The next morning as the guys were lazing around the living room from a long and exhausting recording session at the studio earlier that morning, the telephone rang. "I'll get it," Nikki said, as he got up from the couch and answered the phone.

"Hello?" he asked, then his eyes widened in shock at the voice. "Nikki? It's Nicola. How are you?" Nicola's voice asked, and Nikki felt the blush rising to his cheeks.

"I'm good, how're you liking that record deal you took so far Nikki Ruelle?" he asked, and he could practically feel her smile. "It's amazing! We're getting paid a lot and the tours are awesome. You and the guys would love it, there's parties every single night." Nicola's voice giggled.

"Aww, well we miss you Nicola. You'll write to us soon, right?" Nikki asked, earning a giggle from the other end.

"I will, don't worry Nikki." Nicola's voice said, and he breathed a sigh of relief. "Well, have a good time at your party tonight ok?" he said, and Nicola's voice said, "Don't worry Sixx, I'll call you back after the party." Just before Nikki hung up he hung up he added, "Please don't do anything stupid!" causing her to giggle. "I won't, I promise." Nicola's voice said, and he breathed a sigh of relief. "Thanks doll, have fun at the party now." He said, before hanging up.

"Who was it?" asked Tommy, and Nikki smiled. "It was Nikki Ruelle." He said, and Vince grinned. "How's she doing?" Tommy cried, as he leapt to his feet.

"She's doing great, she wanted me to tell you guys hey for her." Nikki said, making the other three grin.

"When's she going to call again?" asked Tommy, as he hurriedly wiped his eyes with his sleeve. "She said she'd call back later." Nikki said, as he grinned at his friends. "Did she say a specific time?" asked Tommy, as he and Vince sat on either side of their friend.

"No," Nikki said, and the others grinned. "I'm so excited to talk to her again!" Tommy exclaimed, and Nikki grinned. "Me too pal, it'll be really nice to talk to her again." He said, making Vince and Mick grin.

"When's she going t--?" Mick began, and then cut off as the phone rang. "Hello?' Nikki asked, only to be greeted by Nicola's cheerful voice.

"Nikki, tell the guys to turn the TV to channel three." Nikki nodded, before handing the phone to Tommy.

"Hey Nicola, how are you?" Tommy asked, making her chuckle on the other end. "I'm good Tommy, I've got a little surprise for you guys once you get to the channel." Nicola's voice said, making Vince and Mick raise an eyebrow.

"What's the surprise Nicola?" Vince asked, as Tommy handed him the phone. "I can't tell you yet, Vince." Nicola's voice giggled mischievously, making Vince roll his eyes.

"Alright, just a second hon." Vince said, as he handed the phone back to Nikki.

"So, how was the party, sugarplum?" he asked, earning a laugh from the other end.

"Oh Nikki, it was a thrill! We were dancing and screaming... but that's not the best part." Nicola's voice giggled, and Nikki raised an eyebrow.

"Why's that?" he asked, earning a giggle from the other end. "You'll have to wait and see." Nicola's voice teased, making him roll his eyes.

"C'mon doll, tell me!" he begged, and then cut off as the TV was turned on. "So Miss Ives, what can you tell us about the upcoming album?" the interviewer asked, and Nikki's eyes widened as he saw Nicola's smiling face on the screen.

"Well Chad, we've got a few songs ready for our upcoming album "Dangerous Woman" the first song bearing the name "I hate myself for loving you" and many more to come. We could give you a little sneak peek, if you like." Nicola replied, before smiling again.

Nikki smiled sadly, as the interview continued. "I knew you could do it," he whispered, as a small tear streamed down his cheek.

"Aww, why are you crying Nikki?" Vince asked, and Nikki hurriedly wiped his eyes with the back of his sleeve.

"Sorry man, I was just missing her." Nikki said, as he wiped his eyes smearing his mascara.

"You're fine Sixx, we totally understand how you feel." Tommy said, as he patted his friend on the back.

"Thanks, now let's record this song for her!" Nikki said, as he grabbed his bass again.
