Eaglepaw raced back to camp as fast as he could and yowled "Badger attack on the LeapClan border!" Russetstar perked up his ears and yowled "Me, Lakefang, Wolfshadow, Thornblaze, Hawkfeather, Squirreltail and Reedfur will go. The rest of you stay here and guard the camp!" Eaglepaw showed them the battle zone and his clanmates flung themselves into battle, with the LeapClan patrol. The LeapClan patrol contained Brokenpelt, Thrushfall, Molenose, Quickfoot, and Featherpaw, Mousepaw and Brightpaw. The cats fought together, and slowly, the badgers were driven away. Eaglepaw felt triumphant untill Cinderfoot came up to him. "Russetstar.. lost a life. Hes ok now but he lost one. Froststars... dead... and so is.. Beewing" Horrified, Eaglepaw looked up to see the motionless body of Froststar sprawled across the grass, with the motionless body of Beewing next to him. The LeapClan cats were grieving over Froststar. "Oh.." he replied. Blazeheart looked up. "You should go back to camp and bury Froststar. We will leave you in peace and we will bury Beewing."
