This chapter made me soft I busted so many uwus while typing it and it's probably my favorite chapter I have typed so far

Jungkook smiled as he walked around the pet store. He passed by a white cat who's fur looked so soft and Jungkook had to resist the urge to not touch it.

As much as Jungkook found the cat cute, he sadly wasn't going to adopt it. He already had a cat as a best friend and his name was Yoongi. He didn't need anymore. One cat was enough.

Jungkook moved on to the next section of the pet store; dogs.

There were big dogs , little dogs, cute dogs, scary dogs, crossbreed dogs, german shepards, huskies, poodles and all other kinds of dogs, but the one that caught Jungkook's attention was a cute little pomeranian dog.

Jungkook crouched down at the tiny little dog that was playing with a ball inside his cage. His tail wagged everytime his little legs ran to get chase the ball.

Jungkook cooed. "This dog is perfect."

Jungkook knocked on Taehyung's front door and patiently waited for him to answer. He smiled fondly down at the cute little dog in his arms.

"Are you ready to meet your owner?"

The little pomeranian dog wagged his tail and licked Jungkook's arm in response.

"I'll take that as a yes."

Taehyung opened the door and greeted Jungkook. "Hey, I didn't know you were coming over? Do you want some more from last night or would you like to take it a little further?"

Jungkook flushed pink at Taehyung's emphasis of last night.

There was a small bark and Taehyung's attention immediately went down to the little dog in Jungkook's arms.

"Aww, is this your dog? Is it a boy or a girl?"

Jungkook's dirty thoughts from the night before quickly vanished when Taehyung mentioned the dog. He smiled brightly as he held the dog in front of Taehyung. "It's a boy and he's not my dog. He's yours."

"I don't have a dog."

"I adopted him for you." Jungkook said. "I noticed that everytime I come over to your house, you're always alone."

"Yeah, well, sometimes you only got yourself to get through life." Taehyung replied bitterly.

Jungkook wasn't sure how to reply back, so he decided to ignore Taehyung's comment. "He'll keep you company, so that you won't be alone."

"Why would I be alone when I have you." Taehyung's attitude suddenly changed from bitter to playful as he whispered huskily into Jungkook's ear.

Jungkook's ears burned and he wished he could just dig a hole and bury himself at the moment.

Taehyung laughed and he took the cute little dog from Jungkook's hands into his arms. He instantly cuddled himself into Taehyung's arms while Jungkook, still with burning ears, smiled fondly at the two.

"What's his name?" Taehyung asked.

"I haven't named him. I thought I'd let you do the honors since it's your dog." Jungkook replied.

Taehyung nodded and then looked back down at the little dog in his arms. "Hmm, what should I name you?"

The first thing that Taehyung and Jungkook heard when they entered Jin and Jimin's house was a loud, "Taehyungie is that your doggie!?" Jimin asked excitedly. "Is it a boy or a girl?"

Taehyung smiled. "Yeah, its my dog and it's a boy."

"Ooooooh, what's his name?" Jimin asked without looking at Taehyung. His attention was on the cute little dog in Taehyung's arms.

"He doesn't have a name yet."

Jimin smiled at the dog. "Well, whatever you name him, I'm sure you'll take good care of him."

The little dog barked in agreement.

"Who is barking in my house?!" Jin yelled from the kitchen.

"Taehyung brought his doggie, hyung!" Jimin yelled back.

"A dog?" Namjoon asked as he also arrived a few moment after Taehyung and Jungkook.

"Who has a dog?" Hoseok asked as he also came in from behind Namjoon.

"Why did you get a dog?" Yoongi asked as he also came in the house right behind Hoseok.

They all seated themselves on the living room couches and stared at the little dog in Taehyung's arms. Jin turned the stove down, so that the food wouldn't burn and joined the rest in the living room.

"To answer all of your questions," Taehyung started off. "My dog barked, and yes, Namjoon hyung, a dog, I have a dog, Hobi hyung, and to answer your question, Yoongi hyung," Taehyung turned to look at Jungkook. "Why a dog? Although I'm not complaining. I love him."

"We don't need another Yoongi." Jungkook answered with a shrug.

Yoongi reached out and smacked Jungkook's head. Jungkook rubbed his head and then pouted down at the little dog who was staring up at him.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Yoongi asked.

"That you're a cat." Jin said.

Yoongi slumped back on the couch and pouted at Jin. "You're supposed to be my hyung, not my bully."

Jin shrugged in response, stood up and headed back to the kitchen to finish cooking.

Hoseok leaned forward in his spot and watched as Jungkook played with the little dog while Taehyung watched and occasionally joined. He smiled, then turned his attention to Namjoon who was sitting beside him.

"Go talk to Jin while the two younger ones are playing with the dog."

Namjoon nodded and headed to the kitchen to try-no wait, scratch that- to confess his feelings to Jin.

Hoseok then turned his attention to Yoongi who had already fallen asleep with his head resting on Jimin's arm and Jimin smiling fondly while he watched the older sleep.

Hoseok turned his attention back to Taehyung and Jungkook. He smiled while he watched them play with the little dog.

"I got it!" Taehyung said. He startled the dog and he ran over to Hoseok's feet and tried hiding behind them.

Jungkook slapped Taehyung's arm. "You scared him away." Then he cooed at the little dog with his arms open in a welcoming matter and called him back.

"His name is Yeontan." Taehyung said as he watched the little dog waddle back into Jungkook's arms.

Hoseok's smile grew. He watched as Taehyung and Jungkook positioned themselves in front of each other and played with the little dog in between them while letting out the biggest uwu.

"You guys look like happy parents raising their child." Hoseok said.

Taehyung glanced at Hoseok and then looked back at Jungkook. "Yeah, Yeontan is our baby."

"But I got him for you. He's yours." Jungkook said as he softly ran his fingers through Yeontan's fur.

"Did you not hear Hobi hyung?" Taehyung asked. "We look like happy parents taking care of our baby, our baby."

Hoseok continued to watch Taehyung and Jungkook fondly. He was happy that they were getting along.

But what made him happier was that Namjoon was finally able to confess to Jin.

Without any interruptions.
