so i might not be as active on here as i'd like to be but know i have good reasons! XD this is just kind of a quick chapter to let you guys in on what's going on at my home.

a few days ago my sister was visiting with her kids and me, her, and my mom got into this intense discussion on the lgbtq+ community. most of my family is strictly christian and doesn't believe in anything different. as someone who is both bisexual and transgender in a family like that, it really hurts. especially when my sister started talking about trans guys.

"i was reading this article and i'm sorry if this offends you but i just don't believe in transgender guys. there was this gay couple and one of them was pregnant! the fact that they had to stop hormones to get pregnant, like... i don't understand. that's not what god wanted."

okay bitch, it's a homosexual relationship with two guys. first of all, what they do with their body is not your fucking business. if they want a child and one of the men happens to be transgender and wants to carry the child, that's his decision. he is still a man. transgender men are still men if they don't start testosterone or get the top surgery or cut their hair. their masculinity is not up for debate. second of all, what if one of your children comes up to you and says 'mommy, i'm trans.' what the hell are you going to do? what are you gonna say when i tell you i'm trans?

jesus christ my family is annoying.
