It's currently 5:30am and a sleeping Jay curled up in his blanket, well until his alarm clock started screaming at him of course. He slammed his palm on the thing, successfully shutting it up. He groaned as he began to get read for the day when he got a notification on his phone midway brush in his teeth. He spat out his toothbrush into the sink when he saw that it was a text from Stephen. Jay has had a crush on him since they met their freshmen year, and he's a Junior for crying out loud!

Jay - Stephen

'U awake yet?'

'Shouldn't I be asking you that when you end up sleeping half way through algebra?'

'Your point?'

He laughed at his crush's response till he released that he still needed to catch the bus. Jay grabbed him bag and raced out the door to see the bus pull up the stop sign when he got there. He walked down the aisle of seats till he saw familiar purple hair leaning against to window. He was greeted by a sleeping Stephen who had slight bags under his eyes due to him having to stay up late to finish a book report. Jay didn't want to wake him up, mainly because he doesn't want to get punched in the face like yesterday, so he just looked out the window. As he watched the scenery pass by he couldn't help but stare at Stephen's sleeping face time to time.

After about an hour of silence ,other than the engine of the bus and constant chatter, the bus finally pulled up to the school and opened the doors for the flood of students to come rushing out.
'Guess I have no choice.' thought Jay as he hesitantly shook him.
Stephen let out a small yawn before making eye contact with Jay, and then realising that they had arrived.
"So are getting off or are you just going to stand there?" asked Stephen as he gathered his stuff, letting out another yawn.
"Dude you need sleep." said Jay as they got off and made their way into the building.
"Nah, what I need is mental help." That comment made them both laugh when they spotted Daniel and Hosuh walking up to them. As they talked Jay would continuously steal looks at Stephen who was smiling and laughing along with them. Just hearing him laugh caused his face to turn pink. Soon the bell rang and they went their own separate ways with them all promising to meet up at lunch. Throughout the day Jay just couldn't wrap his head around that fact that he hasn't told Stephen how he feels yet. Maybe he's just nervous? He continued to space out till the teacher called on him to answer a math question written on the white board. 'If only I was actually good at Algebra.' he groaned.

Later at lunch Jay saw Stephen talking with Hosuh as they walked with their lunches. He felt a weird bubbly feeling in his stomach, but chose to ignore it. He continued to get his lunch and make his way towards their lunch table. Once he got there he noticed Daniel making terrible jokes which seemed to make Stephen laugh, and there was the strange bubbly feeling again.

'Huh, weird...'

Ok so I owe you guys an explanation for the lack of updates. Well, I'm just going to get straight to the point!

I'm not able to have a consistent update schedule due to school and band. And I know that I've mentioned this before and I'm trying to get as much done as I can, so you guys would have something to read.

I just don't want you all to think that I forgot about you guys. I'm going to try to get some more chapters done throughout the week, and I might just post them all by the end of the week.

Well I'm gonna probably not get much sleep tonight, but I'll try!
