Everything I do, I do for you...
-Randhir
---------------------------------------
Kimaya made Avyukt wear his night clothes as he continued clapping his hand kicking at times. He immediately jumped in her arms as soon as she got over-dressing him. She smiled kissing his head as he snuggled in her chest.
Reema smiled looking at the mother-son equation. Kimaya kissed her son's cheek as he smiled looking at her.
"Baby, go to Dadi", Kimaya said passing him to Reema who made her distasteful face.
"Kimaya, It's so weird. Don't make him call me Dadi", Reema said looking at the little version of Randhir who was looking back at her with curious eyes.
"But you are his dadi, Chachi. What else should he call you?", Kimaya asked her as Reema sighed.
"That's why I asked you to wait for a child", Reema mumbled making Kimaya laugh at her words.
"These things are not in our hand, Chachi", Randhir entered the room dressed in a white t-shirt and black jeans.
"Right?", Reema said shaking her head.
"You will not call me, Dadi", she told Avyukt who blinked his eyes twice before looking the other way.
"He is a duplicate of you, Randhir. He ignores people just like you. He was such a sweetheart with Kimaya just a second before", Reema said as Kimaya passed Randhir his coat.
"He is his son", Kimaya said smiling at her son who smiled back at her showing his teeth to her.
"Chachi, you sure you will be fine taking care of him", Kimaya asked one last time looking at Avyukt who was crawling on the bed moving to her.
"I think he will be the one taking care of me", Reema said as he reached to Kimaya raising his hand for her to pick him up.
"Baby, Mumma is in the kitchen. You stay with Dadi, okay", Kimaya said as he pouted looking at his father. Randhir knew where this pout came from. It was the same pout his wife would give him in the initial face of their marriage.
They moved out of the house after busying Avyukt in watching television.
Randhir opened the door for Kimaya as she entered the car sitting on the passenger seat. She doesn't really remember the last time she traveled with him. It feels so weird.
Thinking about it, she was to be blamed as well for the distance in their relationship. If she wanted to end this relationship, she should've taken a stand over it but she chose to go with the flow, and the best way to punish him was ignoring him.
If she gave a thought to this then she knew it was a very childish way to handle things but she wanted to make sure that his love was true not lust.
"You look beautiful", he whispered as he got in the driving seat. She gave him a small smile which made him forget his surrounding for a second.
The maroon color was making her skin shine and look lighter than it already was.
She looked away from him looking at her phone which made him come out of his daze.
"I just wish Avu don't get hungry again", she said suddenly as she looked at the highway.
"He is old enough to have something else as well, Maya. You should stop worrying this much about him", Randhir spoke concentrating on the road.
"Ma hu na tension lena band nahi kar sakti"
"I am a mother. I can't stop taking tension", she whispered pushing her hair back checking her makeup in her phone's camera.
"You have changed a lot after Yukt", he told her as she smiled.
"You know I still hate myself for saying bad things about our baby. I now understand why you slapped me. I was so wrong pulling that innocent soul in our fight", she suddenly said making him look at her.
"You don't have to hide my mistake. I overdo things that day. First I hurt you till the point that we have to stay separated for so long and then kidnapping you was something else", he told her as she looked at him.
"But I don't regret anything except pushing you away from me and slapping you", he told her making her sigh.
"Can we not talk about these things?", she told him making him hold her hand still driving.
"We have to talk out things for you to forget and forgive me", he told her making her smile.
"Can you please tell me where we are going", she asked him.
"In my farmhouse", he told her making her frown.
"The same place where you take me before marriage", she asked him as he nodded his head.
"I am excited now", she told him with a smile while he smiled back.
"You sure nothing wrong is going to happen now", she asked him suddenly losing her smile. His hold tighten around her hand as he gave a curt nod to her.
------------------------------------------
The farmhouse was decorated beautifully with fairy lights and candles. There were many couple pictures of them on the walls making her smile tracing her finger on one of the pictures. It was their engagement.
"I never thought in my wildest imagination that you will rule my heart that day", he whispered in her ear wrapping his arms around her waist which was only having a thin net fabric. She could feel the coldness of his palm on her skin making her shiver.
"We couldn't celebrate our anniversary properly", he told her making her turn her head still being in his arms. He touched his lightly stubbled cheek with her soft ones making her close her eyes feeling the warmth.
He picked her up in his arms making her part her lips in shock.
"You are lighter than the time when I brought you first here", he pointed out making her glare at him.
"You don't even know how to romance. You are still pointing at my weight", she told him.
"I am just asking you to eat properly", he told her making her stand in the middle of nowhere. The place was dark which made her hold his hand in worry.
Suddenly everything started illuminating as she looked around in the room.
"MAYA", she read on the floor made by small lights. Slowly the other small lights switched on illuminating a giant portrait of her. Her eyes started tearing up realizing that her husband painted it.
She moved towards it slowly tracing the rough surface of the canvas. Everything seemed like a dream to her. She turned around to find him sitting on his knee with his head bowed.
"I know whatever happened between us broke your trust in me or on this relationship. I just want to tell you that whatever happened between us never changed the way I feel for you. I have loved you, love you, and will always love you", he told her as she sat in front of him cupping his face making him look at her.
His face only spoke how he meant every single word.
She threw her arms around his neck hugging him tightly as he immediately wrapped his arms around her.
"You don't know how hurt I was with your words", she said as tears fall down her cheek. His arms tighten around her pulling her closer to him.
"It was for your security only", he said feeling her tears on his neck. She moved back after a few minutes of looking at him.
"I want you to promise me something", he told her cupping her face. She looked at him with curiousness making him smile.
"Will you choose to be mine forever?", he asked her. She tried to read his expression which only said how true he was.
"You will never cheat on me?", she asked as he shook immediately.
"You will never hurt me again", she told him as he nodded his head.
"You will never give me a reason to doubt our relation again", she told him as he nodded again making her smile with tears in her eyes.
"I will always remain yours", she said as he smiled.
"If rebirth is possible, I want you to promise me to only love and marry me", he told her making her frown.
"You are being too weird", she said laughing at his words.
"I am not. I can't take the thought of you being with someone else even if it is in some other birth. Kimaya only belongs to Randhir no matter what", he told her making her smile at his words.
"I promise you. Kimaya only belongs to Randhir. Not only in this birth but all the births I take. I would only choose you as my spouse and love you dearly with all my heart", she said as he placed his lips on hers kissing her deeply putting all his love, care, and frustration from all these months.
He could handle anything but staying away from him was like hell for him. He couldn't even imagine his life without her. They continued being in each other's arms loving the warmth they both missed after so long.
-------------------------------------
"I think I should call once to check if everything is going good", she said pushing him slightly away from her who was hovering her body placing kisses on her neck.
He hummed still nibbling her earlobe making her glare at him.
"Behave", she hissed trying to hide her red cheeks. She called on Reema's number.
"Chachi, is everything okay?", She asked Reema.
"Kimaya, can you please come back home soon", Reema said after a long wait. Kimaya felt her heart dropping at her words.
"Why? What happened?", she asked in fear which made Randhir pull away from her asking her to put the phone on speaker.
"Kimaya, your son is so naughty. He is not listening to anybody throwing his toys around. He is just looking for you around. He is definitely throwing a tantrum right now", Reema said in a crying voice.
"Is he troubling you too much, Chachi?", Randhir asked suddenly taking the phone from Kimaya who looked worried.
"You don't talk to me. I told you already he is just like you. I would've been happy if he took upon Kimaya in his behavior", Reema said in a strict voice.
"We are coming", Kimaya said looking at Randhir who nodded his head.
They reached back home till midnight. As soon as Avyukt's eyes fall on his mother, they started turning teary as he raised her hand for her to pick him up.
Kimaya ran towards her quickly picking him in her arms as he started crying hiding her face in her neck.
"I am so sorry, baby", she whispered kissing his forehead as he cried with tears falling down his chubby cheeks.
"He changed so much seeing Kimaya. Before that he was just shouting at every person in his baby voice", Reema said standing beside Randhir.
"He missed her. He won't cry in front of any other person except his mother", Randhir said walking to his wife who was trying to pacify their baby.
"I think he is hungry. I should feed him", Kimaya said looking at Randhir who nodded his head as she walked upstairs with him.
"I don't know if I should say this or not but he loves her more than you", Reema said looking at Randhir.
"Don't worry, my daughter would love me more", he said walking upstairs. Reema frowned at his words before understanding what he meant shaking her head.
"Your son is definitely your duplicate copy", she whispered walking to the other room where her son was sleeping.
---------------------------------------
The mother-son duo was in the mall doing shopping for themself.
Kimaya smiled looking at a pair of shoes. She looked at her son who was sleeping peacefully in his pram. She caressed his cheek softly before picking up the shoes moving towards the cash counter to pay for them when she bumped into someone.
"Sorry", she whispered smiling softly at the stranger before moving away from him.
The stranger looked back at her tilting his head to the left before smirking evilly looking at the little child with her and the security around her.
