Doma POV

Nothing was more peaceful than staying with Adele watching a bright orange sunset as we stayed in a hills filled with wondrous flowers of different wild colors. We stayed there drenched in our presence, filled in our comfort and happy just being together.

Tomorrow was the festival and what better way to end this day with the love of my life.

"so Doma how's the past three weeks for you" she asked as she cuddled on my lap.

"A lot" was one word I could use to remember it.

"At least you had fun, I had to sneak out to come and meet you sef" she said obviously pissed. Since the last visit, her parents grounded her to stop her from seeing me but we have our ways. Guess love has it ways of doing wonders.

"Wanna hear what happened" I said looking down at her and I couldn't help but smile damn do I have a hot girlfriend!!

"Sure" she said adjusting herself closer as I held her waist firmly.

"Okay so first of all, my mum took me to the market on a Saturday to help us organize the market women and as boring as it seems it was really nice.

I met some really nice women there talk less of spending time with Aunty Natalie and the twins, Alicia and Leticia.

Alicia doesn't let me hear me, she's always asking after you" I said chuckling at my cousins.

"Alicia, it's been long since I saw her actually, I thought she goes to our school?" she asked sounding innocent.

"Yeah they used to tho, but changed in their first year" I answered.

"Why"

"I don't really know but I'm glad" I answered proudly.

"And why is that?" she asked looking confused.

"So they won't see me doing this..." I said as I went over to kiss her trailing the words out as she blush cutely.

"Oh now I get it" she said laughing.

"Then Christian took me out to see his babe!!" I said happy.

"Oh Isabella" Adele said causally.

"Like she's so fine and cute, couldn't stop staring at her and don't get me started on her cooking...." I continued talking till I saw Adele what the fuck expression.

"Let's skip that part...." I said giving a apologetic smile.

My bad but seriously she's very hot. I wonder how she fell for Christian still. Forget that I have my own beauty queen here.

"I went swimming with Farris tho but I didn't really enjoy it" I said annoyed.

"Let me guess adaora was there" she said also annoyed.

"Yeah, She was hitting all over me and I didn't feel good cause my bro Farris is there and he has a a huge crush on her"

"Okay but she didn't do anything rash" Adele said turning all out let my man be mood.

"Of course she didn't" I said giggly cause it's rare to see her like that.

"Good and why are you smiling" she said giving me a playful sting eye.

"Oh nothing..." I said trying to muffle in my laughter.

"There was this day dad took dera me and Christian to see the new king, I was kind of anxious cause I didn't know what to expect" I said.

"How was he like?" she asked curious but who wouldn't be. We got a new king some months ago but actually no one knows what his about and that's why believe are so hyped about this festival cause his hosting it.

"He doesn't talk much, his hard to read actually but the only thing he said concerning me was 'doma king' that's it" I said.

"Wow that's a bummer...but did you see his harem?"

"Shockingly this king has only one wife and she's a beauty her name is Zeya"

"That's nice...but you know how this community is with their traditions" Adele said.

"Screw tradition, I respect him for that, his literally the only person am so curious about" I said lost in thought but the sound of my ringtone brought me back.

As I picked up to phone to answer the call, sight on the caller ID discouraged me, it was dera.

"Arghh" I said totally annoyed.

"Is it dera that is calling?" Adele asked and I'm sure she knew the answer already.

"Just pick up Doma, she's your twin after all" Adele said chuckling.

"Dera wassup?" I asked through the phone trying to seem calm.

"Don't 'wassup' me where have you been?" she asked over the phone. Okay rude!

"I went out strolling, what happened?" I asked casually lying.

"Dad wants you back home"

"any issue?" I asked as worry settle in me.

"I don't know ask him!... be quick and come back!!" she said cutting the call on me. That didn't bother me but why will dad want me back home? I guess I have to go and find out when I get home then

"What was the call about?....it sounded serious." Adele asked sitting up to face me with her big cute brown eyes. Arghh why do I have to leave now!?!

"Apparently, dad wants me home" I said trying to look sad to hide the worry in my face.

"Why?" she said confused.

"I don't know actually" I said still curious.

"Anyways..." she said lying down in the grass next to me tapping the floor to tell me to lie too and once I did she faced me. There was only less than a inch space between our lips and I could feel the hot air blow across my nose and it tingle a little. Our bare legs already crossed arms entangled around our waist, holding each other as if our lives depended on it

Maybe dad can wait a little longer.

"I love you" she said scanning my face as she bit her lower lip.

"I love you adele" I said kissing the freckles across her fluffy cheeks.

"I already miss you" she said pouting.

" I missed you ever since I received that call" I said kissing her on her pout pink lips. I just couldn't get enough from her.

"We have to go..We don't want our parents looking for us" she said feeling guilty as she didn't want the evening to end, neither did I.

"Yeah" I said lost in her eyes before we stood up.

"Before I forget, I got you a little festival gift..." I said digging into my pockets then stopped adruptly.

"But first you have to close your eyes no peeping" I said sounding childish with a lifted chin and she just surrender laughing at my antics.

I pulled out the necklace and I placed it around her neck and whispered in her ear slowly.

"You can open now"

She opened her eyes smiling as she jumps on me; lucky for me I caught her on time. She landed a deep kiss to my lips making me moan a little then she just stayed there hugging me, never wanting to let go.

"Thank you Doma" she whispers in my ear.

"Yeah no sweat anything for my black Barbie.....we have to get going.. Text me when you get back okay" I said as it was already dark.

"Alright love you" she said as we left hand in hand. Damn love has a way of driving you crazy but in a good way.
