(Nikki's view)

I was busy writing down lyrics, glancing lovingly over at Nicola every once in a while. She looked so precious all snuggled up on the couch with the blanket.

I gave a soft chuckle, before setting down my notebook and quietly pressed a soft kiss to the corner of her lips. "Sweet dreams, doll." I whispered, giving her hair a light stroke before returning to my writing.

"Nikki," she murmured in her sleep, I hurriedly put my writing away then sat down next to her.

"What's the matter, doll?" I asked, as I stroked her hair in an attempt to calm her. She stirred without waking, which was starting to frighten me. "Nicola?" I asked, shaking her slightly.

Her eyes shot open, and she hugged me tightly. "Oh Nikki, I had the most terrible dream." She sobbed, as she buried her face into my chest.

"What was in the dream that scared you?" I asked, as I stroked her cheek with a hand.

"I don't remember exactly, but there were these intimidating smoky lights all over the place." She whimpered, and I kissed the top of her head.

"It's alright now sugarplum, the nightmare is over." I soothed, pressing a kiss to her forehead. She smiled gratefully at me, as she rested her head on my shoulder.

"Love you, Sixx." She said, and I kissed the top of her head. "Love you too, my little dove." She was about to reply, when there was a knock at the door.

She got up, and opened the door to a very disheveled looking Tom. "Tom!" She exclaimed, as she brought him in for a hug.

"Nicola, are you alright sweetie? Nikki told me what happened." Tom said, as they released the hug so that he could look at her properly.

"I'm fine, just super sore." She said, and he nodded. "I'm glad, I was really worried about you." He said, as he squeezed her shoulder gently.

"Well, I'm just glad you're feeling better." He said, as he smiled at her before turning to me.

"Hey old buddy, how've you been?" he asked, and I smiled at him.

 "I've been fine, just quite stressed lately." I said, and he nodded. "You and me both." Tom said, as he smiled sadly at me.
