Stormpaw yawned sleepily as he saw the deputy, his father ordering cats on patrols. Getting up, Stormpaw stretched, flexing his claws before padding to Lakefang to see what his duties today were. Lakefang was just waking up and he grunted. "Right now," Lakefang meowed, "You need to let me up." Stormpaw stepped back as Lakefang got to his paws, blinking. Lakefang looked up. "Does Burnfall want us on any patrols?" he asked. Stormpaw nodded. "He wants us to go on a border patrol near twolegplace to see if there are rogues there," he mewed. Lakefang padded out of the warrior's den. "Come on let's go then," Lakefang grunted. Stormpaw looked up as he surveyed the cats on his patrol. Ok, he thought, there's Ashfeather, Swiftcloud, Redstorm, and Silvershine. The cats padded out of the camp, towards twolegplace and confronting them, was an army of well muscled rogues, eyes glinting with hunger.
