When I am alone

Tired to the bone

Cope is running low

And my mind runs slow

Time to seek relief

Set aside my grief

Time to protect mind

Let myself unwind

Time to switch my path

Take a long hot bath

Take a nighttime hike

Read tale to a tyke

Set aside my woes

As the nighttime grows

Read a silly book

Sit by moonlit brook

Set aside day's fray

Make my life less gray

Slip into a state

That will liberate
