ⅩⅩⅩⅢ
"You can't stop change any more than you can stop the suns from setting."

Love was a very peculiar thing. In some ways, it was one of the strongest powers in the galaxy, even stronger than the force. Though in other scenarios, it is blinding and cruel. One day a person could be so sure they are in love with someone and have found their soulmate but then the next day, they could be crying because they aren't so sure they are their soulmates' soulmate. Love truly was peculiar thing and Elara had to figure out which version her and Kylo shared.
She was pacing around her cell room but confused and determined. The two guards from earlier, FR-2178 and CL-1210 didn't want to say anything to her since a stormtrooper had brought her in screaming and crying. Elara was calm now fortunately, she had meditated a great deal and was able to take a few deep breaths.
She knew now that there was darkness flowing through her veins and realized that she did have a saber representing both side of the force. If she had chosen the dark side like she was supposed to, her family could be whole.
"Elara?" FR-2178 interrupted her thoughts. "We have word that General Hux is coming down to the cell to question you."
Elara snorted, unhappy with the fact that the First Order couldn't give her an hour of quiet. "About what?"
"The Resistance."
Elara raised her eyebrow. "Why would they question me? I was onboard with the Resistance for less than a day and they suddenly think I have all the answers?"
"Beats me." CL-1210 shrugged. "The First Order has an obsession with taking over the entire galaxy and even I don't know why."
Elara sat back down in the chair places in the centre of the prison cell. She was taken away the privilege of having an actual room since she destroyed the last one. She leant her head back and grunted. "I haven't met Hux yet."
"Bit of a tosser really." CL responded. "He's nothing special."
"He's very intimidating, even though he's a ginger." FR explained.
"My point, how can a ginger be intimidating?" CL chuckled, but her helmet made it sound odd.
"You'd be surprised." Elara sighed, looking down at the palms of her hand. "I had a friend who was a ginger, though it reminded me more of the sun than the stereotypes."
"What was her name?" FR asked quietly, knowing they had sparked a sad memory.
"Vega Delgado."
General Hux entered without a word, circling Elara's chair with broad shoulders and a tall posture. It seemed like he had never smiled a day in his life and his icy blue eyes sent aggressive shivers down Elara's back. He turned to the stormtroopers, telling them sternly to leave them. He immediately went to Elara's chair and tightened the restraints so she would not be able to attack him.
"So you're the great Jedi?" He questioned, appalled. "You seem a bit-"
"Weak? Tired? Sore? Try staying in the care of the First Order for a long time buddy, it ain't fun."
His face twitched. "I need you to tell me where the Resistance base is located."
"Not a chance." Elara spat out, even though she hadn't a clue where the actual base was located.
"Very well." He straightened out his jacket. "I would apologize about your parents' escape pod, but I am not sorry."
"You?" She glared at him. "You killed them?"
"Guilty." He walked towards the door. "We are also searching for your children as they will be put into the care of the First Order once you are dead."
"You bitch!" She sneered, trying to escape the chair.
His jaw clenched. "I'm sure Ren will have plenty to say to you when he returns."
Elara shook her head, watching him leave. She would not cry, she wanted to of course but she wouldn't. This was no longer just a massive argument going back and forth, this was war.

When CL-1210 and FR-2178 returned, Elara was looking absentmindedly at a wall. To her own intelligence, she knew that she had to help them escape. It was clear that two did not enjoy their lives and deserved more.
"This may seem odd-" Elara pondered. "But perhaps I could give you both a more...professional name?"
"Pardon?" CL questioned.
"Doesn't CL-1210 seem a bit, basic?" Elara reasoned. "Wouldn't you like an actual name?"
"Oh yes!" FR chimed in.
Elara smiled. "I've given it some thought and if you like it, I think Celestia suits you best CL!"
"That's beautiful." Celestia gasped. "That's perfect!"
FR looked down at her feet. "And me?"
"Remi." Elara sent her a wide grin. "You both deserve names and a new life, I can help you."
Celestia nodded. "Thank you."
"As a Jedi, it is my duty."
The prison cell doors opened and in walked Kylo Ren. With a single lift of his hand, the stormtroopers darted out of the room quicker than they should have. He watched them leave, glad to know that he was still feared.
"Your back." Elara said bluntly.
"I am." He went to undo the restraints. "You'll be pleased to hear that the Resistance has our children."
A relieved sigh escaped Elara's lips and she jolted out of her chair. "Did you find that stupid droid?"
Kylo shook his head. "I found something even better."
"Oh?" She huffed.
"One of the rebels, a scavenger from Jakku." Kylo explained. "She has seen the map to Skywalker."
Elara grunted. "And you think she'll be able to remember every bit of it?"
"Don't doubt me." He snapped.
"Oh I doubted you a long time ago, when I thought you weren't completely insane and all." She placed her hands on her hip. "I'm also beginning to doubt my loyalty to the light side."
"Do you ever shut-" He paused, his breathing hitched. "What did you just say?"
"You heard me Kylo." Elara said sternly.
Kylo, completely shocked, didn't know how to reply to her statement. He wasn't foolish and knew better. "Why should I believe you?"
"You shouldn't." Elara shrugged, walking up to him and placing a hand on his chest. "I wouldn't trust me either."
Kylo gulped, his mask covering every emotion he was trying to hide away. "I see."
"What do you see Kylo?" She stood on her tiptoes, pressing the small clasp that kept his mask still and took it off so she could see his euphoric expression. "Us, together, ruling the Galaxy with our children?"
Tempted to explain what he was thinking, his weakened ego spun her around and pinned her against the wall. "I don't know what you're trying to do."
"I'm trying to make things right." She breathed. "I want to keep our family together."
Kylo's eyebrows furrowed, unable to tell if she was lying or not. Instead of framing her for false assumptions, he pressed a kiss to her forehead. "You have finally realized the power of the dark side."
"No." She shook her head. "I realized that I'm more powerful when I am with you."
That is when her plan fell completely into place.
