Purple frowned as the others laughed. They had just finished with the Hoenn data and he had killed them with a bad joke. So he had a couple ready. It wasn't supposed to be successful in its attack.

"Guys..." Green took a steady breath as the other regained air.

"Sorry Purple. But one, that was funny. Two, we're about to enter a region with a particular comedy duo. You gotta go easy on us." Purple huffed gently.

"No guarantees. I have a lot to go through." Red and Blue struggled to breath after that. Yellow gulped quickly.

"I'm surprised you don't hang out with the duo." Ruby raised an eyebrow as he caught airflow.

"Yeah like that's a good idea. We'll be dying because of how good they are." Purple frowned as he looked away. Red took a deep breath before speaking.

"You ready with yours, Purple?" Purple froze as he pulled out his notebook. "I guess not."

"Hey, I was making sure you guys didn't need CPR. Be quiet." The group busted out laughing as he started mumbling something about bad manners.

"C'mon Purple. It's not that bad." He shot a glance at them before taking a shaky breath.

"Yeah, wait till I actually kill you. I'm ready..." The others pulled themselves together as he gulped. "I uh... have special conditions that help me with my forming. Such as my eyes..." His eyes flashed slightly. He looked down as Red hummed.

"Explains why Pink says don't trust the eyes." Purple's face went red with embarrassment.

"S-stop..." The others giggled as a howl hit the air. They looked around at that. A howl replied to the first. Red had gone quiet as he listened.

"Someone's having a conversation..." Green raised an eyebrow.

"Can you translate?" Red shook his head.

"A single howl could either mean 'I need help' or 'I'm lost'. I can't translate this easily. Velvet knew this kinda stuff better." Purple's head lowered, knowing Velvet was on the other side. He hoped she was just acting or had gotten to her senses. But that was as likely as Pink remembering everything. He listened as a particular howl appeared and a group howl followed.

"Alpha." Purple whispered. The others looked at him.

"What?" Ruby asked. Purple sighed.

"I might not know what they're saying, but I can identify them by their howl. That one howl was the alpha probably pulling the pack together. The first two howls were an omega and beta." Blue hummed.

"You definitely know your stuff." His face heated up as he laughed nervously. Green hummed.

"Then let's go see if this pack knows where a Dexter is. Let's see who we have as allies here."

It didn't take them long to find the pack. They were in the middle of Twinleaf Town looking around. One of the adults sent out a howl and a howl responded. A small group of people entered. A teen was carrying a small child that looked damaged. One of the people in the group pushed through the crowd and took the child. Green's eyes widened.

"There's Diamond." Diamond held the child and calmed them down. His mom went over and healed the child as they fell asleep in his arms. Red's ears adjusted as Diamond spoke.

"Are the parents here?"

"Over here! Lia is coming to take her!" A teen went over to him and took the child. He smiled at her before getting up on top of a trash can.

"Ok everyone! This is a stage one strike! Our outer wall people have been hit! We are going to pull them out and into home territory. If we clash with the attacker, we give them a piece of our honor! If people get hurt getting to the outer walls, we are going to stage 7! We will not let them take us down!" The group cheered. A soft howl grabbed his attention and he calmed them down. A small girl went to the front.

"What if the attackers are allies or didn't mean it?" He smiled at her.

"I'm glad you asked, Aiey. We don't have a lot of allies right now. Until we find allies, we're on our own. Got it!" The group nodded. He smiled. "Let our willows rise for the sake of the autumn air! We are the Sacred Autumn Time Willow Pack for a reason! Let's show these who they're really up against!" The group cheered as they split up. Diamond jumped down as he smiled at his mom.

"That was perfect, dear. You have really brought this pack far." He nodded.

"I'm not letting it fall easily. We have an enemy to bring down. Attacking our allies was the biggest mistake of their lives." She nodded. Green glanced at Red. The blade senior nodded and Green landed. They went over to the Sinnoh blade.

"Diamond!" He turned and smiled at them.

"Hey guys. What's up?" Red paused as he sighed.

"Is there somewhere we can talk in private?" Diamond hummed.

"Yeah... follow me."

Diamond led them into his base. Yellow hummed lightly. It hadn't changed much since the last time she was in there. The only thing that had changed was a curtain hiding something behind it. Green looked around.

"Of course you would have one of the hardest to find bases." Diamond smiled sheepishly as he pulled some chairs over to a table.

"What did you guys need that needed to be discussed in private?" Purple pulled out the book and showed him the page with the list of needed cultures and items.

"We're looking for the Vŕba jesenného západu slnka. We thought you would or one of the other two would know where it is." Diamond chuckled lightly.

"The other two wouldn't even know what it is. That's how limited it is." He unwrapped the bandages on his arm that had just caught Green's eye. A symbol appeared on it.

The others stared.

"I thought..." Diamond smiled at the group's confusion.

"It's not a flower. It's a willow, the magic of the werebeast. We all have our magics and our willows." Purple paused.

"Then that means you're a werebeast..." Diamond smiled lightly.

"I wouldn't have told you guys if this was needed. Why are you looking for it?" Red groaned lightly.

"Am I the only one that got the note?" Green chuckled.

"I'm pretty sure you were supposed to be the only one doing this, Red." He sighed as he held out the note to the junior. The young blade took it and glanced at it. His eyes widened.

"That's why they..." Blue pursed her lips.

"I take it Pearl and Platinum are the reason there's people going down?" Diamond sat down and covered his face. Red knelt down beside him and pulled him into a hug. Diamond sniffled.

"I thought it was a joke or a test... but now..." Red rubbed the back of the smaller junior.

"No one saw this coming, Diamond. We all practically woke up to it. But we're going to get them back. Trust me." Diamond pulled away and rubbed his face.

"Really?" Red nodded.

"The only one of our section of the group that's down so far is Gold. If we gain Black, Blake, and X, we'll be able to fire back with no problem. Gaining Sun will help us more. We have to hold together. Ok?" The small junior nodded as he stood up.

"But I still have people out on the front lines. They can't fight those two. They've got the entire mountain cut off." Purple grinned.

"That's game on! They can't hold the mountain. Not with what I got." Green paused before grinning.

"Diamond, let us help you get your people back here. We'll handle the duo while you take a group to pull them back. Deal?" Diamond paused before nodding. The group smiled as they went outside.

Purple was kidding when he said they couldn't hold the mountain after he got there. The sky shifted from darkness due to Platinum to a bright gold as Purple casted.

"By the name I withhold, allow this strike to gain the wings of the night! "SMOKE SHIRLEY! SILENTARYMINAE! RED CHAIN!"

The smoke that wrapped around him flashed slightly before racing at the duo. They were thrown off by that. Green's eyes flashed as he saw Diamond give them a thumbs up, letting them know what they were done. Purple noticed and they pulled out. They shared a high five as they flew down to meet the junior.

"Are you coming with us or are you staying?" Diamond paused as he glanced at his mom. She smiled.

"Go ahead, Diamond. We can hold the line until you finish this." He smiled as he turned and took Red's hand. He pulled him up and a grin was shared.

"Let's go!" Green nodded as they took off. Diamond smiled as he looked at Purple.

"That was amazing." Purple's face went red with embarrassment.

"T-thanks..." Diamond nodded as Red smiled.

"Diamond, you wouldn't mind if you helped us inform Purple? Because he's behind." Diamond paused before nodding.

"Of course. Anything to help the younger juniors." Purple's face deepened at that.

"H-hush!" The others giggled as they headed for Unova.
