As everybody was walking down the stairs Mrs. Weasley was looking at them smiling with her hands on her hips.

"Well, we'll be eating down in the kitchen." Mrs. Weasley said.

Then out of nowhere Fred and George teleported on each side of their mother scaring her making them grin as she smacked their arms.

"Just because you're allowed to use magic now does not mean you have to whip your wands out for everything!" Mrs. Weasley glared at them

"Hi, Mum." Ginny whispered as she went around her into the kitchen as Harry, Hermione and Ron circled her while Danny sat on the bottom stair case watching.

"You hungry, Harry?" She asked him.

"You sure you're all right, Harry? Gave us quite a turn." Mr. Weasley said.

"Harry Potter." Sirius voice said as they both turned to see Sirius looking proud at the boy Danny looked up and saw both Harry and Sirius were waiting for him to come join the hug he smiled before joining them.

"Sirius." Harry smiled as Harry pulled Danny the three into a family hug.

Everybody was at the table having great time as Tonks was showing different things she can do with magic as her nose was shape like a pig's nose making Ginny giggled as Danny smiled.

"You know I think you and Sam will get along very well." Danny told her as he sat next to her.

"Oh really?" Tonks smiled "what was she like?"

"Well, she a was goth, she liked goth things, her favorite color's black, she wore dark clothes she hated pink if you call her by her full name she'll punch somebody's lights out also she loved to read magic so she would be jumping for joy right now that I'm a wizard." Danny explained making Tonks smiled at him.

"This is very, very peculiar." Sirius said making  Danny, Ginny and Tonks all three looked up as everybody went quiet.

"It seems your hearing in the Ministry is to be before the entire Wizengamot." Sirius said

"I don't understand. What has the Ministry of Magic got against me?" Harry said confused.

"Show him." Mad-Eye said as he was in the back concern with his cane "he'll find out soon enough."

Danny's hands turned into fists as Kingsley gave Harry a newspaper.

"He's been attacking Dumbledore as well, Fudge is using all his power, including his influence at the Daily Prophet to smear anyone who claims."  Sirius said "the Dark Lord has return

"Why?" Both Danny and Harry asked at once. " The Minister thinks Dumbledore's after his job." Lupin answered their question looking at both of them.

"Insane no one in their right mind could believe that-." Danny was cut off by Lupin.

"Exactly the point. Fudge isn't in his right mind. It's been twisted and warped by fear. Now, fear makes people do terrible things, boys." Lupin explained Harry and Danny looked at each other "the last time Voldemort gained power he almost destroyed
everything we hold most dear. Now he's returned, and I'm afraid the Minister will do almost anything to avoid facing that terrifying truth."

Harry looked down as Danny looked at Valerie who was quiet the whole time she looked back at him as she listen to Lupin's statement.

"We think Voldemort wants to build up his army again. Fourteen years ago, he had huge numbers at his command. And not just witches and wizards, but all manner of dark creatures. He's been recruiting heavily, and we've been attempting to do the same. But gathering followers isn't the only thing he's interested in. We believe Voldemort may be after something." Sirius said as everybody was quiet as they listen to Sirius.

"Sirius." Mad-Eye said making Sirius stopped for a moment as Mrs. Weasley was cutting vegetables in the kitchen but was still listening.

"Something he didn't have last time." As his Godfather said that Danny's spine shivered as he could hear Voldemort's chilling evil laugher in his head making him close his eyes without anybody knowing.

"You mean like a weapon?" Harry asked. "No, that's enough!" Mrs. Weasley snapped coming into the dinning room "they're just boys!"

"You day more and you might as well indict them into the Order!" Mrs. Weasley said as she took the Newspaper away from Harry as Danny suddenly stood up making everybody looked at him.

"Good then I want to join!" Danny said as his eyes glowed green proudly as Harry walked around the table to stand next to him "if Voldemort's raising an army, then we want to fight!"

Sirius looked at Mrs. Weasley smugly but also proud of his two Godsons.

It was the next morning Harry got up early to go to his Hearing with Mr. Weasley while everybody else stayed at FentonWorks.

It was a peaceful day for Danny and the rest of the teen gang as everybody was sitting down on the stairs case outside as Mrs. Weasley thought of it was a good idea to get fresh air after what happen durning the meeting last night.

Fred and George were sitting on the very top of the stairs, Ron and Hermione in front of them and Ginny was sitting on the left rail and Danny was sitting on the rail bottom watching making sure there were no ghosts.

As Fred and George popped out in front of Danny making him yelped startled making them both laughed as Hermione and Ginny giggled while Valerie grinned as Ron laughed out loud.

"Damn it you two!" Danny glared as he chased the two twins making them ran for their lives even though they were laughing.

Then all of the sudden Danny got wet by a water balloon!

He turned around and saw the girls were holding water balloons giggling.

"Did you guys plan this?!" Danny said disbelief making the girls laughed as Danny rushed towards them as he grabbed Valerie making her laughed as he put her down as they touched foreheads smiling softly.

"We thought you needed cheering up." Valerie smiled kissing his cheek.

"Thanks." But then the two were wet by a bucket of water by Ron and Ginny as the two ran off as Valerie and Danny looked at each other smirking as Danny grabbed Valerie before making sure that nobody was looking then turned Intangible and wen after their friends having fun.

Meanwhile.

There was a loud bang from the gravel startling Harry as he open his eyes as he looked around he remembered walking with Mr. Weasley to the Court Room for his Hearing But Mr. Weasley said he couldn't come with him so he told him to keep calm and never spoken out loud unless you have too.

"Disciplinary hearing of the 12th of August into offenses committed by Harry James Potter resident at Number 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey.

"Interrogators: Cornelius Oswald Fudge, Minister of Mag Witness for the defense Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore." Dumbledore said as he came into the room with Harry looking at him.

"Y-You got our message that the time and place of the hearing had been changed, did you?" Fudge asked Dumbledore.

I must have missed it. But by a happy mistake, I arrived at the Ministry three hours early. The charges?" Dumbledore said.

"The charges against the accused are as follows: That he did knowingly and in full awareness of the illegality of his actions produce a Patronus Charm in the presence of a Muggle. Do you deny producing said Patronus?"

"No, but-."

"And you were aware that you were forbidden to use magic outside school while under the age of 17?"

"Yes, I was but-." Harry was cut off again.

"Witches and wizards of the Wizengamot I was only doing it because of the Dementors. Dementors?

"In Little Whinging?" A woman in the Ministry asked concerned.

"That's quite clever. Muggles can't see Dementors, can they, boy? Highly convenient."

"I'm not lying." Harry glared "there were two of them and, if I haven't-."

"Enough, I'm sorry to interrupt what I'm sure would
have been a very well-rehearsed story but since you can produce no witnesses of the event.-"

"Pardon me, minister, but as it happens, we can." Dumbledore said.

"Please describe the attack. What did they look like?" The woman in the Ministry asked a woman in the chair where Harry was. (What was her name again? I know it, i just can't figure it out?)

"Well, one of them was very large and the other rather skinny-."

"Not the boys. The Dementors."

Oh, right, right. Well, big. Cloaked. Then everything went cold...as though all the happiness had gone from the world.

"Now, look here. Dementors don't just wander into a Muggle suburb and happen across a wizard." Fudge said "the odds are astronomical."

"I don't think anyone would believe the Dementors were there by coincidence, minister." Dumbledore said walking towards the center of the room looking at Fudge.

"I'm sure I must have misunderstood you, professor." The same woman from earlier cleared her throat as Dumbledore looked at her as as Harry "Dementors are, after all, under the control of the Ministry of Magic. And it's so silly of me, but it
sounded for a moment as though you were suggesting that the Ministry had ordered the attack on this boy."

"That would be disturbing indeed, Madam Undersecretary. which is why I'm sure the Ministry
will be mounting a full-scale inquiry into why the two Dementors were so very far from Azkaban and why they mounted an attack without authorization. Of course, there is someone who might be behind the attack." Dumbledore said looking back at Fudge Dumbledore walked a little bit closer to Fudge "Cornelius, I implore you to see reason. The evidence that the Dark Lord has returned is incontrovertible."

"He is not back." Fudge hissed.

"In the matter of Harry Potter..the law clearly states that magic may be used before Muggles in life threatening situations." Dumbledore said pacing around as Harry watched.

"Laws can be changed if necessary, Dumbledore." Fudge frowned.

"Clearly. Has it become practice to hold a full criminal trial to deal with a simple matter of underage magic?" Dumbledore said waving his hands out as he put his hands on his hips looking around without looking at Harry.

"Those in favor of conviction?" Another woman asked as people mumbled "Those in favor of clearing the accused of all charges? Cleared of all charges." Fudge smacked his gravel as everybody began to leave as Harry was about talk to Dumbledore

"Professor." He began but Dumbledore didn't even looked at Harry in the eye he just walked off making Harry thinking that Dumbledore was disappointed in him.

Back at FentonWorks.

As everybody was relaxing helping Mrs. Weasley with chores around the house Danny was thinking about his family as he was floating in the air vacuuming the ceiling but then he had a flashback of the explosion of his family and friends' death.

Flashback: a year ago

As Danny was running towards the Nasty Burger in his human form with all cuts, bruises and scars everywhere with his cloths torn he was reaching his hand out as he was screaming.

"NOOOOOOOOOOO!"

The Nasty Burger place exploded followed by his family and friends along with Mr. Lancer which hey didn't survived as Danny was flew back to the ground as he covered his head he looked up and saw that nobody had survived as tears were rolling down his face.

End Flashback: Present.

Danny screamed as he dropped the vacuum grabbing his head as Sirius saw this as he went towards the vacuum grabbing it in time before it could break.

Danny lost his focus of his flight as he fell to the floor on his hands and knees as he covered himself like ball as he shook from the Flashback he just had Mrs. Weasley came into the room hearing Danny's screams he saw Danny on the floor sobbing curling like a ball as Sirius was trying to Calm his Godson down.

Mrs. Weasley rushed over and hugged Danny as Danny put his head into her chest as he sobbed as she whispered conforming words to him as she rubbed his back as she hugged him while rocking back and forth.

While this was happening Ron, Hermione and Valerie were secretly watching this bear the bottom stairs with the others were watching the top of the stairs sadly watching thinking about their friend.

Later that day Harry finally came home he smiled as he was thinking about Danny and everybody's else faces when he tells them that the charges were all cleared as he walked into the living room with Mr. Weasley behind him.

The room didn't felt quite right making Harry frowned as he looked at Mr. Weasley.

"Mr. Weasley?" He asked the older man who only looked at Harry as he went into the kitchen as he saw his wife and the other adults sitting around.

"What's has happen here?"

"Daniel had a little accident earlier today." Mrs. Weasley said with a sigh making Harry worried for his brother.

"Where is he?" He asked her. "He's upstairs with the others but-."

Harry cut her off as he rushed upstairs with Mr and Mrs. Weasley watching as they stood next to each other as Sirius was watching this with a sad face while the others just stood silent not saying anything.

As Harry saw all of his friends stood outside of Danny's old room as Ginny, Valerie and Hermione were inside of his room trying to conform him the best they can.

"Past." Harry said as the boys' head snapped up hearing Harry's whispered they saw Harry lookin worried as he walked closer as Fred and Ron let Harry listen.

"Daniel, it's not your fault." Harry heard Hermione's voice as he could hear Danny's voice over hers.

"I can't get the explosion out of my head Mione do you know what's that like?!"

Harry looked over at his friends with concern.

"How long has this been going on?"

"Ever since he had that flashback a couple hours ago." Fred answered back. "It's not looking good mate." George said sadly as they could hear the sadness in Danny's voice.

"What about Sam?" Hermione asked making the boys froze

"I don't think that was a good idea to bring her up." Ron said to his brothers quietly making them nodded their heads.

"What about her?"

"Remember What she said?" Hermione said "remember what you told me when you saw her spirit?"

All of the boys but Harry were confused at this as they looked at Harry for an explanation but he just shrugged them off and listened.

Danny sighed "it's not your fault please don't keep this dark thought inside anymore be free again and be yourself. I want you to be happy again." Danny had repeated wha Sam's spirit had told him before.

"Yes, So please do your letting yourself into darkness and we don't want you to do that." Hermione said "let's celebrate their lives including your parents."

Harry smiled at that.

"Alright."

Everybody smiled as they heard shuffling in the room as they quickly moved around to act normal as they weren't listing to their conversation.

Danny open his door too see his friends were outside his room including Harry making him raised his eyebrow as he looked at Hermione.

"Were you listing to our conversation?" Hermione scowled as she crossed her arms.

"Uh no we were just Uh-?"

"Uh huh and they say I'm clueless." Danny said as he walked towards Harry smiling softly at him "so the charges?"

"Cleared."

With that his friends cheered for him as Danny wrapped his arm around Harry's head giving him a noogie as Harry's hands were on Danny's arm trying to escaped as both brothers chuckled as George ruffled Harry's hair while this was happening.

Hermione saw this and quickly took a photo.
