Shen Yue's POV

Congratulations Shen Yue we are happy to inform you that your acceptance letter to Ming De University has been accepted and we are glad to have you join our school.

"Mom! I got in!" I shout out as I hold up the letter in my hand. I roll out of my bed to run straight to my mom to show her the evidence that I got into the most prestigious college in China.

I worked my ass off at school and work to pay for my tuition and a little bit of help from my dad's job money as well. I couldn't have been more happy. This was literally the best day of my life.

I ran back into my room to text my friend Xiang Wen that I got accepted to Ming De. I would call her but I know that she is working today so I won't bother her.

Xiang Wen is the one person that I will miss from high school. Why you ask? Well I'll tell you why. Four years ago in my freshman year, I tried to stand up to the arrogant asshole of the school from bullying a kid for stepping on his brand new Nike air forces.

After calling him a dick head and every possible insult that I could think of from the book, I was literally picked on everyday for the pass four years. I was literally the laughing stock of the school. Hiding was never an option for me because I was always found.

I even tried wearing dark clothing and hiding my face from everyone but that didn't matter. Dylan Wang did everything he could to make my life a living hell and he succeeded. Lesson learned. I lost all my friends because of him but the only one who stayed was Xiang Wen.

Xiang Wen was never afraid of Dylan Wang but she never messed with him either. Xiang Wen is actually Darren Chen's cousin. The second most popular guy in school. Darren was close friends with Dylan Wang and he was actually part of his little boy group.

Along with Caesar Wu and Connor Leong. Also known as F4. Out of the whole group, Darren is the nicest. Darren doesn't bully anyone. Actually Xiang Wen told me he doesn't have time for that kind of stuff but he doesn't stop Dylan from doing it neither because no one can stop him.

Which sounds like a bunch of bullshit but it doesn't matter because the torment is finally over and I can finally breathe again. I can go to college and have a brand new fresh start.

After getting out of the shower, I finally hear my phone ring and I rush over to my nightstand to see it's Xiang Wen. I quickly answer it.

"Hey." I say casually.

"Sorry, I was at work and I saw your message so I decided to call you instead." Xiang Wen said.

"It's fine. I know you were busy so." I say to her.

"Congrats on getting into Ming De. I know you always wanted to get in." She said to me.

"Thanks." I say to her.

"I actually have some news to tell you." She tells me and my curiosity is kicking in.

"What is it? Is it good or bad?" I questioned.

"It could be bad. Depending on how you take it." She says and I hear a long breathe from her end over the phone. "My Auntie told me that Darren got accepted into Ming De as well." She admitted to me.

"W-what!" I says shocked as hell.

"Don't worry. You know my cousin. He won't do anything to you and I doubt his friends know. He just got it." Xiang Wen tries to reassure me but I am not clueless. I'm pretty sure Dylan and the rest of F4 knows.

"This is horrible news Xiang Wen." I admit to her but I have to look at the bright side. Ming De is a very hard college to get into and they don't just let in anyone. You have to be incredibly smart.

I know for a fact that Dylan Wang did not get in. He spend too much of his time pulling pranks and bullying me all year long. He humiliated me at any chance he got. So what if Darren is there? He never talked or noticed me anyway.

So I will be just fine. Right?
