Shen Yue's POV
I woke up feeling dizzy and my head is pounding like crazy. My vision is blurry but as it clears up, I see the light from the ceiling. I hear beeping sounds and I turn to see a monitor and my hand with wires attached.

"Hmm." I groan in pain as I hold my head.

"Shen Yue." I hear my name and I turn to see my mom as she holds my hand tightly.

"Mom? Where am I?" I questioned her

"You're in the hospital honey. Dylan brought you here after your accident." My mom tells me.

"Where is he?" I asked her.

"He's....... occupied at the moment." My mom says.

I don't remember much about what happened. All I remembered was pushing Dylan out of the way and I fainted. The door knocks and I see Mr. Wang and Mrs. Wang coming in with flowers in their hands.

"Shen Yue." Mrs. Wang says as she comes up to me. "Are you alright?" She asked and I nod.

"Shen Yue. Thank you for saving my son." Mr. Wang blurts out. "Actually I would like to talk to you alone if that's okay with you." Mr. Wang suggested and I look at my parents.

"Honey are you sure?" My mom asked me and I nod.

"It's alright. I'll be fine." I assure her and my parents leave along with Ms. Wang.

Mr. Wang makes his way to sit at the empty chair next to me.

"How much you love my son?" He questioned me and I start to think about how we started.

"At first I hated him, The day I met him he was trouble. He was bullying a kid and everyone just stood their and watched. I couldn't tolerate it so I stood up to that person. After that day, Dylan picked on me. He did everything he could to make my life miserable for four years straight. Then we got into college together. When I saw him, I was surprised but I notice a change in him. He was like all grown up somehow. He was considerate, nice, and sometimes gentle. I started to really notice him. When we were assigned as partners for English, he was really smart and I didn't know how smart he really was. He even saved me from that party before I was about to get taken advantage of. He helped me study for school. He showed a lot of compassion towards me and after spending so much time with him. I was already in love with him. I love him so much and I never want to be apart from him even when he can be annoying sometimes." I explained to Mr. Wang.

"Dylan is lucky to have you. If I'm honest, I didn't think you were a good fit but after hearing what you did, made me realize that there is someone worth it all. I come to realize that I don't want to stand in the way of my sons happiness. I'm very sorry for how I treated you Shen Yue. You really are a special girl." Mr. Wang says and I smile.

"Where's Dylan? Mr. Wang." I asked him and he sighs.

"He feels very guilty for what happened and after he took you to the hospital, he went to go find those men and while you were in a coma for a couple of days. He went back to Shanghai for school. He would come back to check on you every night and call your name to wake up." Mr. Wang admit to me

Dylan really did that for me?

"Well I should get going. I don't want to keep your parents waiting." Mr. Wang says to me as he stands up from the chair.

"Thank you Mr. Wang." I say to him and he nods and leaves me by myself.

"Honey are you alright?" My mom says as my parents walk in again.

"I'm fine." I admit it to her and I hear the door closing again and this time I see the doctor.

"Good morning Shen Yue." The tall male doctor says and I understand him because he is speaking Chinese.

"Morning." I say back to him.

"Well it seems that you are recovering well and you will be able to go home in a couple of days. Maybe 3-4days." The doctor says and I nod.

"Thank you." I say to him and he leaves my room.

While my parents are sleeping, I decided to call Dylan. I haven't talk to him since I woke up from the hospital.

"Hello." I say through the phone.

"Yue? Are you alright?" I hear him sounding concern.

"I'm okay. You?" I questioned him.

"I'm okay to." He says. "When are you are coming home?" He asked me.

"In a few days. My parents are here with me and they are sleeping." I tell him.

"Oh that's good." He says.

"I talked to your dad today. He looked really sad but he told me everything that you did for me. So thank you." I say to him.

"You know I would anything for you." He said and I blush. So glad Dylan can't see me blushing right now. "Get some sleep. I'll call you in the morning." Dylan says.

"Okay." I say.

"Goodnight Yue." He says.

"Goodnight."
