Yo! You miss me? Tee-hee.

Lesley smiled as she carefully removed the dried leaves and placed the flowers beside her father's grave.

"Happy father's day, Dad." She said and carefully sat in front of the grave, "How are you there? I hope you and Mom have met up there."

It had been years since her father was gone. She was just six years old when she lost her father and that was when she was adopted by the Vance family.

"I miss you, and Mom also. Even though I didn't have the chance to meet her." She continued while caressing her father's name that was engraved.

Her mother died after giving birth to her so she grew up with her father.

Lexander Cross was serving the Vance family when assassins intruded trying to kill the mage family.

Her father died right before her eyes.

Memories from that cruel night flashed in Lesley's mind and made her tears fall down to her face.

It had been years, but it was still painful. She wanted to take revenge to those who were behind that intrusion, but she knew her father wouldn't be happy with that.

Her father didn't raise her to be evil.

"How I wish you were, Mom and Dad." Lesley said while wiping her tears. "I was lonely deep inside all these years even though I have my adopted family, not until I met him."

She smiled, "I'm sure you'll be glad to meet him. Or... should I say, you sent him to me to fill that empty space here in my heart?"

She felt a gentle blow of the wind, like her parents were telling her the answer to her question.

With that, Lesley smiled more. "I knew it. Thank you, Mom and Dad."

She continued talking to her father when she felt someone behind her.

"I only left few minutes ago to get some water, why is my queen crying?"

She smiled to him while he was sitting beside her. He handed her the water and wiped her tears.

"I miss Dad. I miss Mom."

Gusion smiled gently at her, "I know love. I know. I'm sure they miss you too. They are watching us up there. And we are here for you."

Lesley nodded, "Thank you."

Gusion kissed her forehead before turning towards her father's grave. "Hi Dad. Happy father's day. Don't worry too much about Lesley, I'm taking good care of her. Keep on guiding us from above with Mom." He caressed the grave, "Thank you for bringing Lesley to this world. If you didn't, I wouldn't meet the woman I'll be spending the rest of my life with."
(A/N: In case you got confused, Gusion is also calling Lesley's parents as Mom and Dad. He was pertaining to Lesley's mother when he mentioned 'Mom', okay?)

Gusion then smiled to her amd reached for her hand to intertwined with his.

She returned the smile before looking at her father's grave, "We'll visit you again soon Dad. We need to go now. We will be celebrating this day with our families."

Gusion stood first to help her stand. He even removed some dried grass and leaves that sticked to her pants.

"I love you Mom and Dad." Lesley said and there was another gentle blow of the wind, as if her parents were hugging her.

Lesley and Gusion were walking hand in hand as they went out of the cemetery. But then, she stopped on her tracks when she remembered something, that made Gusion looked at her confusedly on why she stopped walking.

"Oh, I almost forgot Gus." Lesley said and then smiled at him, "I forgot to greet you a happy father's day."

That made Gusion more confused which made Lesley chuckled.

She motioned him to come closer to her and then she whispered.

"You're going to be a father months from now."

Gusion gasped so loud and his eyes were wide open as he looked at Lesley but then a loud thud was heard after that made Lesley laughed out so loud.

Gusion fainted.
