The Call

((Sorry it's been a couple days, stuff got in the way but I'm back now :) ))

"Anti?"

Mark mutters quietly, in shock at the man on the other end of the line. The voice was dark, proving it wasn't Sean, however it was to lighthearted to be Dark.

"Yah... It's me... I don't have much time. I'm going to send you an address, I'll try to keep Dark here... You've got to come quick, I can't...."

Anti speaks quickly, his words jumbling together as he struggled to keep control, his eyes slowly fading to a deep red as he grew weaker, and Dark grew angrier.

"Wait Anti... Is Sean okay?"

"Just.... Come quick."

Anti responds simply, hanging up the phone and leaving Mark even more worried than before.

The man groans, tugging on the green hair on top of his head, clenching his eyes shut as his skull pounds, the pain blurring his vision slightly. He sucks in a few deep breaths and opens his mismatched eyes, slowly being taken over by a red that he struggled to force back.

He types an address into the phone, hitting send just as he felt himself lose all control. His fists clench without him making them and he feels his lip curl back into a snarl. Finally he is forced back and Dark regains full control again.

Dark grabs the phone quickly, but the text had already sent.

"You bastard... You're in for it now."

The man snarls, red eyes narrowing slightly in fury. Anti laughs in his head, though the man's nervousness shone through, he'd pissed off Dark, and that was one thing you didn't want to do.

Dark closes his eyes, the body going limp on the bed as he goes into the mind, his anger never fading, and simply growing as he stands across from Anti, only a few feet separating the two. The green haired man forced a smirk onto his face as Dark walks forward, each step slow and precise.

Once Dark is in a fairly close proximity Anti disappears, going into hiding in whatever corner of the mind he could find. The red haired man releases a growl, fists clenching tightly at his sides. His red eyes scan the dark space, a part of him hoping to see Anti somewhere nearby, but his eyes land on the next best thing.

Jack sits off to the side, purposefully distracting himself by picking at the lint on his shirt, forcing his blue eyes to stay down. He could tell Dark was angry, and of course he didn't want to do anything. However, Dark looked closer, noticing a small smile twitching on his mouth.

"Something funny, Sean?"

Dark growls at the man, making him jump slightly and sit up straighter, though he kept his ocean blue eyes down, letting his green hair fall lazily over them, as to cover the fear that shone so clearly in them.

"N-No..."

He mumbles in a shaky voice, the smile instantly dropping from his paled face. Dark can't help a smile from growing on his face, it was amusing to see this man so fearful.

"You may be able to move your way around his mind... You may be able to hide like the coward you are."

Dark raises his voice slightly, not talking to Jack, but rather Anti, assuming he could hear him from wherever the darker part of Jack went.

"But Sean here... He's not accustomed to this place... Unlike for you, there is no place for him to run."

The red haired man finishes, his smile growing threatening as his red eyes move to the green haired man once more. Jack gulps and shakes his head slightly, slowly standing up and backing away from the taller man, who simply watched him with delight.

"So here's how this is going to work..."

He growls quietly, still keeping his voice loud enough however that Anti would hear every word. Jack watches as Dark disappears from in front of him and continues backing up, his blue eyes roaming the space frantically.

Not even a second later he hits a firm object behind him. He yelps as a hand grabs his arm turning him forcefully around so his blue eyes met the sickening pair of red ones, and a grotesque smile.

"For every second you don't show yourself... I'll snap one of his bones..."

Dark threatens, making Jack instantly squirm in his grasp though it simply tightens around his small arm.

"One..."

He snarls out after a few seconds passed and Anti still hadn't shown himself. After that one word his hand around Jack's arm forcefully twists his arm in an unnatural direction, a sickening crack sounds out, though it was drowned out by the small Irish man's scream, that echoed through the mind, his voice quickly becoming hoarse.

Dark smiles even wider if it were possible, and drops Jack to the ground, who struggles to catch himself but only manages to hurt his arm even more. He forces his blue eyes to avoid it, looking at his misshapen arm simply made it feel worse. He forces tears back as they sting the corners of his eyes, and breathes heavily, trying to distract himself from the pain.

"Two..."

The red haired man continues, his voice gaining more anger by each second. Once again Anti doesn't show, and Dark simply sighs, lifting his foot and bringing it down on Jack's shin as he laid on the cold ground. Another crack, another scream, and this time, tears flood from his baby blue eyes, hitting the floor beneath him as he bites his tongue, tasting blood, trying to not scream again, as his throat grew sore, voice nearly giving out completely.

"Thre-"

"Enough."

A voice interrupts, making both men's heads move towards the sound. Anti stands, visible to both once again, mismatched eyes enraged. His eyes flick to the other half of him on the ground, his arm bent at an unnatural angle as well as his leg, both clearly broken.

A smile breaks out across Dark's face once more, though his fists clench at his sides again, the anger gleaming in his crimson eyes.

"You actually came back... Shame too, I was having fun."

The red haired man chuckles quietly, red eyes flicking to Jack as he slowly began to crawl away, dragging his leg painfully and stifling a whimper. Dark lets him go, knowing he couldn't get far, and returns his focus to the man who stood a few feet away.

"Do you really think Mark will be able to help...? What can he do? He couldn't beat me before, and that was when I was in his head."

Anti clenches his fists as well, mismatched eyes dancing with a mixture of anger, and a hint of fear though he kept that buried underneath the rage.

"What do you think is going to happen when Mark shows up? What exactly are you planning?"

Dark questions, tilting his head gently, genuinely curious about what Anti's plan might be. The green haired man lets his mouth curve into a smirk, mimicking the head tilt.

"The funny thing is... I don't have a plan..."

Anti admits, making Dark's smile drop and his red eyes to narrow.

"Truth is, I'm grasping at straws here... I figured, you can't take on both me, Sean, and Mark..."

The man simply shrugs his shoulders, strangely nonchalant about the situation. Dark's eyes narrow even more, distrusting, though he lets a smile curve onto his face once more.

"I won't need to... Sean doesn't seem in any shape to fight against me... and Mark... Well let's just say thanks to you Mark's going to walk straight to his death..."

Dark responds with the same relaxed attitude, though his voice contained a smugness, he knew he had a better chance of winning. Jack's head lifts at the mention of Mark, and his teary blue eyes widen slightly at the mention of his death.

Dark, seeming to notice him listening, turns his head, smile growing when he looked into those blue eyes.

"I was going to let Mark live... I truly was, but he's so intent on saving you..."

He growls that last part, red eyes narrowing.

"It's easier for everyone if I just dispose of him now..."

Jack shakes his head, trying to form words, trying to talk to Dark, beg him maybe, but the only thing that comes out are a couple of choked sobs. Dark smiles once more, red eyes moving between the two green haired men.

"If you'll excuse me I have some preparing to do... See you soon."

Dark bids them farewell, his tone of voice strangely cheery despite the aura of fury that was felt on him. With that he disappears, taking control of the body once more. Anti growls, and struggles to take control himself, but can't.

While Jack lays on the floor, cradling his broken arm and letting tears fall freely down his face.

He was going to kill Mark.
