Murder investigation of Amelia Parker: Questioning #1

Invesigator- Ronald Wentworth.

Investigating- Brody Dallas.

Case- Amelia Parker Murder Case.

INVESTIGATOR: So Brody, I have some questions to ask you regarding the murder of the deceased Amelia Parker.

BRODY: Ask away, I have nothing to hide.

INVESTIGATOR: So Brody, I'd like to ask of your whereabout at around 10:30 to 11:00 pm on the night of September 3rd 2017.

BRODY: Seriously? Why do you need to know where I was? Wait? You don't think I did it do you?

INVESTIGATOR: Brody I'm gonna need you to answer the question for me please.

BRODY: Why would you even think that?! Brooks' brought me to the crime scene himself, how could I possibly have done it?!

INVESTIGATOR: Officer Brooks' brought you to the crime scene at around 11:45 pm, and according to our forensics report the victim
was killed at around 10:30 pm to 11:00 pm. And considering that apart from her parents the only other contact on her phone was you, you need to answer our questions.

BRODY: I didn't do it!

INVESTIGATOR: Mr Dallas, we're not accusing you, but we need to know where you were so we can get a clearer picture of who we should be suspecting.

BRODY: I was in my dorm room, arguing with my roommate.

INVESTIGATOR: And can anyone back this up for you?

BRODY: Maryam can, but she sorta hates my guts right now so she'll probably say I wasn't there just to piss me off.

INVESTIGATOR: And who is Maryam?

BRODY: My roommate, who else?!

INVESTIGATOR: And can she confirm your whereabouts at around 10:30 to-

BRODY: I just said she can!

INVESTIGATOR: I believe your exact words were-

BRODY: Yes I know what I said ok! At around that time, I pissed my roomate off by shouting at her over Natasha and I was apologising to her! Ask her yourself!

INVESTIGATOR: Natasha as in Natasha Pearson? The girl who went m-

BRODY: Yes her!

INVESTIGATOR: And can I ask what was said about Miss Pearson that caused you to shout at your roommate and why she is im-

BRODY: Omg! Can you stop asking me so many questions! I'm telling you I was nowhere near the crime scene when Amelia was killed and my roomate can back that up for me! Can I leave now?

INVESTIGATOR: We just have some more questions for you.

BRODY: I've said what I needed to, I'm not gonna be answering any more questions without a lawyer. Now can I go?

INVESTIGATOR: Very well, but we will call you back for further questioning soon. You may leave now.

I hope you guys liked this chapter! I was thinking of what to write next and then I read an amazing book called "follow me back" by @adam_and_jane. It's such an amazing story and I love the little interrogation fragments she includes in between chapters! So this is highly Inspired by that! I have changed it though so its not plagiarism, and I will also have a few more of these!
