"The prisoner you see here today, is hereby sentenced to death by hanging from Piracy..."

The general continued to go on and on about how Pirates are the scum of the earth and if anyone does anything that involves pirates and piracy, they're to be immediately sentenced to death.

Danny feigned a look of fear as he expertly began to loosen the shackles around his wrist, making it seem like just nervous fidgeting to those behind and around him.

The general finished his long speech and gave a nod towards the executioner. As the man was about to pull the lever, Danny broke free, ripped the rope off of his neck, and jumped off the platform. The crowd began screaming and guards ran towards him, guns firing.

He dodged all the bullets with ease, rolling to the side as a soldier charged at him. He quickly hid behind a large bolder. When all the soldiers were distracted, he made a run for it.

"THERE HE IS!"

Danny groaned as all the soldiers turned to see where he was heading. Danny ran towards the docs and saw a bunch of barrels. Thinking fast, he climbed inside one. He heard them all run past him and the docs.

Sighing in relief, he sunk further into the barrel, pointing his middle finger in the general direction the guards went.

"Fucking stupid portal. Stupid fucking guards. Why the fuck is this my life" Danny grumbled, very pissed off.

He's been in the 1700's for two years. Ever since he got sucked into that portal in the ghost zone.

He really wanted a nice warm shower and a muffin.

A decent warm blueberry muffin.

His stomach growled in hunger. Danny inhaled deeply then let out a muffled scream into his hands.

Suddenly, he let out a squeak as he felt the barrel he was in move. He looked through the small peephole and saw he was being carried, quite hurriedly, towards a ship.

"Hurry! Before they spot us!" By the sound of the strangers voice, he could tell they were a pirate.

"PIRATES!" Danny heard another voice yell.

Well shit, here comes the guards again.

Danny contemplated on just bursting out and jumping into the sea (he could swim and he didn't need to breath) or just get captured again and die (again)

He felt the barrel drop and he rolled out onto the floor of a ship. Nobody payed him any attention, too busy getting the sails ready and fighting off the guards.

"GET THE SAILS!" A pirate with a peg leg commanded as he kicked a guard that was nearly on board. Danny crawled towards the edge of the ship, making sure to roll out of the way of fighting pirates and armed guards.

He felt the ship begin to move and cursed silently to himself as the fighting began to stop, the guards becoming sparse in numbers. That would mean their attention would soon turn towards the ship and they'd eventually notice Danny.

"That's the last of em'" Danny heard a pirate say.

Danny was about to throw himself overboard when he felt someone grab ahold of his 1700's vest. He shrieked in surprise and heard a chuckle.

"Well well Well, who do we have here?" A surprisingly familiar voice asked. Danny turned around and his eyes widened.

"Oh hey, I remember you! Jack wasn't it? Easy enough to remember. You were my cell buddy a year or so back!" Danny said, grinning as he recognized the pirate.

Jack grinned as he put Danny down, everyone stared at them curiously, some had their swords pointed towards Danny. Jack motioned them to put them down and they complied.

"Well, this is quite a surprise! I didn't think you'd survive your execution" Jack slapped Danny on the back, making him jump in surprise.

"Everyone! Everyone! This is the kid who I told you about, the one who managed to get the keys away from that dog" He sounded smug, as if he told them and they didn't believe him.

He heard gasps.
"That's not possible. That dog gives those keys to nobody" A pirate with grayish hair said, looking at Danny with surprise.

Why the fuck are they so impressed. Imagine their reactions if I just started flying and blasting ecto blasts everywhere.

The pirate then walked up to Danny and stretched out his arm.
"The names Joshamee Gibbs" Danny shook his hand.

"Welcome to my ship" Jack made a dramatic hand wave towards his ship.

"This is your ship? So you're, like, a captain?" Danny stared at him with wide eyes.

"Yer telling me, you've never heard about Capin' Jack Sparrow?" Another pirate asked in surprise. Danny shook his head.

Jack looked a bit hurt by that but quickly plastered on another grin.
"Well then, uh... your name is Danielle, right?"

Danny's eye twitched.
"No"

"...Damnyell?"

"What- no!"

"Randy?"

"Danny."

"I knew that"

Danny rolled his eyes and grumbled to himself.

"So, what do you think about joining my crew?"

Danny nearly choked on his own spit.
"What?"

Jack raised an eyebrow.
"I think you've be a useful member to have on my crew so would you like to join, Savvy?"

Danny blinked, dumbfounded. He just got asked to join a pirates crew.

Well he can cross that off of his bucket list.

"Hell yeah"

And thus, the world was doomed.
