Grim and Ace waited patiently in the darkness. Grim scented that a Starter was approaching. Suddenly, he spotted a Quilava. They were ready to strike their target.

Suddenly, Grim pounced on to the Quilava knocking him to the ground. The Starter squirmed under his paws to get away but to no avail he suddenly gave up and was overcome by his attacker. Grim bit the Quilava's neck until he wasn't moving anymore. Then, he got off him. Ace began ripping apart the Starter and gave a half of it to Grim.

"Ah... Starters are my specialty. Who needs berries." Ace said.

Grim took a bite out of the fire Starter's head. "Indeed." He mumbled.

At that moment, the two outlaws were disturbed by a group of Starter Pokémon. "Stop in the name of the law!!"

Grim looked up and glared at the Starters. "How dare you disturb our meal. You should learn your lesson." He fired a Shadow Ball at the Starters but the attack missed them all.

"Nice try.... Now put your paws in the air.... NOW!!" A Braixen shouted, pointing her stick at them.

Grim grabbed the end of her stick and bit it apart before using Dark Pulse on the Braixen. The Braixen was hit by the attack critically but she was still standing until Grim used Bite on her ripping one of her ears off. She squealed in pain before fleeing.

"Coward!!" Grim yelled. The Braixen reminded him of his old friends a long time ago. "She will die later... I will find her...." he thought.

Grim and Ace continued fighting together against the rest of the Starters that were there once they finished, Ace put his claws in the blood of the Starters and made a bloody claw mark on a tree bark followed by his name Ace. Afterwards, they both fled the scene before anyone else would see them.

On their way home, they encountered Tudi. Ace and Tudi went into each other's faces once they saw each other. They both attempted to claw the other's eyes out. After a while, Tudi finally noticed Grim.

"Oh, now what do we have here? Is this your partner?" Tudi asked.

"Well yes he is. But he's the least of your worries. You're going to die this time Tudi." Ace answered.

"No, I think you meant the other way around. You are the one whose going to die, Ace. By the way, I'm not afraid of you. You should be afraid of me." Tudi sliced a claw at the Weavile but Ace dodged it. Ace did the same to Tudi and the attack also missed. They continued trying to claw each other until Tudi finally managed to get a hit on him. He created a gash across his left eye which will soon leave a big scar.

Tudi grinned as he clawed at him again. Grim decided to actually do something to help his partner in battle and tackled the killer Sandslash to the ground. Tudi tried striking at him with his large claws but Grim dodged each one. Grim used Shadow Ball on Tudi. "This kid doesn't seem to give up. He's an idiot if he doesn't know what he's getting himself into. You know what I don't have time for this. I've got a stupid Starter Squad to destroy not a bunch of dumb outlaws. I'll deal with you lunkheads later!" He growled before using Dig.

"You alright, Ace..."

"I'm fine. I had it kid. Just next time let me handle him."

"I understand Ace... But you were in trouble..."

"I don't care, I can take care of myself. Come on we better go."
