( CHAPTER THREE - STAY IN YOUR LANE, BITCH )
(you're welcome)
▁▁▁
LOGAN PICKED UP her pace towards vehicle with Seth trailing behind her, towing three suitcases behind him as he struggled to keep up with Logan's fast pace. A smile was situated on her lips ever since she had left Hunter's office and since then- it hadn't been removed. Seth had to laugh at her because she almost ran over a crew member on the way out here. Whatever Hunter had told her, obviously turned out really well, he thought.
Both of them came to a stop behind the black vehicle as Logan pressed the button to unlock the trunk to load their suitcases in, and Seth's eyes flickered to her. "Are you going to tell me what's up with you?" he questioned her as he started to pack his luggage in the vehicle.
Logan circled around the vehicle and when she came into view, had a cheeky grin on her face. "I can't have a smile on my face now, Rollins?" she retorted, and he sighed in response.
"Of course you can.. I'm just wondering why you haven't wiped that grin off your face since you came from Hunter's office."
Logan turned her head while she watched Seth pack his suitcases in the back, and she crossed her arms over her chest while leaning against the solid vehicle. "I'll tell you once we pick up Dean from the gym. This calls for a family meeting." she informed him.
Since both of them had their match cards rather early in the evening, both her and Seth got the night off after she returned from Hunter's office. Logan was pretty thankful to get excused early since the night before she had barely gotten any sleep- which usually happened every big career event and returning was one of them. Logan couldn't wait to hurry up and pick up Dean from the gym since she could barely keep the good news away from Seth, and now that she had to wait the news further- was literally eating her up inside.
Logan was the last one to fit her purple suitcase in the back, the jingling of the keys flying through the air once her head picked up, had her eyes snapping towards Seth and her hand lifting up to catch it. "I'm just so relieved to finally get out of this place." she told him truthfully as her mind went briefly back to Finn.
Seth chuckled from beside her as he situated himself in the leather seat, "It'd not so bad, you'll get over the tension that is shared between you two." he told her, which he hoped would be the case.
Logan turned her head to look at him with a look on her face. "I literally threw up after seeing him, Seth. I don't think it will go away any time soon." she shook her head as the headlights switched on and the vehicle roared with life as soon as she turned the key.
His brown eyes went to her face as her arm rested against his headrest while she focused on backing up in the crowded parking lot- being careful of the moving crew members. The vehicle was rather dark but with the combination of light from the moon and the streetlights reflecting off her tanned face- he could see her expressions. "It will--" he paused for a second and she felt herself hold in a breath. "--and then you'll get married or you'll get pregnant and-"
Logan's brown eyes immediately grew wide as two saucers with what Seth was currently spilling out of his mouth, and she quickly cut him off before she could hear anymore of what he was saying. "I see that we're getting a bit carried away here.." she said as she coughed awkwardly, the vehicle stopping outside of the local gym that Dean was currently at.
Logan pulled out her phone to let Dean know she was outside but as soon as she was about to press send, her phone lit up with a caller ID. She looked over at Seth while she held the phone to her ear. "Can you text Dean and tell him we're here?" she quickly said. "Hey babes"
"Hey, I just want to call you and say congratulations on returning, Logan." the calm voice of Nikki came through the phone but there was her usual wine drunk tone coming through to. "I'm putting you on speaker since Brie is with me too." she added and Logan nodded to herself even though she knew the two twins couldn't see her.
Seth's eyes narrowed down towards her phone while a confused expression flooded onto his face since he didn't know that her and the Bella's were currently friends. "Yeah, no worries- I'm just with Seth and we're waiting for Dean right now but thank you." she said as her eyes were focused on the gym door in front of her, waiting for Dean to come through.
From the other side of the phone, Nikki looked towards her sister with a hopeful look on her face. "Seth is with you? That's great because we were planning on calling him next after we got off the phone with you," Brie's voice came through the phone as she looked up at her sister's grin. "There's some people we're inviting to the bar tonight, and wondered if you and the boys would be interested in getting your Brie Mode on-- Carmella, Nattie, Lana, and a bunch of others will be coming along with us."
Logan chewed on her bottom lip as she looked towards Seth, her eyes pleading him to come along with her. To her surprise he actually shrugged his shoulders which to her was telling her that he didn't care and it was her choice whether or not she would be going, and he would tag along. Now, it was just convincing Dean to come along with them would be the challenging part since Dean was the type of person to deny the offer even though she knew he would enjoy himself once he got a couple shots in him.
Seth leaned his head in towards the phone once Logan pressed the button to put them both on speaker phone- which would allow Seth to join in with the conversation. "Well, Logan and I will be there but Dean might need some convincing, but we will make him come." he said while leaning further towards Logan so their shoulders were touching.
Nikki was already a step ahead of the two friends, "We already got Renee coming after she's done work, so Dean would most likely come along with her." she replied which made Logan smile since now, it wouldn't take much convincing for Dean to come along if his wife was coming- they usually went everywhere with each other.
Logan turned her head as she heard the vehicle door creak open in the back seat and noticed that Dean had opened it and climbed inside. His dirty blonde hair was pressed against his sweaty forehead as he pulled his hat over his head.
"Well, Dean's here.." she replied as her eyes returned to the front while she passed her cellphone to Seth, "just text me when you're coming to pick us up and we'll be ready." she said, slightly raising her voice so that Nikki could hear her. She was already looking back at Dean in the mirror with her puppy dog eyes and he let out snort, shaking his head at her.
As soon as Seth had disconnected the call, Dean spoke up with an amused grin on his face. "We'll be ready?" he chuckled and scooted towards the middle seat, lifting his head up quickly at Seth as a silent greeting.
Logan pouted in response. "C'mon, you owe me for yelling at me." she whined back at him, her bottom lip popping out of her mouth. "please Dean."
Just as she stopped at a spotlight, Logan turned her head towards the back seat and Seth watched on with a smirk on his face as they stared each other down for several minutes before Dean let out a huff of frustration- letting her know that she had won this war. "You really have to stop with that whole face." his hands circled around her face dramatically while she squealed and started driving away from the gym.
"What do you mean, that's just my face." she shrugged her shoulders while she looked back at him through the rear-view mirror innocently.
Dean rolled his eyes in the back and soon the car grew silent as Logan focused on driving back to her apartment. It was only until she stopped at a second red light that she remembered the news she was going to tell the both of them. "So, I have good news." her words broke through the silence and both men looked up from their phones and towards her. "I had a meeting with Vince today and it turns out that I'll be entered in the ladder match for Money in the Bank." she finished her sentence and looked over towards Seth, his lips turning up into smile.
"No way, that's amazing." he commented and from behind them, Dean's hand slapped her shoulder as he too- had a smile growing on his face.
She needed something to lift her spirits especially with the things that were happening in her personal life, Dean thought. and this was absolutely a perfect distraction for her.
"Well I'm a very proud dude right now-- and we'll both teach you how to climb the ladders quickly and everything in that territory." Dean told her with his smile on his face and Seth was quick to nod his head to agree with Dean.
That was one thing that Logan had forgotten about- how to climb ladders. She wasn't afraid of heights so that wouldn't be a problem with her, but she was afraid of falling off of them and possibly injuring herself. The thoughts of injuring herself once again had always haunted her ever since she torn her shoulder, which caused her to go easy when she was training according to her trainer- Jeff.
"Dean, you freaked her out." Seth's brown eyes were focused on her hands and the way they tightened around the steering wheel. Logan was quickly to shut down the thought of her actually being scared. "I'm not freaked out, the ladder just.. didn't cross my mind."
"How did it not cross your mind? The brief case is literally twenty feet in the air." Dean countered.
Logan rolled her eyes, "I'm not talking about this right now." she shook her head and pulled up in the parking lot. Taking the key from the ignition, Logan quickly got out of the vehicle and pulled her shorts down a bit.
"Did you really wear your gear home?" Dean questioned as he caught glimpse of her pink shorts which was quickly covered by her over-sized sweater.
Logan smiled over at him, "I really wanted to go home." she told him while she reached to grab hold of her suitcase. From behind her, Seth hit Dean's shoulder with the palm of his hand and leaned in to whisper, "She saw Finn and bolted." he said quietly but it didn't slip past Logan, who hit his arm.
"I didn't just bolt.. I saw Cathy and bolted.." she shrugged her shoulders like it was no big deal, but to her it certainty was. She had heard the talk backstage but she didn't exactly know if Cathy and Finn were together or not. Whatever the two were, were really under the radar.
"That's the same thing," Dean retorted while his hands rose up and he shook his head at her. Seth chuckled from beside him as they both watched as she started walking towards the hotel.
Logan noticed that the two boys weren't following behind her and she froze while her eyes rolled in a circle. "Are you guys coming?" she yelled out, her manicured hand still holding the handle of her suitcase as she turned around to face the two. "I wouldn't want to leave Nicole waiting, you know how they get." she added.
Seth and Dean both shared glances and with a nod--they started walking to catch up to Logan when she turned back around with a gleam in her eye.
Thirty minutes later, Logan was finally coming out of the shower with her hair thrown up in a towel- securing her wet mop. Dean briefly looked up from his phone, "I thought you left." Logan said as she walked through the door, grabbing the front of her towel as she bent down to her suitcase to pull it up and place it on her bed.
Dean shrugged as his eyes went back to his phone, "Nah, Renee doesn't get off work for another twenty minutes-- and then she has to make it out of the building.." he trailed while dramatically acting like he was counting up the time, "which will probably take half an hour." he finally replied as a smile came onto his lips that matched Logan's.
"Well, that's good because I need you to help me with my outfit." she replied while smirking over at him, her fingers working on the zipper of her suitcase.
Dean sighed out more louder than normal to annoy her, which worked when she rolled her eyes while putting her suitcase in-front of him and gestured to her 'going out' clothes, which were just shirts that happened to be a little more revealing.
Dean shook his head while a smile slipped out on his lips, "I can't believe I'm doing this." he said to her while he began to search through her clothing, looking at some of her shirts and tossing the ones that he didn't like onto the spot next to him.
Logan leaned her chin onto her shoulder while looking through her eyelashes, an appreciate smile coming onto her lips. "Have I told you how much I appreciate you?"
"Only when I do things for you." Dean countered back and grabbed hold of a black cropped shirt with long sleeves, but the middle had a deep-v neck-connected with a piece of fabric on the neck. "here, this looks pretty paired with this." Dean added when he grabbed a pair of Logan's high-waisted black jeans.
Logan let a grin slip onto her face as she grabbed the clothing and started walking to the bathroom to slip everything on. Dean wouldn't admit it but he was actually a man with an eye for womanly fashion, or maybe it was the fact that Logan has made him pick out her own clothing--that he has gotten an eye for a good wardrobe change.
As soon as Logan finished with getting her clothing on and her hair was completely finished air drying, she switched on her straighter and grabbed her makeup bag.

Logan's manicured hand grabbed hold of the handle of the party bus as the vehicle stopped in-front of the club, a line of people who weren't up to standards of the social status hung back behind the rope. Dean was getting off of the bus behind her, grabbing her waist as she almost missed a step and face planted on the sidewalk, which earned a nervous bubbly laughter from her mouth.
Her straight black hair flowed through the wind as her silver hoops glittered under the artificial light illuminating from the lights outside of the club. Her head turned as they all waited for everyone to get off the bus, which Nicole had invited almost the whole RAW Roster, including some of her own friends from Smackdown-- and then their friends-- and the list had gotten longer.
Everyone that had recognized the bunch of people that exited the bus had started to shout their names with excitement at the realization of who exactly where going to be sharing the club with.
"Who the fuck is ready to get shit faced!" Logan bellowed and her voice gotten low from the too many drinks on the way to their destination. Brie started to walk over towards the latina, with her own drink that had a couple of mouth-fulls left. "I am!" she yelled back while her arm raised in the air as she started dancing on the spot.
"Ey asshole, get out of me way," a woman with a head of fiery orange fought against the growing crowd as she made her way out of the bar after she got a message from Nicole.
Logan turned her head around upon hearing the familiar accent and her face beamed with happiness when Becky was making her way towards her- her own drunken grin plastered on her face. "Oh, you've got to be kidding me? Becks!" she squealed and started rushing towards the woman, pulling her into a hug.
From behind them, Nichole watched on as the two friends were reunited since both of them hadn't been able to see each-other much. Ever since Becky was working towards her big career push, and Logan injured herself--free time was barely existence. Nicole knew that the latina would appreciate the sights of one of her best friends tonight.
Becky pulled away from her hug but held onto her elbows as the two ladies smiled at each-other. "Surprise, and congratulations of coming back." her lips slipped over her teeth as she pulled her into another hug.
"Is everyone off the bus?" Nicole yelled out over the loud chatter which caught Logan's attention, making her look over the crowd of people to see the door of the bus closing- indicating that they could go in.
As soon as she entered the place after checking her name off the list outside of the bar, floods of fog encased her ankles as she walked further in with Becky hanging onto her arm- an award winning smile plastered on both of their faces.
Her eyes glanced around the crowded room full of sweaty and drunk bodies, music pumping through her ears making her feel more dizzy than she actually was.
Naomi and her husband were seated at the bar, taking selfies and sipping from the same glass as they laughed at whatever picture they took. Dean and Renee moved past the two girls, making a bee line towards the bar- a cheeky, dimple showing, smile coming onto Dean's features as Renee wiggled her eyebrows at him.
Nicole was always the party planner, who was currently escorting everyone towards the saved v.i.p spot for everyone to hangout that didn't want to be among the bodies of strangers.
"Wanna buy me a drink?" Becky wiggled her eyebrows over towards Logan, who looked over at her with a smile on her face and then jerked her head towards the bar.
"Aren't I the one who should be getting special treatment?" Logan playfully commented as the two girls moved together towards the bar, dodging and weaving through the drunken crowd. Luckily for the two of them, most of the people that rode with them on the bus, was at the other end of the bar.
Renee was quick to spot them and wave the bartender to get each-other a round of drinks while Dean had his arm over the blonde's shoulder. "You're definitely getting special treatment, my love." the blonde added into their conversation, putting her own arm around the Latina as a drunken smile slipped on her lips.
The bartender walked back over towards them after setting up at-least twenty shot glasses in-front of the large group that gathered, that consisted of Dean, Renee, Seth, and several people from Smackdown that she didn't really get the pleasure of talking to due to their different travel times.
Grabbing two of the tequila shots, Logan sets them down in-front of Becky and one down for her before hoisting herself a bit over the bar and grabbing two limes and a shaker of salt.
Once everyone had the salt on the side of their hand, Becky had risen her glass in the air first. "Alright," she sighs, while gazing down towards the people who joined them. "a toast; to Logan Perris, long way she reign as the most fearsome heel in WWE history-- aside from Becky Lynch, of course." she muttered the last words under her breath as she grinned up at Logan with a playful glint in her eye.
Logan smirks, rolling her eyes at the fact that Becky had planned her own toast to her return. Quickly, she licked the salt off the top of her hand and then tilts her head to kick back the shot of tequila. The liquid didn't even burn on the way down, just tasted more sour due to the lime in her mouth after, and then came the next three shots.
With another drink in her hand, Logan and Becky made their way between the bodies of drunk people and towards the dance floor as the music pumped through the entire club- making the ground shake as the two girls screamed.
Dean stayed back and watched as the girls all danced in the middle of the dance-floor- some even falling over due to the amount of alcohol that was in their system. From beside him, a pair of blue eyes were already glued onto the latina's frame, and the jeans hugging her bottom tightly.
Dean looked over at him and a smile slipped onto his face when he noticed that none other than the Irish man was sat down next to him- his own glass of whiskey in his hand. "Like the view?" Dean questioned him, yelling over the beat of the music.
Finn blinked and looked over at him, he didn't even answer his question or maybe he didn't even hear him but Dean didn't care. He wasn't going to hold his tongue in this time, "Yeah, your girlfriend is over there-- if you lost her." he leaned in and pointed over towards Cathy, who was laughing and talking to Carmella.
Finn rolled his eyes at him and then took a sip of his drink when he noticed that Logan was making her way over towards the bar again- the way she swayed back and forth made him realize that this girl was completely wasted. He was surprised she was still standing straight.
As soon as Logan's dazed brown eyes set upon his face, she smiled and scoffed. "Well, if it isn't the man I didn't want to see tonight." she said as she made her way between the two men, lifting her finger towards the bartender to buy another shot.
"Who invited you again?" she furrowed her eyebrows when she turned her head to look back over at him.
"I didn't realize I had to be invited to come to a club, Logan." Finn fired back with as much fire that she had, and perhaps it was because of the alcohol that he too had consumed-- made his words come out that way.
Logan rolled her eyes and grabbed her shot, downing it in one go and returning her eyes to the Irish man. "You did to this one and I in fact did not invite you."
From behind them, Cathy already had her eyes on the advancing girl, her own eyes going into slits as she stared down the two former lovers with distaste in her mouth. "Hey, pass me one of your drinks." she gestured without her eyes leaving Logan's frame, and Carmella passed her half-drank cup with a questioning look in her eye as Cathy began to walk up towards the bar.
Logan felt someone bump into her that sent her shoving her stomach into the table of the counter- which had her turning around with a glare in her eye. "What the--" she turned around and then a drink splashed up onto her chest- splattering some of the liquid onto her face. "The fuck did you do that for, cunt?"
By now, Dean had gotten off of the bar stool with a excited look on his face as Logan shoved the woman back with her hands rather hard- which had Cathy stumbling backwards, hitting someone in the back.
"Cause you have your slutty hands over my man." Cathy fired back and shoved the woman back, getting into her face as Logan let out a breathy scoff.
"Maybe if you had your attention on your man-- you would've noticed his fucking eyes on my ass the whole time; who the fuck do you think you are?"
"His fucking girlfriend, that's who the fuck I think I am." Cathy barked before Finn could intervene but Dean put an arm up to shush him. This was too good to be wasted by Finn's protests- and in all honestly- he was waiting for this moment.
"Next time you want to pick a fight with someone who's above your pay grade, have a valid fucking answer." Logan fired, "I never had my hands on your man and two- stay in your lane, bitch."
By now, Becky, Seth, and Nicole have now jointed the small circle forming around the two girls while Finn notices the bouncer trying to push through the crowd.
But before he could warn them, Cathy had advanced after spitting a word under her breath that he didn't quite catch, and grabbed hold of Logan's hair, sending a quick jab to her jaw.
Lucky for them, before Logan could retaliate and pounce on the girl, Cesaro stepped up and caught her in mid-air, wrapping his arms around her waist and tugging her towards the exit. "Alright, nope, here we go."
All the while, the entire club has turned into a chaotic mess, while Logan was still kicking and screaming a slew of words at Cathy, who's now being collected and held back by Finn himself.
"Let me go, I'm gonna knock her the fuck out!" Logan clawed against Cesaro's arm as she kicked at the air in attempts of escaping his hold.
How fucking dare Cathy excuse her for touching Finn, and calling her a slut. If anything-- Cathy was acting like a total slut when her and Finn were together.
Cesaro looked back over towards the closed door of the club, "No one is knocking anyone out unless you want to get a call from Vince." he told her but she didn't even care. All she wanted was to get her fingers knotted between the curls of Cathy's head to tear them out and make her bald.
From inside of the bar, Becky was facing Finn with an unimpressed look on her face. "Seriously, Finn?" she rose her eyebrows on her forehead as he looked over at her. "figure your shit out." she shook her head since she knew how the man still felt about her friend and she wasn't going to be pushed into the middle of it-- and then pick sides.
