Obsession

Jack quickly stands from his bed, blinking a few times quickly, before finally turning away from the man.

"It's just a dream.... It's not real..."

He mutters under his breath. The green haired man flinches as a hand grabs his shoulder spinning him around. He once again stares into those soulless red eyes, his own widening.

"Tell me Sean... Does this feel like a dream to you?"

He chuckles darkly. Jack opens his mouth to speak but no words come out, he tried to run, but his legs refused to move. Fear forced him to freeze. The red eyed man laughs and grabs his shoulder more tightly, shoving him against the nearest wall, with great force, Jack grunting at the contact, which would for sure leave a bruise.

"B-But... H-How... y-you're supposed t-to be gone...."

The Irish man finally manages to speak, trying desperately to not show his fear, but it was obvious. Dark laughs once again, his red eyes roaming over Jack's stricken face, seeming to look at every detail, every part of his pale features.

"I've said it a million times... You can't get rid of me... I'll always find a way back."

He responds, his voice almost a whisper. Jack struggles to speak again, feeling as though he'd have a panic attack any second, however, before he can speak Dark's hand wraps around his small throat, lifting him into the air, and pressing his back against the wall roughly.

"A-Are you going to k-kill me...?"

Jack manages to ask, his voice dripping with fear though he tried to keep calm. His question seems to amuse the thing that took over his friend's body. Dark chuckles once again, his laughter always managing to send chills through the small boy.

"Kill you? No Sean..."

He responds in a soft growl. The green haired man looks at him, resisting the urge to look away from those demonic eyes.

"I've actually taken quite the liking to you..."

That sentence made Jack finally look away. Something about his tone of voice, and the hunger that entered his eyes, twisted Sean's gut with dread.

"W-What....?"

The green haired man asks, his voice almost inaudible. Dark grins more at his weakened voice and tightens his hand gently against the man's pale throat, not strangling him, but also not giving him a clear airway.

"Well Sean... I love Anti... we both know I do... but something about your innocence.... It's intoxicating."

He begins, mouth curving into a menacing smirk. Jack gulps, and squirms against the man's hand, though it was pointless, Dark was stronger than him as always, and it didn't help he was in Ken's body, which was already bigger than the man. The green haired man sucks in a small breath, silently holding back tears threatening to spill down his pale face, trying his best to hide his fear, though as always it was clear as day.

"I can sense your fear Sean.... It's almost hypnotic... Makes me want more..."

The man continuing, his free hand reaching up and brushing a strand of bright green hair from his face. Jack flinches at the touch, and still forces his eyes to stay away, unable to stare into those blood red eyes.

This seems to anger the man, as a growl escapes him, almost making him seem like a wild animal. Before the green haired man can react Dark grabs his chin roughly, forcing his head to turn, forcing him to stare into those eyes, ones that had never stopped haunting him.

"It makes me wonder... How much fear can I make you feel... How much pain can you bear?"

He continues darkly, his mouth twisting into a horrific grin as his red eyes light up with excitement.

"How many times can I make you scream....?"

With that last sentence his hand tightens, making the small Irish man gasp for breath, clawing at the larger man's hand around his throat.

Jack's blue eyes widen in a slight fear as Dark reaches into his pocket with his free hand, ignoring the gasps that came from the oxygen deprived man in his grip, and pulled out a small switchblade, his red eyes seeming to gain even more amusement, if it were even possible.

Despite how much the green haired man struggled, it was no problem to hold him in place, and watching the fear twist onto Jack's face, seemed to please the red eyed man as he raises the blade, loosening his hand ever so slightly, just enough that Jack could gain a gasp of air.

Tracing the blade along his cheek, the Irish man shivers at the cold metal, his face paling as he stopped struggling, afraid to make even the slightest movement with the knife so close. Dangerously close.

"Now... let me hear that pretty scream of yours..."

He growls happily. With that he presses the blade into Jack's cheek, and drags it down slightly. Jack releases a yelp, but bites his tongue, refusing to scream, though the feeling of the warm blood trickling down his face did make him want to

Dark was going to continue it seemed but the sound of a car pulling into the driveway stopped him. He huffs and cusses under his breath, flipping the switchblade closed and placing it back in his pocket. Jack sighs in slight relief and bites his cheek, desperately trying to stop tears that threatened to fall.

The man finally lets go, making Jack drop to the floor, gasping for air, his hand brushing the small cut across his cheek gently, wincing with the slightest touch.

Dark continues grumbling, walking to the door, however turns at the doorway just before he leaves. Shooting a chill-inducing grin at the man on the floor.

"Not a word of this to anyone... if you say anything, I'll kill Mark and make you watch... understood?"

He growls, his voice a clear warning. He wasn't lying. Jack gulps and nods his head silently. Dark finally leaves, seeming pleased, and shuts the door behind him.

The Irish man takes in a couple of unsteady breaths. After a few minutes finally standing himself up on shaky legs, each step nearly making him fall. Finally however, he makes it to the bathroom connected to his bedroom and closes the door, locking it behind him. Sliding down the door gently until he sits on the floor, a bit of blood still dripping down his face.

He sucks in a few shaky breaths, clenching his eyes shut. One tear slips out, followed by another, until the salty tears fall down his face in numbers, and quiet sobs escape him.
