"I don't care if I'm in love with the devil, as long as the devil loves me like they love hell."
"I feel like there are two types of people in this world. The ones that get over their grief and move on, and the ones that descend into some sort of endless misery."

Prologue
*****
"I'm sorry. We've found her body. She didn't make it."
The words of the sorrowful police officer ring violently in my ears; reminding me every second of every minute that my love is gone and I couldn't do anything to stop it. I couldn't save her. It's all my fault. All mine. The intensity of the angst inside of me causes me to cry out in pain. Tears flow violently and uncontrollably down my cheeks.
I wipe away the tears as the darkness surrounding me begins to fade into a new light.
Looking up, I spot an exit from the tunnel of black further into the distance. I hear a sweet voice summon me and take no time to respond.
"Brody. Come on. Follow me." Natasha's beautiful voice drags me to the light, my moon brightening up the atmosphere.
I walk closer to the glimmer. The small flicker of hope getting bigger and bigger, overwhelming me.
"Natasha. Where are you. I love you. I need you." I whisper, more to myself than to anyone else.
"I'm here Brody, just follow me." She whispers from thin air, nowhere to be seen.
As I near the light, I feel myself get sucked into a vortex of never ending brightness. It takes me through time, until it finally brings me to my destination.
Panting heavily; I shoot up from the comfort of my bed; utterly scarred by the intense reality of my dream. Of my nightmare. I fearfully look around to find absolutely no one.
No Natasha.
No one.
My breathing begins to go back to a normal pace as I place a hand on my chest; attempting to calm myself and my nerves down.
It's fine, Brody.
It was just a dream.
My attempts to reassure myself go in vain.
Because, Natasha may not be dead.
But there sure as hell isn't any evidence to prove she's alive.
She's missing.
And I have to find her.

Author's note
Hello again. This is the prologue for the sequel. How did you like it? I'm super excited to write the story because I have so many ideas and so many dirty secrets to reveal! But unfortunately it can't start for a month or two because I need to sit my GCSE's and I need to revise hard.
Thanks a ton for understanding, and two months will fly by. ☺☺❤❤
