find her but I don't know where she is. I just hope I can find her.

I looked everywhere in this damn school to find her. I finally found her when I reach this huge rooftop in the school. Yue is crying and her body is shaped up like a ball on the ground.

I really fucked up this time.

"Shen Yue." I call to her but she is still crying. I don't think she heard me. I walk up closer to her and I begin to crotch down. "Yue." I call her again and this time she lifts up her head slowly.

She finally makes eye contact with me and she quickly puts her head down.

"Leave me alone." She mumbles but I can hear her clearly.

"I've been looking everywhere for you. I came here to tell you that I am sorry." I say to her but she doesn't respond. " I was wrong and I shouldn't have done that." I say to her and still no answer. "I was angry because you decided to go to the party instead of working on the assignment with me but now I realized it was dumb and I shouldn't control you. I understand if you want to go to the party this Friday. I'll figure something out. Just please don't cry anymore." I beg her.

Yue head is starting to lift up a little and I see her hair bangs is  a little too much in her face. I decided to move some of it. I look at her wrist and I see it's really red and swollen.

I place my hand on her face as I place my head onto her forehead.

"Don't cry. I won't hurt you anymore." I say to her.

9:30Pm
I walk into my office space down in the attic in my house and I flop myself on the chair.

"Care to explain what happened today?" Caesar questions me and I realize that Connor and Darren are also looking for an answer.

"I got mad at Yue because she chose to go the party instead of working on our assignment this Friday. I don't know how it happened it just did." I explained to them rather fast.

"And did you apologize?" Darren asked me and I look up at him directly and nod.

"I've heard about the party. It seems like everyone is going but I didn't think Yue got invited to." Caesar said.

"The host invited her directly yesterday." I admit to them.

"Ohh." I hear they all say in unison.

"What?" I questioned them.

"No wonder why you're mad. It's not just because she decided to go it's because you're jealous that the host invited her to go directly." Connor explains.

"Usually when someone invites someone directly, it's considered a date." Ceasar explains and I look at him rather quickly.

"A date?" I repeat.

"Who knew little Yue can pick a score with a senior." Connor said playfully.

"Somethings not right. Why would a senior invite Yue to the party? She is just a freshman." Darren questions.

I start to feel my blood boiling again of the thought of Yue going to the party with that senior. He doesn't actually like her. Right? I don't know his intentions.

I finally stand up from my chair.

"Dylan wh-"

"I'm going to sleep. I'll see you guys tomorrow." I announce and I begin to walk out of the attic. I don't like the sound of this party. I'm worried that Yue will get hurt.

I swear I am in love with Darren sometimes 😭 I hope you guys enjoy this chapter.
