"Man, isn't he popular" Danny said as he watched the new kid laugh with all of his friends.

"Heard that his name is 'Earl' what a name" Tucker laughed. Danny stood up.

"Where are you going?" Sam asked.

"I'm gonna go say hi!" Danny gave them both a toothy grin then made his way over. Earl stopped his talking once he saw Danny wave at him.

He raised his eyebrow.
"Hey?"

Danny gave him a grin.
"I'm Danny! I just wanted to come over and say hi"

"Uh.. Hi, the names Earl" Earl gave him a tight smile then went back to chatting with his friends. Danny stood there awkwardly.

"I uh.. guess i'll be leaving, see you!" Danny turned and walked back towards his friends.

Once he was gone, Earl sighed in relief.
"How annoying" His friends laughed with him.

"That was Fenton. He's just one of the losers"

Dash and Kwan, who were also one of his friends, were not laughing.

"Shut the hell up, would you?" Dash glared at him. Earl looked taken back by that.

"Yea, leave Danny alone. You hear?" Kwan gave them all a dirty look. They both stood up and walked away, turning around to give him one last glare of warning.

Earl watched as they walked over towards Danny and his friends, confused.

Earl walked out of the boys locker room, laughing with some of his friends. He walked into the gym.

"He always changes in the bathrooms? Must be a weakling" Earl chuckled. His friends began laughing with him.

"He's probably too embarrassed" One of Earls friends said.

"Speak of the devil," Earl watched as Danny waved at him. Earl turned towards his friends and rolled his eyes. They all began walking in the other direction.

Elizabeth, Star, and Paulina were nearby and heard what they said. They were all pissed. Earl, who saw them staring at him, smirked and walked over.

"Hey-"

Elizabeth shushed him.
"You better leave Danny alone" She glared at him.

Paulina crossed her arms.
"Or you'll regret it, puta"

"So fuck off, asshole" Star finished. They all flipped him off in sync then walked towards Danny.

Nathan and Mikey laughed at a joke they just made up. They were walking towards their second period class.

"Can we just skip to English?" Mikey asked.

"I know right, I love my other classes but Danny makes english fun and funny" Nathan said.

"I wonder why he keeps making random excuses when he comes in late even though we know his secret. Is it just a habit or do they actually happen?"

Nathan thought for a moment.
"I honestly think they really happen. I mean, it's Danny"

They heard laughing behind them and immediately turned around. They saw the new kid, Earl, and his friends.

They trapped Mikey and Nathan in a corner. Like the cliche bullies they are, they asked them for their lunch money.

Mikey and Nathan sighed as they reached into their pockets. They each gave them their money. They knew Danny would end up stealing it back from them once he found out.

"Heard you talking about that weak ass fenton kid" Earl said as he counted the money. Mikeys eyes narrowed.

"You nerds friends with that loser? Wouldn't be surprised"

Nathan clenched his fist and glared at him.

"What's everyones deal with that loser? He's no one special" Earls Friends nodded in agreement.

Earl jumped, a bit surprised, when the money was angrily snatched away from his hands. He looked up to see an angry Mikey and Nathan.

"Leave Danny alone," Mikey started.
"And fuck off" Nathan finished. Earl stepped back, a little scared.

"Danny doesn't deserve the shit that you assholes say about him!" Mikey snarled at them.

"So you better leave him alone, or you'll regret it" Nathan threatened. They both shoved past the group of bullies and walked towards their class.

"Maybe sneaking sleep medicine into his food wasn't such a good idea" Tucker mumbled as Sam gently put a knocked out Danny into the Janitors closet. She stepped out then shut the door.

"He's gonna be all moody when he wakes up"

"I know, but he needs to sleep! Six months with no Sleep! I mean, how is he still alive??" Sam exclaimed, frustrated with how careless her boyfriend is of his own health.

"I get it... we all need to have another intervention with him. He cares to much about other people" Tucker stated.

The bell rang signaling the end of lunch. Students swarmed the hallway, eager to see their friends before fourth period started.

"Where's that loser?" Sam heard a familiar voice ask.

They both turned around and saw Earl talking with his friends by the lockers next to them.

Tucker was about to speak but Sam shushed him. She began to eavesdrop on their conversation.

"I dunno, maybe we should just leave Fenton alone. He seems to have a lot of friends that care for him" One of earls friends commented.

They heard Earl scoff.
"I wanna know why such an average nerd has so many friends. I want him to tell me"

"What if he doesn't tell you?"

Earl smirked.
"Then we'll just beat it out of him"

Sam turned around.
"LIKE HELL YOU WILL!" She punched him across the face.

Earl fell backwards, holding his bloody nose. He groaned. Suddenly, Mr Lancer raced out of his classroom to see what the commotion was.

He didn't look surprised when he saw an angry Sam standing over a bloody faced jock. He looked at her, eyebrows raised.

"Situation C" was all Sam said. Lancer nodded his head, eyes narrowing. He helped Earl stand up then crossed his arms. 'Situation C' meant that someone was planning on hurting Danny.

"I've heard that you've been bullying some of my students, is that true?" Lancer gave him a stern look. Earl didn't respond, still shocked.

"Ms Manson, Mr Foley, is this true?" Lancer turned towards Sam and Tucker. They both nodded their heads.

"T-They're lying!" Earls friends tried to say. Lancer glared at them to make them shut up. He turned back towards Earl.

"1 week of detention plus 2 weeks of in school suspension. You will also help the Janitor clean. I do not tolerate bullying in my school" Lancer told him. Earl didn't bother to argue. Lancer lowered his voice.

"And I suggest you leave Mr Fenton alone"

Earl looked at him, shocked. Lancer smirked then turned around.

"Everyone get to class" He ordered, walking back into his classroom.

"He really deserves an award. Hey, what're you doing?" Sam asked as she saw Tucker tapping away on his phone.

"I hacked into the school and changed Earls grades to all Fs" He said nonchalantly. Sam just nodded, a smirk on her face.

Earl was talking with Ned and Dexter. The three of them seemed to get along greatly.

"Hey, what's the deal with that Fenton kid. Why is everyone so protective of that loser?" Earl asked.

Ned and Dexters smiles disappeared. They didn't know how to respond. Ned just shrugged.

"I mean, he's useless. He's nobody special so why does everyone even care about him?"

Dexter frowned.
"He isn't useless" he snapped, surprising Earl and himself.

"Ugh, not you guys too. What's everyones problem!?" Earl groaned. Dexter glared at him.

"It's non of your business, just know that he is the reason everyone's alive"

Dexter turned around and began to walk away.
"You coming, Ned?"

Ned quickly looked around before shoving Earl into the trash can behind him.

"Leave Danny alone" Ned swiftly turned around and walked back towards Dexter, hoping nobody else saw that.

Earl glared as he watched Ned and Dexter walk away. He climbed out of the trash can and stood up, brushing the gross rotten food off of his clothes. He suddenly heard a voice behind him.

"So, I've heard you've been talking shit about my brother"

The next day, Danny happily walked into the school. He didn't have any bags under his eyes which meant that he actually got some sleep. He suspected that Sam put something in his food which he had to talk to her about.

His eyes spotted the new kid, Earl. He smiled and waved at him. Earl let out a nervous squeak and turned away. Dannys smile disappeared.

"DANNY! I HACKED INTO THE SCHOOLS SECURITY CAMERAS AND OH MY GOSH! NED AND DEXTER ACTUALLY CARE!!" Tucker exclaimed as he raced down the hallway, an angry Ned and Dexter following him.

Danny tilted his head in confusion.
"Aww, you look like an adorable confused Puppy" Danny turned and Saw Star, Elizabeth, and Paulina walk up next to him.

"DANNY! Mikey and I finally stood up for ourselves!" Nathan happily said as Mikey and him walked towards Danny. Danny smiled.

"That's Awesome! Now point out the assholes that picked on you, I wanna talk to them myself" Danny said as he scanned the halls for any bullies. Mikey and Nathan glanced at Earl and his friends.

"It's ok, they've been taken care of" Mikey smiled. He noticed that Earls face was all bruised when he saw them this morning. He suspected that a certain overprotective sister was responsible.

"Who's been taken care of?" Jazz asked as she walked up next to her brother. She smirked once she saw Earl hide when he saw her.

"Oh, hi Jazzy! We were just talking about-"

"DANNY! CATCH!" Danny looked and saw Kwan throw a football to Dash. Dash tossed it towards Danny who easily caught it with one hand.

"No throwing footballs in the hallways" Lancer told them, walking towards Danny and his class.

"You look well rested" Lancer said as he saw Danny. Danny grinned and nodded.

"Yup! First good nights sleep i've had in over a year!"

"Good. I was nervous I didn't give you enough melatonin" Sam smiled as she noticed how healthy her boyfriend looked.

Danny brightened up as he saw his girlfriend. He noticed that she kept on looking at Earl. Dannys eyes narrowed. He noticed that all of his friends were giving Earl a dirty look, including Mr Lancer.

"Did that new kid do anything to you guys?" Dannys voice was dangerously low. Everyone looked at eachother, nervously.

"He did... didn't he..." Danny dropped his backpack then rolled up his sleeves.

"HEY! SHITHEAD!" Danny walked towards Earl. Earl looked like he was about to pass out.

"...should we explain... or let him kill him?" Elizabeth asked.

"Danny wouldn't kill him around so many people" Kwan said.

"Lets let him hurt him a bit" Jazz smirked as she saw Danny punch him.

"Agreed"
