Shen Yue's POV
I finally came home from Dylan Wang's house but my parents where not happy at the fact that I didn't call them or tell them that I was staying at someone's house but they weren't too mad. I think it was more because I was safe and I didn't get hurt.

It's Sunday and I literally forgot that the English Assignment that me and Dylan was supposed to do is due tomorrow on Monday.

"Shen Yue! Come out here!" I hear my mom call out to me.

"Yes mom." I say and as I walk into our living room I see Dylan Wang standing at the door. "W-What are you doing here?" I questioned him. I'm shocked on why he is here.

"Shen Yue. Don't be rude." My mom says to me. "I'm sorry Dylan. My daughter can be a little impertinent but I promise she is a good girl." My mom says to him.

"No worries Mrs. Shen. I'm just here to see if Shen Yue is available to work on our assignment for English." He says.

"Yes!" My mom quickly says.

"Huh?"

"Shen Yue. Why didn't you tell me you had an partner assignment with Dylan? If I knew earlier, I would had set up an arrangement for you guys to work together." My mom says in a stiff voice. Almost has she is trying to act more proper.

"Yes you guys can work on it here in Yue's room. My wife can get you guys some snacks while you work." My dad buts in and I look at him rather quickly. Is my dad deranged or what?

"Yes that's a good idea. Dylan you guys can work to together in her room." My mom says as she grabs ahold of Dylan and me to go inside my room.

"But mom."

"No buts. Go study." She says pushing me into the room.

"Mom! What are y-"

"Yue this is the first time a boy has come here and he is really handsome and tall. Not the mention, he is the son of Mr.and Mrs. Wang and they are crazy rich so do us all a favor and put on your big girl pants on and put on that girl charm." My mom whisper to me as she pushes me in the room.

"Ahh!" I scream but I feel myself falling but I feel a pair of arms catching me as I land on a hard surface. I open my eyes to see that I am on top of Dylan as we land on my soft bed as he hold me while our face is inches away from each other.

I instantly get myself off of Dylan as I try to fix myself up.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him and Dylan stands up from my bed

"I figure we work on the assignment together. It's due tomorrow." He says to me.

"You should of just called me first and we could've done it somewhere else. It didn't have to be at my house." I say to him.

"I didn't think you were allowed to go out after what happened." He says.

"I know its's just-"

"What?" He asked.

"I'm a little uncomfortable about you being in my room." I admit as I rub my arms. I see Dylan looking around.

"What's wrong with your room?" He asked me.

"It's just....never mine. Let's just work on the assignment." I say changing the subject.

Me and Dylan worked on the Assignment together basically all afternoon. My mom came in and gave us snacks and water to keep us energized and hydrated. Even my dad try to come in to ask questions about Dylan's parents business.

"Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Shen. I'll be leaving now." Dylan says.

"Aww you can't stay for dinner tonight?" My mom asked.

"It's alright. I have something to do back at home tonight. I can't delay it any longer." He says "Goodnight." Dylan says and he begins to walk out.

"Um Dylan let Shen Yue walk you out." My mom says and I look at her. "Go." She says hitting me on the side of the arm and I sigh heavily and walk in front of Dylan to walk him outside.

"I'm sorry about my parents. They can be quite clingy." I say to him.

"It's alright. I'll see you tomorrow. Goodnight." He says and Dylan begins to walk away.

"Dylan wait!" I call out to him and Dylan stops in his tracks and turns around. "Thank you for saving me and.........I forgive you about that other day." I finally say to him and I see a small smile from him.

"No problem." He says.

"Goodnight." I say to him.

"Goodnight Yue." He says and I watch Dylan walking away again.

A nice ending for these two😆 I hope you guys enjoy it.
